TPS Pool Service

I would have to agree with the last review. Not sure the name of the lady in the office but she was so rude. I was calling for new service too. I understood that they could not get out same day even though I left a message in the am and did not get called back until after 3:30pm. But what I don’t understand is her delivery, she was not only unfriendly she was extremely rude. y friend referred me to this company and they are happy with the pool service but how can you possibly get past being treated Rudely by the office lady to even try the service. It’s too bad, they must not need the money. One last thing, referrals are a companies best customers. You lose people who want to refer you… You lose customers.

I had renters at one location and Tom serviced that home and my home. Well Tom got tired of the renters so he quit!!! so I let him go on the other house. Well I called and left a message and NO response, so Called back a week later and left another message. Tracy (Toms wife) called back and left a very RUDE message, so I called her back and Tracy said that she REFUSED to provide me with any invoices from the past, Tracy said NO! and good luck with that! If you want good service and a HONEST company DO NOT go to TPS!!!
