This store plays Mexican music it looks like wine’sand more are a Mexican relayed operation, not american, will be the last time I will buy here, just like absolute vodka did but large bottle every week have not bought in 5 years never again

This place is pretty legit. Definitely way more selection of wines than BevMo. Plus, they carry all different types of alcohol as well. Very friendly staff. They were courteous over the phone and willing to help out in person. I’ll be returning for some future wine tasting events.

Tom and Mike are the best managers in the industry. These guys really care about their customers. I feel like family each time I walk into the store. Mike helped me fine some great wines for me to enjoy on cruise — everyone enjoyed them! I can’t say enough good stuff about this location. Although I live closer to the brea store, I still drive out to Rancho Cucamonga to see my two favorite managers. An added plus is that the parking is sooo much better than the brea location. Ask for Tom or Mike, tell them what you like and what price point, and these guys won’t disappoint.

Check the best by dates on the beer you buy here, or anything you buy for that matter. They had expired beer on the shelf three times over the past three months at this store. Spoke to the Brea store and was told best practice is to remove the product once it has reached the best by date, Debra at Rancho seems to think its ok to sell expired beer. So I called here to check stock on some epic brewery product and was told they have limited stock because the stock order was placed with the wrong vendor… Enough said, I’m going to Brea from now on. Get it together Rancho, zero stars if I could. Corporate made it right, thanks Alexis!

My finacé and I came here to get alcohol for our wedding and David one of the employees there was amazing! He showed us around and gave us honest feedback and took our budget into consideration! Thank you David! The company is very lucky to have you. :)

It’s a store full of alcohol and snacks. How could I not give it 5 stars?

Will never return here because of how unbelievably rude the staff was. Walked into the store with some friends to buy some wine for a dinner party. Spent about twenty minutes looking around trying to decide what would be the best one to purchase. My friend got annoyed because no one was helping us so she left the store & went to VG mall; Not a single person offered any assistance, yet I saw 6 employees walk past me. Once I chose a bottle I proceeded to the check out when I was told by the manager (I believe) that I would not be able to purchase anything unless my friend returned to the store to verify her age. WHAT?! I have never been told this EVER in this store & I have come in with many friends many times before. I told the manager that my friend left to another store and that it would be ridiculous for me to wait for her to come back just so I COULD PURCHASE MY WINE. He told me it didn’t matter & that in order for me to purchase anything she would need to return. I just walked out of the store completely appalled.
He was rude about the situation to begin with & made it clear that my business didn’t matter to him.
Will never return & will tell all who go to this store that they shouldn’t either.

Decided to come here to stock up on drinks for the holidays. I love this place! The employees are so friendly and helpful! Not to mention that they’re so knowledgeable on their products unlike the jerks across the street (ahem, Bevmo). The store itself is so organized and very clean. I loved the selection from the local breweries! Other than Costco, this is my new place to shop at!

Your typical Total Wine, huge selection, mostly 6-​packs, but loads of singles available. Good thing about Total Wine in this area is distribution: Alesmith, Russian River, Port Brewing, Lost Abbey. You can usually find Pliny the Elder in the fridge section. All the prices are excellent, probably the cheapest Speedway Stout and Old Viscosity in the world. Russian River sours were still pricey in the 375mL bottles. Staff when I was there was well aware of their Russian River stock and when new shipments would be arriving. This is also one of the few places I’ve been to that regularly stocks La Face Cachee de la Pomme Ice Cider from Quebec. So, probably the best Total Wine I’ve been to out of a dozen or so.

Total Wine is hands down the best place to stock up for a party! The selection is better than any other store and the prices are great too. Service is exceptional, the store clean, well kept and stocked to the ceiling. It helps to know in about what you are looking for and start there, if not the staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. Easy parking, great hours, so glad I stopped in, this will be my go to liquor store from now on!

Everything is clean and well stocked. This is my go to place for hard to find wine and beer. I like that the beer is arranged by type. This makes it easy to explore and find new beers you like of a certain kind.

Yes my first time here and I’m truly impressed. Huge selection on everything and prices aren’t bad at all either love the 6pack mix up I can do, so I’m not stuck with all the same 6 bottles I can pick half for me half for him. Not only do they have adults drinks but got non alcoholic drinks too, was able to get my daughter a sparking lime soda. She loved the selection, reminded her of oak glen, had different root beers to pick. Yes I’ll be going there again, hands down the only place to buy drinks now

I used to go to bevmo, but after coming to this store once I am never going anywhere else for spirits. I found my favorite rasberry beer for only 10.99. A lot cheaper than the 13.99 at bevmo. I think I went a little crazy, but can’t wait to stock up for next year.

This place is awesome! My boyfriend and I came here on a craft beer tasting weekend which was 10 cents! Yup, 10 cents!
I guess the manager saw our faces of loss/​awe going down each aisle so he said hello to us and offered us some help. He was a very nice gentleman. He gave us a few suggestions and pointed us to some awesome chocolate stouts. They have a huge selection of craft beer probably around five long rows.
They also have a cute beer tasting area that was closed when we got there, sadly.
Their prices are comparable, if not better than BevMo’s.
I think if the location was better, this place would be way more crowded. It is located near Buffalo Wild Wings, Pieology and, Joe’s Crab Shake.
This place is definitely worth a try!

Walking into this place is like hearing angels sing and finding that your skinny jeans magically fit. It is heaven on earth and I am sorely disappointed that I don’t have one closer to my high desert home.
The oodles and oodles of wine and bear are just incredible. What really sealed the deal with this place is they have my most favorite red blend wine that is no longer being made… Coppola Cinema. I haven’t seen it in stores in over a year and they had seven bottles! Two of those suckers came home with me and I will cherish every drop of their nectar. I also finally treated myself to Rombauer Chardonnay because this place had stolen my heart. OH, and they have a great price on Lucky Buddha beer. Have you seen those? Cutest bottles evar.
$ 140 later and 3 bottles of wine, 2 six packs off beer, and a large bottle of Croatian Blonde and we were set to stride back up the 15 freeway toward Antelope Valley. Total Wine powers that be… PLEASE consider putting a store in the Santa Clarita Valley! I promise they will love you, and it will be close enough for me to drive down since I know you won’t want to put a store in icky AV.

Aaaaaahhh I love coming here. The happiest place on earth! Been a customer since the opening and haven’t been to BevMo since. The customer service here is excellent. The associates are knowledgable and eager to help. It’s awesome! Total wine’s ambiance is waaaaay cooler than BevMo. BevMo feels more like a warehouse and Total Wine has a winery feel. From the layout to the lighting. It just feels more cozy. Total wine also has beer and wine tasting. Cheap I might add. I believe the wine tasting is 10 cents a taste. Also, there hasn’t been a beer or bottle of wine that I couldn’t find. They have EVERYTHING! Anyway, I’m a huuuuuge fan of this place. I always leave with a smile on my face.
P. S. The prices are better here as well!

Huge. Don’t know how else to describe it in one word.
They have so much stuff that it’s a bit dizzying, but the staff there do a nice job at helping. The biggest downside is just that it can be hard to navigate the store and find what you’re looking for on your own. You kinda have to let them help you.
Other than that, it’s a primo destination for just about everything alcohol. Only once did they not have what I was looking for.

I love Total Wine and More. I wish soooo much there was something like this in Hawaii. This is closer to our California home than the Huntington Beach location. I LOVE the staff at Huntington Beach. The staff wasn’t very friendly and there wasn’t many of them. I tried to strike up a conversation with the manager, Mike, at checkout and it was like taking to a wall.
This is the place for CRAFT beers and wine. It’s the Super Wal-​Mart of alcohol. Wait. Got to use something classier than Wal-​Mart. Super Target of alcohol. I could seriously never have the same beer twice here. Their seasonal selections are huge too. Like 20 – 30 pumpkin beers. THAT’S RIGHT… Pumpkin beers! Drool Worthy.
