Wow… I am absolutely, positively BLOWN away with how amazing Kal and his team were every step of the way. From efficient responses, to the best money saving estimate and of course the actual outcome.
My husband and I were getting ready to move out but needed our carpets retouched in order to ensure our security deposit wasn’t hit too much. Turned out no water main was anywhere near my side of the apartment building. I was definitely thinking, «holy crap-​we aren’t ever seeing that security deposit again.» BUT, just when I thought there was no hope, Kal to the rescue! He utilized the washer/​dryer and went at it! He was also able to do magic with patching up certain areas of the carpet! Super thankful for such excellent service and will be referring to friends/​family!!! .

Time to Shine carpet cleaning was excellent. Kal was quick to respond and showed up the same day and on time.
The cleaning took about 30 – 45 minutes and the job looked exceptional, I am 100% satisfied with the work. Every stained was removed.
Kal was personable and confident about his work.
But for same day service, punctuality, presentation and outcome. I would definitely recommend them.

Kal was at my home in 45 minutes and completely turned my 3 carpeted rooms into like new carpets. Karl is a super nice guy who has reasonable prices and outstanding quality in his work. My mom who has tile all downstairs and carpet upstairs had Kal come first to her home. After seeing the results, I decided to give it a try. My floors and grout lines are nice and clean. I also had Kal clean my rug which looks brand new now! He also did my baseboards and one other rug for no extra charge. Customer Earned for life! Highly recommended!

Cal showed up prompt on time and ready to work. He was very friendly and super professional. After calling around to multiple cleaning services he hands down was the most reasonable price wise. We are a family of 5 with a baby and a tiny dog so you can imagine the wear and tear of our carpets. After cal was done doing 3 main places in the home, it looked like new carpet had been laid down. I was so pleased with the incredible service and the quality of his product I am already trying to book him for my mothers home. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Wow! I called at 3pm on a Saturday and Kal was here at 3:30 cleaning our sofa, love seat, recliner, and area rug! My husband has a dirty, old reclining chair that he insists on keeping. I wanted to throw it away, but Kal got the stains out and it looks great! He also got the little stains out of the area rug, and made a couple of yard sale couches look good as new! I will definitely use them again! Thanks, Kal! You were prompt, professional, and very reasonable with your pricing!

The carpet in the house we were renting was terrible. We didn’t think it would get clean. Someone recommended time to shine carpet. So I thought we would give it a shot. Omg! I had my carpet cleaned on Monday that’s three days ago. I waited because sometimes after a carpet dries you see spots that you couldn’t see when a carpet is wet. But I’m very happy with my carpet it looks great!
First of all Kal was right on time which is so great! Secondly he didn’t try to up sell me with extras, I paid exactly what he quoted me. And best of all he did a great job, my carpet looks like new.
