The UPS Store

I use this store frequently for its notary services, and they have proven to be more than professional. Ms. Barbara has been more than accommodating in sorting through the documents which require her stamp. I am very pleased with the customer service and will continue support this business.

Brought a prepaid box in to return to sender on Saturday 1÷23÷16. Having a bad day period myself, box needed taped, and I haven’t even put the label on the box. The female employee, sorry I didn’t get her name. She greeted me took my box and said no problem —taped it, slapped the label on it, and gave me a tracking receipt. Her positive attitude and politeness rubbed off and made me have a better rest of the day. She is an awesome example of customer service and the best UPS Store I’ve been in in the USA.

I just received the worst customer service here.
We rent a medium or big business box here and we have a lot of packages sent to here because we are a small online business and we usually have we our customer sent the return packages here.
I went in to pick up the packages and to my surprise there are 3 big loads of packages, of over 30 small packages. So I asked if they could help me because I’m 9months pregant and my doctor told me I should not lift heavy stuff. They are not that heavy but I have difficulty to get up from the bed and bending down because of huge belly. There were 2 people working there but the manager still refused me.
I was upset but I didn’t say anything when I returned the dolly because there are some customers just walk in and I did not want to crest a scene., I called back 5 mins later to complain and the manager told me I’m a problematic customer and she was louder than me.
She said she does not understand why I have employees working for me and I still have to come in to get packages myself. Well my 2 other guys just left the company and the other guy likes to use his phone when he’s driving and it’s raining and Hb just happen to be sick.
She also said us having a lot of packets going to their store being an issue. Well, Isn’t it what a mail box for? To receive packages? I mean you could let me know how often we should pick up (I believe we do it about once a week and we could do it more often with communication) she said she is being more than accommodating to us.
I know they have a rule of not helping customers carrying package but I never have this prob with other ups store and I would not be so upset if she could nicely told me she’s sorry she could not help me. All that I want to hear is just her being nice and tell me she’s sorry she could not help.
But she told me that’s not her fault and I’m a problematic customer I shouldn’t complain. :(

I love this location, they are rarely busy and always quick and efficient with their service and customer service. Barbara the owner is usually the one who I end up dealing with and she is always so friendly and helpful, willing to check pricing of other postal locations and always helping to send my package the easiest and most important the cheapest way possible! I sometimes have to pay a few dollars extra in comparison to what it would cost to go to the post office but the time, stress, and hassle that I am saved is MORE than worth it!

Truly disappointed with this store’s customer service. I was calling in to check whether or not I had sent out a shipment from this store, I go to multiple UPS stores around the area and wasn’t sure which one I went to for this shipment. I had called two other stores before I called this one. I asked the lady nicely (and I’ll be nice enough to leave out her name) to see if she could pull up my information by phone number. I had told her that I wasn’t sure if this was the store I sent it from, because according to the two stores I called before, the information would only show up if I shipped it from that same store I called. Right off the bat she started arguing with me, telling me that it doesn’t matter which store I sent it from. I just got a really bad vibe from her. Maybe she was having a bad day or something. But I was so frustrated arguing with here that I just said whatever, bye, and hung up.
The worst part is that she was able to pull up one of my client’s names, which proves that I sent it out from this store, but she didn’t even give me the information I needed. All I needed was a tracking number because I had lost my receipt.
Please work on your customer service, thanks.

Ive been coming here for quite some time. The staff is nice, location has easy parking. We had a PO box here and eventually ditched it because originally we were told we would get a text when we got mail, but found out we would get a text only when packages arrived. That was a bummer, they are much more expensive than the post office. But for shipping they are A-​OK!

I’ve used this location over 10 times and I’ve been happy with the service every time. I usually just drop off a package to be shipped and the girl that works there is like Speedy Gonzalez when it comes filling out the paperwork, getting it weighed, and conducting the transaction. I’m usually there about two minutes or less.

This UPS store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any shipping service company.
They wanted to charge me $ 5.20 for a 1-​page print out of a mailing label. The girl said it costs $ 5 for just the printing service itself (what?) and $ 0.20 per page.
Then I asked where the nearest drop box was located, because I refused to pay the $ 5.20 charge for a single page printout, and was planning to drop off my package the following day. She told me I had to go online and search for the nearest drop box. Imagine standing there at a UPS store and being told to go on their website to retain some information about the nearest UPS drop box. I then asked if she could look it up for me since I’m already at the store, and she said that their computers do not have any internet access. Perhaps she’s telling the truth… But why would a UPS store have computers that don’t have any internet access? And why doesn’t the UPS staff already have some knowledge (or at least some sort of paper directory that they can reference) of the nearest UPS locations located in their area?
UPS should just close this location. I would say that I received the worst customer service ever, but it was more like receiving NO customer service at all.

Very similar to other reviews here in regards to customer service. I went in and attempted to fit two DSLR cameras into a package. The woman accused me of cheating the ups system and declined to ship it. She did this in front of several other customers, which was highly embarrassing to me. I’m unclear as to why shipping two items in the same box was «cheating», but she certainly classified it as such. I will not be going back to this location, nor can I recommend it to anyone else.

Barbra was awesome! She was super helpful and made the notary process an absolute breeze. She even went above and beyond to explain the process of the documents I needed notarized and also took time to figure out how to make my image the proper size to mail out! Awesome service!

Was happy to find out they provided notary services here. only downside is if you come at the wrong time you may be waiting a little bit.

I use this UPS store often to ship different packages. I also use this location to do different USPS needs that I need also. I sell things on eBay and need a good reliable shipper. I like going to this location because the staff very helpful and friendly. They know me by name and make me feel welcomed everytime I come in. I am In This location about once to twice a week it’s so much better then having to go to the post office. Thanks for the help ladies great job!!! Oh also they make keys I had my house key made on an Angels key the other day :)

Used this establishment to ship some items home, rather than carrying them through the airports and one the planes. I use UPS whenever I can. They far exceed the quality of FedEx or USPS. The young woman that waited on us was more than friendly, and extremely help to us. She did most of the work, putting our box together, cutting it down to the most appropriate size, and sealing it up. Super simple for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future!

My wife went in today and the lady was the rudest and most demeaning I’ve ever come across. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! I told my wife she should have told her to «F» off and give our business to someone else. As I look at other ratings, this seems to be a pattern. UPS Corporate needs to be informed about this lack of customer service — it’s giving them a bad name.

This is a great location for the UPS Store with excellent customer service (although I’ve never been to one that didn’t have good customer service.) The location offers USPS and UPS shipping (the usual fare for a UPS store).
On a minus, it can be sort of confusing to get into the shopping center as both of its bordering streets are divided streets, and one of the entrances looks like the entrance to an apartment complex.
Recommendation: if it’s close, go here because they get me in and out of the store quickly, and the employees are really nice.
