I honestly do not where to start! Is it the employees attitudes, the filthy soda machine, the dirty tables, the cold food, the hamburger meat that has the texture of leather, the flavorless food, the cold piece of cheese stuck to my upper bun, the stale buns, the bacon that has the texture of jerky, the broken shake machine, the employee touching her ponytail while preparing food, the extremely small portions–
I don’t know where to start…
Talk about sheer disappointment.
I really had high hopes…
I really feel like I truly wasted my money.
One star because I had to.
I will never ever return.

This joint is located in the Victoria gardens. What attracted me to try it was a warm interior with a more healthy looking menu. I tried the number one cheese burger with a gluten free bun and it was delicious. The bread they toasted in butter and the meat was juicy. I also had the tomato basil soup which was gluten free and delicious as well.

Finally decided to try this place and wasn’t impressed. I ordered the Mac n cheese and it was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted and didn’t have much flavor. Also it said it came with onion straws on top and there were none. I guess the one thing I could say was good about it was that it only costed me about $ 3.50. The customer service was eh, no one greets you or thanks you and the cashier had a blank look on her face while taking our order. Won’t be returning.

I ordered the original burger combo meal. I found it odd that I couldn’t order my burger medium-​well; the only choices were medium OR well-​done. (I guess that should have been a red flag!) It didn’t take long for our food to be ready, but the downfall was in the taste… really, a lack of taste. There was nothing outstanding about my combo meal. The burger had very little flavor and the fries were average. My husband’s burger had jalapeños in it and it was definitely more flavorful than mine. If I come back to this place, I’d order something other than the original combo meal!

Yeah –fail. Went there a second time because I received a coupon for $ 5 dollars off if you spend $ 10 .Have not been back since the first time because felt it was over-​priced for what i ordered and it wasn’t spectacular as far as taste (and the wait time was a bit long)
This time though, I ended up leaving because I wasn’t able to use the coupon because I was only spending $ 9.20. The employees whispered something as I walked out. Sorry burger w/​avocado and a small drink $ 9.20. Not worth it. Save your money and go to five guys or in n out

Waiting 25 min to order. Thinking I’d avoid the line I tried using their iPad where you walk in to order. Spent 5 min trying to order from the iPad then went and told a worker that the card reader was not working. Thinking they were sending some one to help I was there another 5 min. Help never came. So waiting in line for 15 min. Then I waited 15 min for my order (a grilled cheese sandwich, hamburger, chicken sandwich, and sweet potato fries). The girl cheese had completely gotten cold and the chicken sandwich was also cold. I had them ready do the girl cheese and that took another 10 min.
Overall food is okay. But Completly not worth the wait. Not sure if it’s because it’s a newer place but they certainly don’t have it all together.
Very unlikely to try again.

Ok, second try! They sent some gift cards to the local neighbors so we gave it another chance. Came in on a Friday during lunch. There were several people in line but it moved quick enough. A bit stuffy inside, maybe the AC was broken?
Ordered the bacon bbq burger with naked fries and the shroom burger with sweet potato fries. The kitchen is open to the dining room and maybe that wasn’t the best thing. First thing, the employees here on this day had ZERO personality. They were robots. Looked extremely bored with their job. Second, the kitchen was a mess. Food everywhere. Trash on the floor.
We got a lime soda, was pretty tasty but the soda station was a disaster. Soda, trash and grime everywhere. No way for them to keep up with the amount of people coming in with only three employees.
Bathroom break, no paper towels. Asked for ranch, they dont have ranch. Huh? Ok, Ill try the spicy ketchup, they ran out and had to refill their bottles. Took a while to get that.
Food was good, so that was the one saving grace. Fries cooked well. Soda was good. Nice location.
Employees need a pick me up, they need more personality! PLEASE deep clean the kitchen and soda machine. Stock the restroom for the lunch rush.

First time trying this place and we’re glad we did!
We loved the natural soda station, the lemon lime flavor is good!
We got the Mac Daddy (no bacon). The mac’n’cheese is delicious! I would just get a side of this instead of the sandwich, although we did like the sandwich version too. The bread was pretty good. Just need a bit more flavor, maybe we will add onions or tomatoes next time.
Fries were great too, but not sure about the seasoning, couldn’t taste it much. But overall good fries!
I was really surprised the average Unilocal rating isn’t that high for this place, but it should be!
The décor is nice, employees were nice, and I love the outdoor area near the water fountains.

Had the Mac Daddy along with the well dressed fries. Very tasty; definitely satisfied my need for comfort food. Whole family went, including 5 & 3 year old children. Staff was very accommodating and interactive with them. Would definitely go

Damn yall harsh on your reviews. I’ve seen shittier food places with a rating higher than 3 lol.
This place isn’t that bad. The value isn’t that bad. If you want a burger with a value, go to mcdonalds, there’s your value menu. Or in n out! Or fuddruckers. Honestly, if you’re gonna hate because of the value /​price of the food, maybe you shouldn’t travel upstate as well? All the burger places in SF are around this price. It’s rather risky for a place like this to be in Rancho Cucamonga since we’ve got a lot of burger places that have more for a smaller dent in your wallet.
I’ve had the mac n cheese, tomato soup, grilled cheese, and their burgers. My brother absolutely loved the tomato soup + grilled cheese combo for a cold and rainy day. The burgers and fries were pretty good. Although, I would them rather not use the bun selected for me (my boyfriend got a tastier bun than me but I didn’t get to choose my bun!). Mac n cheese was definitely made for kids because I like my mac n cheese wayyy more cheesier than they make it. Their soda is different too! I’ve never seen that around southern California before.
Overall, I give it a 4 stars because there was nothing wrong with the food I ate. The fries and burger were really good. The customer service was a bit slow but I have no where to be and they were accomedating, asking if it tasted okay and everything. It isn’t a ⁵⁄₅ but it’s good enough for me to come back because I like it.

You can tell this is a new location that still has to work the kinks out.
Service was nice, but still a bit lost in what to do.
We went with one of everything, loaded fries, loaded mac, bbq burger, steak and mac grilled cheese and caesar salad.
The burger very overcooked and just dry and flavorless. The loaded mac not so loaded, dry noodles with cold cheese sprinkle on top, fries and grilled cheese were excellent, so a hit or miss really.
Really loved the seasoning on the fries, my favorite menu item, but again not really loaded with much of anything.
My salad consisted of only lettuce, the reason I got it was for the grilled cheese croutons which when I asked where my toppings were they said they still had to make. 20 minutes later they said they would bring them out later, by then we were done and just left it, so pass on the salad until they know how to make croutons, shame, the salad itself was fresh and dressing good.
For now, sandwiches and fries worth it, the rest is a pass.

Burger was way too small to not be accompanied by fries.
Mac and Cheese was very cheesy but was also supposed to served with «crispy onions» on top… it came with crumbs.
