Starbucks

This is the closest Starbucks to my house. I have been here on numerous occasions and usually the service is fine. However, it seems as if whenever I’m running late and I need to get in and out quickly, they have messed up my mobile orders. I understand that mistakes happen however my issue is that the baristas are super friendly and helpful to the regulars. Since I try not to go this store if I can help it, I’m not one of those regulars. So it is pretty frustrating to watch others get served quickly and before me while I stand there waiting for an order that got overlooked. Today, due to such a mixup, I was late for a meeting. Another time, everyone was getting their orders and I was never acknowledged. When I finally asked if she had my order, she looked, rolled her eyes and said, «You need to ask for it,». So that day, I got a cold machiatto and an attitude from the barista. Not a good experience.

One of my favorite locations; unfortunately, staff turnover seems high which aggravates regulars, like me, when newbies aren’t on point. However, this location gets a lot more of my mobile orders right compared to the other Rancho locations. Although there are students who hang out here, there’s a good mix of business and social meetings, especially in the outside «terrace» enjoying the fountain. The bathrooms are consistently clean. The sitting areas are well maintained and the trash rarely overflows.

This is the third time I’ve done a mobile order and walked in and it’s not even in the process of being made. At 5:35am, there was no one else in the store ordering. Veronica is extremely rude EVERY TIME I’m in there. No apology for my drink and muffin not being ready, AGAIN! I wasn’t greeted when I walked in or when I left. Just slid my drink across to me. VERY disappointed.

I live close to this Starbucks. Love the people and service. Top notch!

Every time I come to this place I wait and they are very slow. Consistency the slowest Starbucks. The staff is never helpful and they seem like they are in a daze.

I go to 3 different starbucks regularly and this is by far the best! The mobile order is very efficient here. They also have identical twins that work there so thats fun.

Oh how can you ever go wrong with Starbucks?! It is the best and I have never had a bad experience. This location was very beautiful. There is a fountain right outside of the window with a nice sitting area and a view of the mountains. I stopped here while visiting a friend in Rancho and is located near a lot of other nice shops.

Just left there and my daughter ordered a S’mores Frappuccino® Blended, and the barista said «sorry we are out of graham», and didn’t offer to add or offer anything extra. My normal location I go to always does. I’ll stick to my normal location.

Here almost everyday. Only reason I go here is because it’s near my house.
Just don’t like service by some lazy workers.
Also too many highs school kids hangout here.
Think I’ll be going to VG starbucks for now on.

I love this Starbucks. While I haven’t been frequenting as often as I was, I still really like this place. I much prefer to come in the mornings as I find that the baristas are more pleasant and friendly. The twins, Jeff? and Jordan, are so pleasant to conversate with and ALWAYS greet me with a wave and a big smile, even if they’re helping another customer. Ruth is always cheerful and probably one of the select few who actually remembers my name and what I like to order.

This is a very busy Starbucks. Very busy in a Friday afternoon. Very understaffed for such a hot spot Starbucks. You will wait in line for a good 10 min to order as they only have 2 baristas working here.

I’m just leaving Starbucks right now I ordered my very very hibiscus cooler with no berries shaken no ice and I got a glass three fourths full. As a customer it should be my prerogative whether I want my glass full of very very Hibiscus or ice. It’s rude it’s condescending it’s presumptuous, can I think of any other description besides Ludacris to pay $ 4.45 for three fourths of a drink? I am officially finished with Starbucks.

The staff needs to be much more accommodating and smile more.
The lady that took my order didnt welcome me, she looked at me until I walked up to the register, didn’t say hello, took my order and asked for my name. Never once said please or thank you.
«And your name please» or «thank you»
Didn’t ask me if j wanted my receipt. Small things that makes me by enjoy my experience here.

I visit the place often when in town, they do a very nice job, the place looks good, been well kept up.
Great drinks as usual and it has few seats. Good work.

This is a very busy Starbucks and I always get awesome service from every employee that works at this Starbucks. I do have to agree with the previous reviews regarding Elizabeth. She has been rude to me several times as well.

I LOVE coffee! Starbucks is my ultimate favorite place to go for coffee. I usually come in for one of my favorite drinks which are the Mocha frap, Iced Caramel Macchiato, Caramel frap, or the Iced Green Tea Latte. Calories galore, but it’s worth it! I go to this particular location more often because it’s down the street from where I live, and it’s easy to make a quick stop at this location before heading to work. The only drawback for this location is that it’s always crowded in the morning especially when everyone is rushing to work. I hope that this location brings in more Baristas to help with the early morning rush, at least on the weekday. The inside sitting area is a little small and can get pretty crowded and uncomfortable, but there is a nice outdoor sitting area with a litte fountain to sit next to as an alternative to sitting indoor if anything. This Starbucks is located in the same shopping center as Ralphs on the corner of Highland Ave and Day Creek Blvd, next to Menchies Frozen Yogurt, Pizza Factory and Wells Fargo Bank. Anyway, I LOVE Starbucks, and I am definitely coming back whether it be at this location or another, but this one will be my go-​to location since it’s closest to home.

Love this Starbucks. Drinks always taste the same.

While I went to arrowhead lake, I stopped here to get drink.

The barista’s here are so sweet and my drink is always delicious! I come here all the time, and they recently remodeled and the new layout is lovely!
I’ll be sure to return soon :)

I like this place, close to my house, close to the freeway, and friendly staff. Couple all that with great coffee. What else would you want from a coffee joint?
Anyways, I really like this place. Period.
