I have used signature pest control for 6 years. Randall is the guy who dose the job at our house. He always does a wonderful job. Calls in advance to let us know that he will be at our house the next day. Always ask if we have had any problems sense our last service.

Five stars plus ! The technician was knowledgable in all pests. I have crickets, ants, roaches, spiders… I had questions and Randall answered all of em and gave me information on all the pests. I also recommend signing up for their yearly contract so that the company sprays the house every 3months. Which I’m renting and landlord won’t pay for exterminator so I explained I will pay for it… They have a $ 50 off the contract offered so I’m glad it wasn’t too expensive … How ever u pay for what u get. Randall called the day before as a reminder and on arrival he explained what he was gonna do and entering my home he put on booties… So respectful and a great sense of humor too. Highly recommend this company just because of this individual Randall. Great customer service !

Dealing with a pest situation is never pleasant but somehow Scott was able to make it a pleasant experience. They came same day and were reasonably priced. Scott didn’t even laugh when I jumped sky high and did a dance when I saw a dead pest.

Richard Stover does a great job. He is very thorough and always asks if there is anything else that needs his attention. Our company has used Richard for 10 years with another 10 year coming.

Prompt and affordable! The technician, Randall, was amazing. He took his time to look for potential problems and explain how to mitigate them. He came inside to perform a treatment he covered his boots and was very careful when moving and spraying around furniture. I was blown away by his friendly attitude and excellent work ethic!

I have been so happy with this pest control company! We have used them for our monthly perimeter spray around my complex for years and they are very good at accommodating any last minute issues that a tenant brings up. They are all very friendly. I really like the specialist that services the riverside area (Richard). He is always very nice and always does everything he can to help. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a pest control company that cares. Great value!

Highly recommended I have had three pest control companies in the last 8 yrs. whenever I have an issue like ants invading the home Richard is swiftly at the house to take care of it for me. James the owner is always attentive to the customers needs and does a great job with managing the business to suit the customers needs. If I could give me ten stars I would!

Used to be with a major brand bug service but made the switch to Signature. I’m glad I did! Much better prices, customer service, and personalized service from our technician. Why throw money away and pay for a name that doesn’t deliver on the effective goods? Call Signature, you’ll be bugged a lot less!

We are very happy with our service. They come every month on time. our service guy Richard is very helpful and does his work and our Apartment complex is free of pests.

For the sale of my house, I was told I needed a termite report, I contacted Signature and the Tech came at the scheduled time of the day, some damage was reported and could of been fixed from my self, Tech was honest and gave me a quote on the repair or again I could of done it my self, I find that Signature being an honest company that if I find the opportunity ever comes again I would use them for my pest removal needs

We have been with Signature Pest Control for over eight years now and I must say they are an excellent, professional company to deal with. Their people are all very pleasant and our guy «Richard» is awesome. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great dependable pest control company.
We have dealt with other «so called professional companies» in the past and all they cared about was getting you to sign a long term contract… getting paid and NOT fulfilling their obligations.

I have used Signature Pest Control for the past 3 years for Crickets and Spiders in /​around my home in Rancho Cucamonga… I normally get 2 treatments per year… The technician always pays special attetion to the areas we have problems with… The price is great, and the service is even better… I love that they don’t try to «sell me» more than I need… Its nice to deal with a professional company, and more importantly, a local business!!! I would recommend Signature to anyone who needs a little help getting the bugs out of life!!!

Jim and the team at Signature Pest Control were very helpful in addressing the black widows in my backyard and the ants in my kitchen. I have been less than impressed with signatures service, follow through and business practice. Richard from signature pest control has been a no-​show two times when he had communicated that he would come on a weekly basis until our pest infestation was under control. There are rodents under our house that are resulting in a rancid smell in our kitchen walls. Originally, just based on the limited information that I gave over the phone to set up an appointment, signature determined it was an opossum. Richard came out, did very little investigation or exploration around the house and simply set an opossum trap at under the house entrance. That sat empty for 2 to 3 weeks. However, the day after he came to set the one original trap, I received a phone call at 7:15 AM from Barbara in the office requesting my credit card number so that they could charge me $ 395 for the opossum servicing. After a lot of handling she finally agreed to send me a bill by email so I can get off the phone with her, rather than me giving her my credit card number. When Richard returned a couple weeks later, the trap was still empty the smell was even stronger and he decided to set one rat trap under the house and reduced the cost to now $ 200. Six weeks later, after a few brief visits from Richard, we are out $ 200 and still have no result. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is a friend of mine raves about the great service, however it is not Richard she has interacted with. The other technicians must be better.

So far I am a happy camper. I have a regular older home in Rancho Cucamonga with plenty of ants, spiders, possible termites migrating from my neighbor’s decomposing shack of a house and to top it off a weird pantry pest nuisance. I called the company, and their customer service over the phone was awesome, they really tried to be helpful with my issues before even looking at the house. That pretty much stopped me from shopping around and just waited for their inspection. The Inspector was nice too, he looked thoroughly around and in my house and gave me my numbers. So far I signed up for the monthly service, and they just finished the first spray around the house the other day, and I see no ants ! i hope it stays like that, as they were attacking all my potted plants. I will go for the termite treatment under the lab as well before the heat starts.

Very happy with both the service and the performance of the product. Barbara was very nice, not pushy at all and did her best to accommodate us with a same — day service.
We used to have Terminix. Their product worked well but they were pricey. We started with them in May of 2012. Then we got a door-​to-​door salesman from Alterra Pest Control come to our neighborhood. His pitch was good and he talked us into leaving Terminix with a cheaper price. Their product was horrible and we’d have to call them back out two or three times after every single quarterly spray. They didn’t charge for those additional sprays but constantly seeing ants even after a spray was annoying. We didn’t have that problem with Terminix.
Fast forward to earlier this month and we cancelled Alterra as soon as our one year contract was up. And not a moment too soon as we were being inundated with ants. So we called Terminix to see if they would give us back our old pricing since we had only been gone for one year. NOPE! 20% Increase from our first price in May of 2012. It was explained to me that if we had not, left we could have kept our original pricing. But since we left we would have to take the new pricing. This didn’t make sense to me. If I had stayed, I would have kept my old quarterly fee and they would still make a profit. But since I left, they had to charge me the new fee which was 20% higher. Isn’t the average inflation rate like 4%? What’s with the 20% increase? Well they did me a favor because it caused me to shop around even though the Terminix rep assured me I wouldn’t find a better deal.
Well, that’s where Signature came in. Not only was the conversation with Barbara much more pleasant, but they also made it out that same day and their cost was a lot lower. I’ve already recommended them to a friend too. And to think if Terminix had just given me my old price I would have went with them and paid more.
By the way, we were told by Signature that the treatment could take a week to work. It actually worked immediately. We haven’t seen ants since that first visit. Thanks Signature!
