Rapid Recovery Hyperbarics

This place does not even deserve one star nor should they even be in business. Susan lacks compassion and is extremely rude!!! I wanted to take my father there (who has stage 4 cancer and is currently under chemo therapy) and she told me she could not see him. A few weeks ago my sister and her husband stopped by to check out the place with my father before his other doctor apt. And she recommended that they come back when my father has been hydrated and has eaten a full meal. So when I called today she said that they left without paying and my father was unreasonable. I apologized on their behalf without knowing the full story and explained to her that chemo has taken a toll on my dad mentally and physically and I don’t think he meant that intentionally. so she scheduled us for an apt tom @ 3:00. I called my sister and told her what had happened, and she became very upset saying it was all complete BS! They went to check it out, they never saw the doctor to get the «prescription» and Susan knew my fathers situation and as I said before, recommended that they come back another time. so my sister called back to cancel the appointment… Susan was extremely rude and heartless, was taking sh%t about our fragile father and THeN had the nerve to cancel our apt before we even had the chance to. She is a complete *****, excuse my language, but the word suits her completely. Do not give this heartless, unprofessional place your time or business. I hope her business falls to complete S*it, because that’s exactly what they are, sh*t.

My opinion of Rapid Recovery has not changed since the original review I wrote, and I meant every word. However, upon becoming aware of accusations from another reviewer that my previous review may be «fake», I feel compelled to assure whoever might read it that the personal experience I share of the injury and subsequent recovery of my child is 100% real and accurate.
Additionally, I would like to add that while I believe everyone has a right to their opinion, I find these types of personal attacks on other reviewers and baseless accusations that they are lying or making up stories, to be incredibly rude and insensitive.
One star for this sort of online behavior.

This place is amazing!!! Susan and Pat are absolutely wonderful people. They are very skilled and knowledgeable. I am so grateful for them. I had a fatal injury and was looking for something to heal my wounds. Hyperbaric helped me greatly and was awesome!!! I cannot say enough good things about it. The couple is wonderful, Christian, and keep the costs low so that people such as myself can afford it.
