Turn around time sucks, took a week for patches. They don’t carry a lot on hand they have to order it again another week. Prices are not any better than anywhere else. Place is pretty cluttered.

Pristine Uniforms did a great job and the service is outstanding.
For 27 years I’ve been buying uniforms or getting them tailored from many different places. Some have what I want, but the tailoring is terrible or vice versa. I was glad to find Pristine for their supply and tailoring. That with the exceptional level of service makes it a no brainer to go there first.

Amazing customer service, but the turn around time on small jobs (name plate attachment or patches only), is horrible.

Great place I first heard of this place from a friend so gave it a shot. And wow what a great store great customer service with all the girls and that shoe shiner they got does great work. The only down fall I wish they had more size in Stock for jumpsuits at lease to have them just to try on and see what size you are. Jumpsuit don’t come in sizes by letter they come by number sizes and if you don’t know your sizes and order one and get it wrong it’s just more waiting but overall great place

First time here had great customer service and knew exactly what I needed as I walked in with my shirts.

Good people. They greet you just as you open the door. My uniform was done in a timely manner.

I’m a huge fan of this place & everyone in my academy seem to agree. As soon as you walk in there is someone there asking if they can help you & all the workers know exactly what is needed to make your uniform complete. They can also have uniform alterations rushed if need be. The staff also remembers who you are! They aren’t as big as galls or pnp but that’s why their able to give such great service and they always have wtv you need. They also have someone on site that shines your gear! A lot of my classmates take their boots and duty belts there and the guy does a great job.
PS. This is the only uniform shop that stays open till 6:30 which is perfect if you need something for the next day at the academy!

I am very pleased with my 1^st visit here. Kaylee was great. I was looking for 2 Class A shirts with 18″ neck and 37″ sleeves. They had them on the shelf. Alterations are free and turnaround time is 4 days. I will NEVER go to Gall’s again.

It was indicated that the font and size were incorrect BEFORE remaking the shirt. I mentioned this and assumed they would get it right the second time around.

I have personally been in this place when they were swamped and you always still get great service. Uniform supply made easy and quick, by the way great seamstress to adjust in house & top notch shoe repair & shine.

This is a nice, clean store with lots of inventory. If they don’t have what you need, they will order it. I had a small complaint and the owner called me personally and handled it very professionally over the phone. Needless to say GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will be back!

The only uniform store I will go to. They have made accommodations when I needed something done in a few hours.

The best around. Pristine is a breath of fresh air to the IE. Professional, great pricing and inventory. Highly recommend Pristine Uniform.

The service here is excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I love it here. I have found my new uniform store. The tailor on site does an awesome job in addition to having everything done promptly.

Since being new to the IE it’s been difficult to find a uniform shop that has what you want and treats like person verses an inconvenience. Great service and smiles every time.

Finally, a uniform store that «Gets it.» I’ve been in a few times for uniforms and other work related items, and each time I go in, their customer service has been way beyond expectation. Every other uniform store treats you like a number, but the folks at Pristine treat you like a human being, and that is why I will keep going back. Kudos to Alex and his staff. Keep up the great work guys!

Lots of selections and the prices are reasonable. This store has a seamstress on site, so it really is a one stop cop shop.

Great service. Fast alterations and they always have what I need. Thank you ladies being so eager to help. Lord knows buying uniforms isn’t the top priority on officers list. You guys make it easy and fast!

I guy I work with told me about this new uniform store in Rancho he went to last Saturday night. He said: the store was nicely laid out like a ikea store… lol…think he was trying to say «it was modern and very clean». He also said: «they treated me like I wore brass, even tho I went in around 5pm right before they closed, prices were completive and turn around time for tailored uniforms were 2 days.
I thought to myself, well… just from that statement I know he wasn’t taking about Greenwoods/​Gear you up or GALLS cause for one he said: «late Saturday night and they treated me like I wore brass». Greenwoods and Galls closes at 2pm on Saturdays. Greenwoods/​Gear you up, well to say the very least treats you like your an inconvenience and I remember him saying 2 day turnaround for tailored uniforms and that was on a Saturday night. Galls was out of the question, there turnaround time is more like 2 weeks! That only left «Cop Town».
I asked him the new uniform store was Cop Town? He said $H!t NO!!! He told me a story about a class A uniform he had tailored there before and long story short. After he got back his pants, his pant crease now lined up to his crotch area and looked like he was wearing a diaper. He told me to «google it». So I did and I found:

I have recently purchased several uniforms for my son and myself. We were both amazed at the turn around time and fit of our orders. It is nice purchase from a shop that comes thru with service and doesn’t make excuses for bad work. My hats off to pristine. Their quality and service are worth every penny paid.
