Laurie and her staff are beyond reproach! They take such wonderful care of my lil’ man and always let me know what they did to make Cody even more perfect! This is one very professional, reasonable pet groomers.

I really like this place they always give my dog a great hair cut. What upsets me about this place is that the last two times my dog has come home with flea’s. This last time I took two dogs the one who goes there regularly and my new pup who was a first timer. Both my dogs came back with flea’s, kennel cough and were there from 9:30a — 4:15p which is a very long time and is that long every time. I am never one to complain and always like there services but for the amount of money I pay my dogs should not be coming back with flea’s and when I leave a message to speak to a manager I would expect a call back. I would like to continue coming here but I’m going to have to look for a new place. Its not worth it to me to pay for my dogs to get flea’s.

My dogs absolutely love coming home beautiful. My wife says the people know and treat our doggies well!

I refer anybody that asks me to Lorries Paw Spa! All of the ladies there are very pleasant, love the animals, you can tell they love their job and do fabulous haircuts! Their prices are very reasonable and the salon is very clean. I absolutely love Lorries Paw Spa and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Great job ladies, Thank you for being fabulous!

They do a great job and are busy because of that. They fit us in at the last minute and were very concerned with our dogs comfort on her 1^st time there.

I am giving them a one, only because there is no negative stars. Brought in my dog a few times and all I heard is complains about how bad my dog is. It’s a shame they don’t have the time or patience to deal w dogs with special needs, like anxiety. I was asked to bring my dog in during the week, forget that I have a job, because they don’t have the time to deal with her. Owner had the audacity to show me her «busy» schedule oh and what’s worse. She suggested I drug my dog before bringing her in. Yeah right, I am not going to drug my dog to make her job easier and faster! Made me feel like they don’t care for dogs, just quick get the next one in and out. All about the money. Maybe another 25 yrs of experience and you’ll get it right… Lorrie. They made my dogs stress worse instead of helping her out. So if you love n care for your babies… go somewhere else!

Love taking my fur babies here, they take great care of my dogs and they always look beautiful when I pick them up. Staff is very friendly.

Just got back from picking up my malamute; overall this place has good customer service and they call as soon as grooming is complete; when I dropped him off I advised that I needed his undercoat blown out to minimize the shedding; after picking him up my car was full of hair. Wouldn’t recommend for husky/​malamutes in the future.

Outstanding groomers all these ladies truly love animals and it shows with how much all the animals love to be in there care!!! if you don’t go to them you are not getting the best quality grooming experience for your pets!!!

Lorrie’s Paw Spa is simply amazing! Lorrie is the kindest, most caring woman and her staff is just as wonderful! My fur baby always comes out looking so cute and smells so good! I must have called 5 other groomers and all were booked until next week! I have a Lab and its shedding season again so I really wanted to get her in today. I called Lori’s Paw Spa and expected yet another «we’re booked until …» But no, she told me to come right in and so we were on our way. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I returned to pick up my girl 3 hours later (with a new toy. I’m a sucker) and she looked great. She was even given a cute bandana and a milk bone on her way out. Love this place!

Took my dog Nala, 9 pound shih tzu, in to get groomed. Excellent job, best cut she has had. Got the 7 cut with the teddy bear face. They were able to get me in same day. Very impressed with everything, service, location and craftsmanship quality work. I will definitely be bringing Nala back.

I’ve taken my dog to get groomed for years and I wanted to try this place and what I got back was a horrible cut-​it was obvious that whomever groomed her had no experience and I complained and they didn’t take responsibility which tells you who they are!! never again — visit doggie couture instead!

Lorrie’s Paw Spa took in our 1 year old pup for her first time at the groomers. They were extremely accommodating as they took her in for a same day appointment, and were extremely friendly and patient answering all my questions as a first time customer.
When my boyfriend and I arrived with our dog, they were very friendly and began to bond with Kai (our dog). They have an area where the dogs can «hang out» together and socialize, which I was really happy about. Because Kai is so young they did ask for proof of her vaccinations/​shots, which made me feel good about the cleanliness of the place as well.
We chose to do a trim and bath which included all of the nails, eyes, blow-​dry etc, and they even provided cute little bows for her to wear on her way out.
All in all this was a wonderful experience and they were so great with our puppy who is currently being socialized. Price was very fair, and we are definitely going to be returning customers.
Thank you so much to all the ladies at Lorrie’s Paw Spa… you made our visit so easy and pleasant, and Kai is excited to come back and play :)

I take my bichon frise to Lorrie’s. He loves it. He’s happy to enter the building and just shows a great attitude. I trust his instinct and he’s in good hands. They also do a great job on him and goes home looking his best! Great staff and wonderful customer service!

I love this place for my little shih-​tzu Cece. They are always so friendly and take me/​Cece last minute almost every time I call.

My husband and I took our 2 French Bulldogs here to get groomed after we called and we were impressed by how nice the girl was we spoke to. We also liked the price. Very good compared to other companies that I called. They included nail clipping, ear cleaning, and they express the anal glands (ewww but it has to be done)
They were able to get us in that same day. I am very cautious about where I leave my babies because they mean the world to me. When we got there, I was impressed and put at ease. The shop itself is adorable and very welcoming. We were greeted by friendly faces when we walked in. Everyone was very polite and friendly to us and more importantly to my babies. I felt very comfortable leaving them here.
When we picked them up, the staff complimented our dogs :-) Our babies had adorable bandannas on and they smelled and felt amazing. Very happy with the services provided. Walter had so much fun, he wasn’t ready to leave. We will definitely be bringing our babies here again!
