Husband and I found exactly what we needed with extra help with color schemes by the sales associate on the floor. Customer service was very attentive and explained how one of the furniture items was in the wearhouse instead of the store and that actually worked better for us because the location was even closer to our home. My husband has a truck and he wanted to pick up instead of having them to deliver. We got insurance on all of our furniture and transaction went smoothly! No surprises, no disappointments at all! We bought well made furniture that met all of our expectations and I can’t wait for the hubby to pick up our couch, rocking recliner, and handsome accent chair!

I don’t know why there are so many complaints on here. like someone else wrote it only seems to be the ppl that have bad experiences that write reviews. We have been in and out of this store trying to furnish our new place. We’ve bought some great looking pieces from here and I love that you can customize anything to make it your own look !! Their prices range but there are forsure a great number of deals here. Also everyone here is extremely helpful… we were approached by more than 5 different people in the time span we spent in the store. They act like they truly want to help you on not pressure to just make a commission of you. I’ll update if I come across any problems later on but so far 5 stars :)

Wow this place is still a joke. I first walked into the store and was looking for furnature and the first sales person didn’t want to deal with me as soon as I mentioned I have dogs and looking for lesser cost furnature.
I have been standing in the clearance are and have been walked by twice and the sales person didn’t even acknowledge my presents. And when he did all he wanted to do was talk on his little ear radio.

Kinda surprised at all the low star reviews! My wife and I came here yesterday and every corner we took we were greeted by someone asking if we were ok or needed any help, but they weren’t pushy. We were looking for a new couch for our apartment and found one. We talked with a girl about the color options, decided to go with the color that was on the floor model. paid, got our paper work to pick up at the wharehouse in Rialto and a few hours later we were chilling on our new awesome couch. No hassles, no bs but mainly because we knew what we wanted and we didn’t pay for delivery. Picking up at the wharehouse is not a problem! They had it out and loaded it into our truck. Note to people picking up, bring your tie downs to be safe, they don’t provide any for you.

The staff is amazing, I’m sure there are bad experiences, unfortunately usually the only people who write reviews are the same who only review when things are bad. The service is superb, store has so much to see and choose, prices are ridiculously lower than other places and you can customize at no charge.

I just purchased a red sofa sleeper for $ 395 and Jose offered me free delivery (saved $ 100.00)! Was delivered in 2 days and they worked with my busy schedule. Came at 7 p.m. and the men were very professional.

I purchased the «Extended Warranty» so my couch would be covered, but the «Extended Warranty» they sell is actually DAMAGE INSURANCE. It will NOT cover any manufacturer defect. Plus as an added bonus, the second party «warranty» company, Ultra Shield, is very unprofessional and difficult to deal with.
Take my advise and do NOT waste your money on the Ultra Shield «Extended Warranty»

Purchase reclines from here 2 months ago. a ready broke. I purchased the vip protection to protect against damage that they would repair or replace the recliner. but can’t even get a hold of any one. Had to go online and submit claim and still now one has bothered to get a hold of me. My recommendation is to not waste money on vip protection.

Buy it today, have a broken driveway tonight. Living spaces delivered a couch to my new house and backed their big box truck over the corner of my driveway breaking a 2 foot corner off the concrete that’s only a few months old. I understand, things happen… unfortunately they are avoiding me and not doing anything to make it right. I filed a property damage claim and nobody is getting back to me. I have called 3 times, submitted pictures online and left a message for a supervisor once with no return phone calls. I can’t say anything about the durability of the couch yet, but what I can say is if they tear up your house while delivering it they will just try to blow you off until you forget about it. I would have been happy to settle, even for store credit and make the repairs myself. Unfortunately, if they don’t get back to me soon, I’ll have to file a suit in small claims to get them to respond.

Walk in today after shopping at Mathis bros. they pretty much have the same cheap couches and if you buy you have to purchase a warranty for the couches that’s only good for seven years. We found a small furniture shop 15 mins away with quality couches and the couches come with a lifetime warranty at no extra cost. plus you pay $ 99.00 for delivery fee here at living spaces. Did I mention the small business owner of the furniture store his couches were made in the USA The warranty is covered for as long as you own the couches.

I bought a bed a month ago and paid cash for it, the next day I changed the item less than what I paid for. They told me a refund could only be mailed to me. I called two weeks later, the rep said no one process my refund. She said she will submit the request to refund me, two week had past and still no refund. I called and spoke to a lady, put me on hold for 5 min, she said their going to issue a check this Friday and wait 7 biz days. Very poor customer service. They owe me $ 118.

I don’t want to bore the readers with the gory details of my nightmare of an experience with this company but suffice it to say, it has been absolutely exhausting. Wrong pieces, lacking pieces, unkept promises, no refund check after over 3 weeks when they said it would be cut. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at ALL cost!!! The one star is just to allow for review to begin. You really deserve a Negative 5 stars.

Update on my previous review! It’s been a couple years since I bought my couch from this Living Spaces; first… The warranty system I purchased with my couch provided cleaning products that we were suppose to be able to refill at LS, so when it came time to refill our products, LS advised us they no longer worked with that warranty company and do not refill the cleaning products… We weren’t offered any other cleaning solutions either, nothing but «I’m sorry» and barely that.
Second and it’s been 3 years since we purchased our couch, made of vegan leather, which we were told was like leather and would last a long time… It hasn’t! It randomly started peeling, and not a little. It’s completely peeling all over and looks so old and worn, but we haven’t even had it that long. Also the seats are starting to sink in, my husband and I are average people, not overweight, we don’t bounce around on the couch or mistreat it… But somehow our seats are sunken in.
I’m extremely disappointed in the poor quality of furnishings sold by Living Spaces, when you buy furniture you expect it to last awhile! We are unfortunately having to look for a new couch now and having to spend more money.

We went looking for a TV stand late in the evening on 12/​30, it was past the time to get next day delivery. However, the woman assisting us called the manager and got approval to make an exception. We were worried that maybe we would not actually receive the stand when they said since the reviews are not great. Fortunately we received the piece on time and we love it. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, it is a bit pricey hoping this is because the quality is better.

If I could give living spaces lower than a one star I would. They have the worst customer service ever. Their customer service department truly does not care about customers they have now and those customers being a future customer.
I received a gift card to the store as a Christmas gift but I don’t shop at the store. Nothing in the stores appealing to me or online. And now there’s no way for me to get hundreds of dollars back off of a gift card other than to spend it at their store when there’s nothing in their store that I like. Nobody cares at corporate nobody cares in customer service. They only answer I keep getting is «keep it» …for what if I don’t like anything in this over priced store!
EVERYTIME I speak to someone there they truly have no care about helping me because all the care about it is me spending money at this store.

Not sure why majority of the reviews are so negative. Both days I went in I was greeted with a smile and a positive welcome. Second day after finding the couch that we wanted I spoke with Jenna in the clearance section. She was extremely helpful and really provided all options as far as shipping. She was a great help and I really appreciate it. She informed me we could ship the couch to their store same day I would be moving into my new apartment which was perfect and not be charged additional fees. Thanks Jenna and living spaces for making my couch buying experience awesome.

I can only hope that the better business bureau gets ahold of these people and their warranty program. Spent over 14k on furniture and furnishings — absolutely joke and waste of money product was not as promised and warranty did less than that. I’ll never be back —

Poor quality furniture. Bought a couch from Them it was delivered with a huge rip/​tear in cushions. Called customer service and had to file a claim with Quality Ins, even tho it was delivered that way. Quality denied me because I dont know how it happened, because it was delivered that way. After calling the store and flipping out on them, i mean SCREAMING, i was given a new Cushion. Its been 2 years and the couch is coming apart under the cushion seating part. Its terrible. I am now shopping for a new one. What a waste of money. Go somewhere else dont waste your money. The insurance is a joke too, dont do it.

They are lucky to have received one star. We just had the most HORRIFIC experience with this company and they should be mortified. We were very excited to see such a huge selection of nice quality furniture (at least they can do that right) and we were enticed with their motto «buy it today, receive it that night» because we were needing a couch fairly soon. We found a very nice couch (along with $ 1500 of other furniture we purchased) that they said was a floor model and could be delivered same day. We were then told that only the sleeper sofa was available for same day delivery (if we wanted the non-​sleeper sofa it would be considered a special order and would take 2 – 3 weeks). So we bought into this upsell of the sales associate and coughed up an extra $ 400 to have the sleeper because we would get a couch ASAP. Come to find out, it wasn’t available for same day, that they have to get it from the warehouse and that it would take 4 days, then they said just kidding 5 days. Then, on the day it is supposed to be delivered, I get a phone call that it won’t be delivered with our other purchases. Of course I call to inquire what happened – it took my lunch break + 8 hours to be able to get ahold of a manager, who said they made an error and delivered it to the wrong warehouse. The compensation they offered for THEIR error and the massive headache that came with it was almost laughable. Apparently the CEO will be informed of this issue, however I am not holding my breath. Moral of the story is, nice furniture with the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Very disappointed and couch-​less.

We did get ahold of a manager who was actually very helpful and did as much as he could to help us with this issue. We are very pleased with his efforts.
