He sold our home in Rancho Cucamonga during the winter season 19 days after it was listed!
When we met him in the evening at our home for the first time, my wife and I talked with him for 4 hours and we were ready for bed. He was still willing to talk more.
We were worried because our house was near a million dollars and not only did he get us the price we needed, he did it in 19 days during the slow winter season.
The interesting thing is that Kevin doesn’t use smoke and mirrors– he simply outworks the other realtors.
His motto from day one was to make the listing a volume business. The more people that got their eyes on the house, the better the odds for us.
