These guys were great! I met Imee at the Daytime Emmys Gifting lounge last year, but never carved out the time to travel to Rancho Cucamonga until this past Memorial Day. All of the women there: Imee, Marilyn and Nurse Nicole were very thorough and nice. I just wanted to get a good facial, but I got that and soo much more. Their medical spa is pretty large and feels like a lot of high-​end clients go there. I’m so glad they are expanding to the West Side of LA soon, as I will surely visit them there!

I came here for facial today the staffs were friendly, nice and did a great job. I felt welcome and answered my inquiries about my skin concern. They took the time to explain to me the procedure that I will undergo for my next appointment. I definitely recommend this place for your skin care needs!

I cannot express how much love I have for this place. I came to see Nurse Nicole after about a year researching for an aesthetic nurse that specializes in natural-​looking fillers/​injectables.
I’m glad I made the decision to see her! She was very personable and knowledgable and didnt pressure me whatsoever for treatments I didn’t need. She answered every question and explained everything thoroughly for the consultation.
My main concern I came to see her with was my depletion of the under eye volume that I’m starting to see (I’m in my late 20s) and wanted to start preventative measures to age gracefully. She evened out my cheek bones because one was «falling» and from there restored the area below my eyes. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The volume replacement with restalyne lyft not only gave me back my youthful beautiful cheek bones but also slimmed out my jaw line and small lines around my mouth. So amazing. The procedure itself was almost painless and she took her time with a gentle hand.
I’m so glad I came here and not one of those corporate medical spas who just care about making a profit off you. The whole staff from the receptionist Heaven to Nicole made me feel at home and had such a welcoming demeanor.

I’m genuinely happy with my care at the spa. Heaven is full of good energy and kind. Eric L. who does my laser hair removal is gentle, he asks if I am comfortable and overall just a caring guy. I feel and see that my investment in me as a win win here as my results have been wonderful. Expect professionals who enjoy what they do and use quality products and lasers. I love this place! Nicole has such an amazing eye. I had my lips injected and they look perfect. I also recieved a facial and it was awesome! Nicole listens to what you want and makes sure you’re happy with the results. Thank you to the lovely staff!

I love this place. I’ve gotten multiple treatments here leaving my skin feeling great. Whether it is the microdermabrasion, peels, or the facials, the workers really know how to treat their clients well. They have the best consultants who know what they’re talking about when it comes to skin and I always recieve the best and nothing less from them! If you’re wanting to feel pampered, ask for Haifa. She leave your skin feeling amazing and looking better! The best spa I have ever been to, with such a friendly atmosphere!

Every one here has a great attitude. Back in October Nicole Dy did my Botox. She was so professional and explained everything she was doing. The results were amazing. During my visit I also purchase some ZO Health/​Medical skin products. Unfortunately, one of the products did not work well with my skin. I contacted Nicole regarding this and she followed up with me and directed me to Imee, the manager, to help facilitate an exchange. When I went in for the exchange, Imee was very personable and made the exchange process effortless. Thank you for your wonderful service. You have earned a return client! I’ll be in for the Silk Peel next.

Most staff are nice and knows what they are doing just don’t make the same mistake I had by signing up for care credit for a procedure before checking out with my doctor because it will take you weeks, months to cancel a transaction, you have to call them multiple times to remind them and they never update you if it’s been cancelled or not. Very disappointing as if they don’t want to let go of your money /​credit card once they have it.

I love this place! It’s beautifully decorated and filled with amazing staff members. From reception to sales, to consultants, to estheticians, and RN’s, everyone I’ve met is super nice, friendly, and enjoys making conversation. I’ve been coming here with my mom since March and I’ve enjoyed every appointment. I’ve had treatments such as the microdermabrasion/​cleansing facials, underarm laser hair removal, and a few gluta treatments as well.
For facials, I highly recommend Ivy! I’ve tried three different estheticians, but she is my favorite one by far. She is gentle with your face and always considerate of every step of the facial. Ivy also engages in genuine conversation and gives great advice on skin maintenance, which allows for a comfortable facial experience. She also does facials for my little brother.
And for my underarm laser hair removal and gluta treatments, Eric was the RN that did them for me. He is really amazing and is very gentle when it comes to the treatments where you may experience a little more pain than the regular facial. Eric also likes to engage in genuine conversation and is funny in my opinion :) He always walks me through the process of the treatment being done so that I know what I should expect. I recommend him for treatments as well!
I’ve also used a wide range of skin care products which are seriously like nothing else. I’ve always struggled with breakouts and hyperpigmentation, but after using the products given to me, my skin has really transformed. Yes, I still get the occasional breakouts but everywhere besides that glows and is more radiant than before.
All in all, Image Spa MD is wonderful from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. You won’t be disappointed with their care and your results. :)

Beautiful place, very relaxing, friendly people. I got my face and neck tightening and I look 10 years younger. Highly recommended. Will be back in two days for my maintenance, can’t wait :)

I have been going to Image Spa for quite awhile now and their services is AWESOME … i come here for my PIXEL Laser for skin resurfacing and it really works… my acne scar is starting to improve but it takes a little patience for the result… its my 4^th time doing it and i still have 2 sessions to go for my flawless skin… i love also their Skin Tightening for make sure that you skin is firm and glowing especially on your cheek, jaw and neck area… last but not the least if you want to loose a little bit of weight, ask them to get a shot of B6/​B12 complex… it also makes you feel energized… Thank you Imee Ong and her amazing staff specially Nicole and Eric for all the beauty help…

By far the best med spa in IE! I’ve been to some med spa around the area but never took good care of me and my skin. Image Spa staff are friendly, easy to deal with and most of all very professional. I’m getting tripollar treatments and facials and so far I’ve seen magnificent results. Thanks to Haifa and Marylou!

Came here for Botox. 11 a unit is more than I would normally pay but I was out of town and couldn’t find anywhere that would take me in a same day appointment. Luckily found this location on Unilocal and they got me in within 10 minutes of calling. All the people were super friendly and I am happy with the results. They do take brilliant distinctions but wouldn’t let me use the money I had just earned on points for this visit. I have had two other places that have let me use the money the same day.

I came here a little over a week ago. It was my first time but I got a Groupon deal so I thought it was worth checking out. I read some reviews from people saying they didn’t get their whole allotted time. I was afraid that would happen so I made sure to check the time I came in and the time I left. I got the early to sign some papers, then waited to be seen. I was seen about 20 min late but I got my full hour so I was ok with that.
It was pretty easy to schedule the appt for a microdermabrasion. Front desk was really friendly on the phone and in person. The woman who worked on me was really nice and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I explained to her that it was my first time so she walked me through the process and answered the questions I had for her.
When I initially went home, I didn’t see any big difference in my face except that it felt super smooth. But a few days later I noticed that my skin was peeling off.. And some of my acne scars were peeling off! I’m not sure if that’s supposed to happen but I’m glad it did because my scars appear lighter now. On top of that, I didn’t have any new pimples in my problem area for like a week!
What can be improved? I wish she did a more thorough job when she did the extractions, wish I didn’t have to wait 20min to get called in, and the head massage was not the greatest. These are a few of the reasons why I didn’t give this place 5 stars. Other then that, I like this place! But I wouldn’t go without another groupon or some sort of discount because it’s pretty expensive.

I had a groupon laser treatment done from this place and like others said the lady who performed it was sooo unprofessional!!! She had NO idea what she was doing. She couldn’t get the machine to work. She did not ask the proper questions. It was soo uncomfortable and would never recommend this place. They told me I needed 5 treatments but based on my experience I will not go back. The Laser did not show improvement to my skin. I think It damaged it to say the least. Go to skin perfect down the street. Better service and you get treated like a client.

Update:
Shortly after posting my review, the manager called me and left me a very nice apology for the terrible service I received and offered me a complimentary treatment. I appreciate the call, but did not take them up on it. But I wanted to note the effort.

I bought a Groupon for a Laser resurfacing treatment 3 WEEKS ago and have been calling and calling and they keep giving me the run around that they, «don’t know the doctor’s schedule.» And that’s just for the consult. Then I need to make another appt for the treatment. This is crazy!
They say they are going to call back and never do. I just want my money back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This medical spa exceeded my expectations. I live in Hollywood but I make sure I make time to go to this medical spa for everything from, Botox to microdermabrasion, and for the BEST make up in the world, Jane Irredale.
I’ve been a client of this spa for 2 years now and I recently came in for a micro. I also sampled their make up line and wow, it is truly the best make up ever. I’ve used Nars and Sheer Cover for years and thought that was the best product on this planet. Not until Jane Irredale. It gives me an airbrushed finish that lasts the whole day! Every dollar I’ve spent in this spa is SO WORTH IT. Thanks Image Spa!
