We specialize in Dementia and Alzheimers Care, with exceptionally trained CAREGivers. Our CAREGivers provide Meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care and bathing, transportation to Dr appts, grocery shopping and other errands. Our Alzheimer’s trained CAREGivers also assist with managing difficult behaviors, and engage in activities to encourage independence, while assisting family in the care of their loved one.

History

Established in 2000.

The Rancho Cucamonga office was opened by Brandi Johnson and Lynda Patriquin, a Mother-​Daughter team to relieve the stresses of family caregivers. Brandi had her first experience working with Seniors in a Nursing Home while attending College, and fell in love with this generation. Every project or study Brandi had in College revolved around the Elderly, with her degree she then worked in small group homes with seniors for 5 years before learning about the opportunity of owning her own Home Instead Franchise. «This was exactly what I wanted to do, keep people in their own homes, I bought the territory and haven’t looked back since». Brandi asked her Mom to be a partner because she needed someone to help market the business, while she ran the office. This Mother-​Daughter duo soon rose to one of the top franchises in the system because their passion was visible.

Brandi is a graduate of Colorado State University, with a Bachelors in Psychology. She has worked with the Senior population for over 19 years in convalescent homes, group homes, and seniors private homes. Brandi is a Certified Senior Advisor with a general knowledge of Senior related issues. She is married with 2 children that keep her busy with our favorite hobbies, riding bikes, camping, scrapbooking and crafts.
