I can’t begin to express how amazing GEO and his crew were. GEO was so helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He made my RED CAPET Event a truly AMAZING experience. The crowd /​Audience didn’t stop bopping their heads and I’m being told by a industry professional that they had a great time and that they were to a lot of High Ends Red Carpet with Star Publicity, but that my Red Carpet was a total success and the best event. His Beautiful Wife also set up the Photo booth and that was one of the main attractions at the event. The Guest were all having fun and wanted their photos taken. I have found my DJ at a wedding were i was a guest. I went straight up to him and ask him for his card. I HIGHLY recommend Great Entertainment Only — DJ Geo to anyone who wants an unforgettable event/​red carpet or wedding. Thank you again GEO and Carmen for being so fantastic with us.

This review is LONG overdue. DJ Geo did the music, lighting, and photo-​booth for my wedding in August 2014. I wish I could give him 10 stars, because he was absolutely perfect. He was professional, personable, and reliable throughout the process. All emails, calls, texts were responded to right away and he was on top of the process every step of the way. He was so in tune with the music preferences and styles that my husband and I like, and not only tailored the music based on what we discussed in advance, but was able to expertly read the crowd and adjust the music to keep people on the dance floor all night. The lighting was tasteful and looked gorgeous with our theme. He is an amazing MC and paced the timing of everything throughout the night perfectly — nothing felt rushed at all, but everything got done. Also, he was able to coordinate seamlessly and professionally with the other vendors, which is something that not everyone can do with such skill. I can’t say enough about DJ Geo! We are so grateful that we were able to work with him and he made our wedding the most amazing day of our lives!

DJ Geo was the DJ at our wedding reception a few weeks back. What a great and talented guy!!! Excellent job! Very professional, with excellent suggestions for lighting and an amazing sense of what type of music to play and when to play it. He also worked very well with the other vendors involved in our reception. We highly recommend him.

Great Entertainment Only — DJ Geo was our A– M– A– Z– I –N– G DJ at our wedding on 05/​26/​2012. He our was our top favorite vendor! Very Professional. Geo + Assistant did a a phenomenal job, the PERFECT wedding night… Both were so professional and i loved that they both went beyond my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. On the business side: Great communication via email, text and calls. Answers questions quickly. He stays on top of everything until the night before.

DJ GEO was our DJ as well as did lighting for our event Rock Out Youth Poverty. He was awsome. V ery professional and organized. His lighting for our event was the best made the atmosphere feel like it was a real concert. Thank you so much we will look forward to working with for a very long time!

Our wedding was on October 1, 2011, we hired Geo to be our DJ & by far that was one of the best moves we made planning our wedding.
Geo was VERY professional and easy to work with. He provided audio equipment for the ceremony, we have been to many weddings where the audio for the ceremony was not good & you can barely hear the bride & groom, Geo took care of that!
Geo also provides lighting and made the room look absolutely beautiful!!! All the up lights on the walls and the lighting coming down onto our center pieces really made the room look fun & elegant it all tied in perfectly!
I suggest spending a little extra money on lighting with Geo, you will be very happy
with the results!
He was very helpful on song selections and gave us many ideas for the wedding since he has done so many.
As long as DJ Geo is around we would not use anybody else but him, his prices
were excellent and he runs the show, we had no worries, he is an excellent MC & you can tell he truly loves what he does!
Thanks to Geo we didn’t have a boring wedding with the same ol dumb DJ music. We had a FUN PARTY with awesome music! All of our guest said the room & the entertainment was by far the best they have seen and we can thank Geo for that!

Our wedding would not have been a success with out DJ GEO… throughout the stress of planning our wedding, the one thing we did not have to worry about was our DJ! Professional, organized, prompt, and well prepared are only a few of the qualities that drove us to pick DJ GEO as our wedding DJ. The ceremony flowed, with the perfect guest music, entrance and exit music. The wedding party and guests raved about how they were kept entertained as they waited for our arrival. When we arrived at our reception, the mood was set for a good time. The guests were pumped up and ready to party. The lighting was breath taking, as it enhanced the elegance of our location. Dj GEO kept the reception flowing and executed all our request ! The music was awesome and the dance floor was packed. I highly recommend Great Entertainment Only (DJ GEO) for any event.

DJ Geo was amazing at our 1÷29÷11 wedding. He was more than accommodating with our requests and a true professional. Geo made sure the wedding reception was kept on schedule and his talents ensured that our dance floor was always filled to max capacity. Geo also provided us with all the lighting for the reception and we were thoroughly impressed. An all-​round class act on the mic, and away from the mic, DJ Geo is the way to go if you want your event to run smoothly and be remembered always.

My wedding was at the Hotel Menage in Anaheim, CA on July 3, 2010. I was in the process of looking for a Wedding DJ when a friend of mine referred me to DJ GEO. His rates were reasonable and his communication skills were great. I cannot stand when people are so flaky with their business practices! I came in contact with a lot of lazy vendors while planning the wedding and it was very frustrating and annoying. You would think that in these times owners would be on top of their game but they aren’t. Luckily GEO wasn’t one of those vendors. E-​mails and Phone calls were prompt. He set up an appointment so that I was able to check out his DJ equipment. Lights were very important to me and I was impressed with his set up.
He arrived at the location early, set up promptly and coordinated well with my brother who was handling my slide show presentation. He got everyone’s names right when he did the announcing and was very friendly and appropriate. He followed the schedule and even got my last minute request music (I decided to dance with my godfather to My Way by Frank Sinatra he had the song and he was quick with announcing my godfather and I) He was on point.
I am very picky with music and after giving him a list of music favorites he played accordingly through the night. I had a variety of family on the dance floor and he was skilled in keeping it moving even as the pace of the wedding kept changing. The venue was very lively, we had lot’s of guests going to their rooms, hanging out at the bar outside, and outside in the photo booth so I know he had a challenge with the guests on the dance floor and keeping them satisfied. Every time I entered the ballroom I was happy with the song selection, and my guests had a great time at the wedding!

DJ Geo provided music, master of ceremony and up-​lighting service for our wedding on November 7^th. For our cocktail hour (1 hr) and reception (4 hrs) he charged $ 850 — the best price of several vendors I researched!
Overall a very pleasant experience working with Geo to prepare for our big day and on the day of. We had 2 – 3 meetings before the wedding to determine reception program style and details, song/​music selections, and the sorts. He was responsive to emails and phone calls. Note: Geo lives in Fontana and we live in Irvine… we’d pick some central area to meet to have these meetings (i.e. Yorba Linda). Perhaps the distance would deter some couples, but sure glad it did not deter us because it was not much of an inconvenience, really.
On the day of, he got to the reception venue a few hours earlier to prepare and set up. When we got there the up-​lighting fixtures were all set up and the room looked spectacular! He knew exactly where to put the lights to not over or under do the lighting. Geo is very energetic and smooth and funny — made for a perfect Master of Ceremonies. Our guests were very amped from the open bar during cocktail hour and Geo made sure to keep and did keep that energy going all night long. He did a great job with both the cocktail hour and reception music and knowing how to read the crowd to keep that dance floor packed. I had several guests come up to me throughout the night telling me how the dance floor looked and felt like a club!
Only reason why the rating is not a 5 is because Geo accidentally switched the Mother /​Son and Father /​Daughter songs. Fortunately the day and night was going so well and beautifully that it didn’t bother me much. For other brides that could have been a big stink.
Overall, Geo came prepared, Geo performed as advertised and as expected, and did what he could to keep the customer satisfied. No technical or equipment hiccups (thank goodness!). Would definitely recommend and would use his services again. Good luck !
