Frauds, I’ve had a 3 year contract and fullfilled my obligation and they made it impossible for me to cancel my service after contract is up.
I’ve recently completed my 3 year contract and prior to it expiring I’ve called multiple times telling them I want to make sure after my obligation I do not want to renew, they failed to meet my request and now say I am automatically locked into another contract because I didn’t call again on the last day of my contract and say a supervisor will call me back multiple times as well and that has been over a week and I have still not received a call and am still stuck with the service. I believe this practice is dishonest, immoral and unethical and they are trying to find a loophole to obligate another contract on you by saying it’s automatically renewed if you don’t call the last day of contract even though I’ve called 4 times prior to it expiring to be sure I want it cancelled. And also they say I have to pay off a years worth of service if I want to cancel the new auto contract.

For being two years old my system is so outdated that I was looking into canceling my contract so I can upgrade to something better. So my husband called GHS to ask how many months we had left in our contract, he was told 3 months. So we did our research and found a company that has much better technology and offers more services for the same price. So I was ready to cancel and we call GHS, well it turns out the first agent made «a mistake» and we did not have 3 months left, we have 15 months left! And to cancel I must pay in full all those months! You can imagine my disappointment from having to be stuck for another year with this company.

Very pushy door to door sales that cannot read even the most glaringly obvious no soliciting side. Also neglected was a no trespassing sign. The attitude of the door knocker was nearly the kind that gets the police called. I settled for me audio and video recording of the entire interaction shot from three angles as well as the captured mumbled comments of the GHS stooge as he shuffled away. Thankful for a professional grade security system for exactly these types of nuts.
GHS? AVOID AVOID AVOID
Sales tactics tell you a great deal about the business plan and leadership of the company. They will most certainly profit from the mentally weak, but my bet is that one or more of their board members will see the inside of a courtroom and get a cell someday.

We are very appreciative of their high level of professionalism, efficacies and communications which allotted to a very seamless installation process even during business hours. Would also like to mention it was refreshing to see the cohesiveness of Joe & Kevin’s teamwork this really pulled it all together in the time frame we needed.

I have owned 5 homes, and have been with 2 security companies. GHS has to be the worst ever we’ve had nothing but problems with our security system with them from day one they have had to send technicians out 32 + times over the past year and three months to try and get our alarm system working correctly not willing to work out any compensation or credits for the inconvenience their manager Michelle is very unprofessional and rude. Ive had to take off 9 + days from work and loose compensation due to their non fulfillment of their contractual agreement they even advised me to go buy my own alarm products and put them up myself and self monitor while still paying them. Please save yourself the headache and go with a more professional company such as a ADT or protection one they’re coming out today to remove all of their products from my house which under my contractoral agreement states that I own. however I just want to be through with them and have nothing to do with them.

is a good monitoring company, I’ve had some issues with customer service from ghs about the equipment, the issues were rectified BUT you will have to keep on calling to get to the right people to fix the issues. Overall not a bad security company but there is room for an improvement.

One day post review, we received 2 phone calls with voice messages; called back and left message but no call back that day. Following day, we received our check and a phone call to notify us that the check was delivered.
Although we received the check and apologies quickly after the post, I still stand by my review.
In my opinion, I don’t feel customer service is provided as it should be. It shouldn’t have taken a one-​star Unilocal review (3 months after GHS approved the reimbursement) to rectify the situation. And communication shouldn’t have been via Unilocal

This is a joke of a company. The «Owner» called and talked at me like I was a child and proceeded to tell me «HE» didn’t need my money. The technicians that came were very helpful, but the sales people and the «Owner» are poor excuses for the human race. I’ve just started here and will be finding everything online related to this poor company and post what your in for if you go with this abortion of a company. NOT RECOMMENDED! STAY AWAY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Yes I’m an actual customer and I’m terminating any «remaining contract» and no they won’t get another penny of MY hard earned money!

Definitely the worst customer service ive ever experienced. I should have stated with adt. Never had problems with police or fire department showung yp after I cancelled or disarmed it. When I called and complained their customer service people were rude and when I mentioned cancelling instead of trying to convince me not to cancel they said ok but youll have to pay the rest of your contract out which was a ridiculous amount. As soon as my contract is over im changing from this company back to adt

KK was my sales rep. They installed my system today July 8, 2014 on a hot summer day. After the tech left my home the AC thermostat that he installed was not cooling my home. I called the company direct and within 15 minutes there was another tech at my house to fix my AC thermostat. I highly recommend GHS. Thanks

We just recently purchased a new home in Corona and were looking at getting a security system installed. Both my husband and I were new to home security systems and appreciated the fact that KK took the time to walk us through the process step by step. We have had a few issues with the sensors but GHS has sent out a technician to repair or replace the parts.
So far our experience with GHS Security has been a pleasant one.

All you should say is KK lets do this! I am the type of person that likes to take my time and make a educated decision when making a purchase. KK made this a very comfortable process. I was very skeptical of the price point and the company but with every question KK had the answer and could show my the answer in black and white on the contract. GHS home security is the best decision that any family can make.

GHS is a great company! I’m very pleased with my service and everyone that comes to my home likes my system. KK came to my door when I first moved into my house and at the time I was thinking about getting an alarm system but wasn’t sure what was out there. After talking to KK I was convinced that I wasn’t going to waste my time and search for other companies. He assured me that he could beat any competitors price and sure enough he did. I told him to come back to speak to my husband and he did and they negotiated deal and I believe the next day or a few days later his team was in my home installing the system. We are very happy with our system and can control it from any of our mobile devices which makes it very convenient. If your looking for an alarm company don’t look any further you will not be disappointed. I Also want to add that I referred a friend and received a $ 100 check days later.

KK and his team are amazing. Wonderful customer service and so speedy. They day after i signed up for service my systems was installed. The install team was very nice and made sure that we understood the system before they left. I would not hesitate to refer these guys to anyone and everyone.

We recently cancelled our service with ADT after having been a customer for over 10 years. KK came to our home twice before we were ready to make the commitment to change to GHS, but we never felt pressured in any way. KK checked with us after our installation and came to our house again to look at something that was of concern to us. He immediately made a phone call and took care of our concern. We are very happy with GHS, and KK, and would recommend them to everyone.

Thank you KK for going out of your way!!! KK saved me from a bad situation with ADT who promised me things they could not deliver. I had been with ADT for several years and they were trying to hassle me on moving and transitioning my system to a new home and charging me an arm and a leg for the system even though I had been a loyal customer for YEARS! Thank goodness GHS/​KK Rancho Cucamonga came to my rescue.
I was able to get a touch screen system with the added convenience of the free APP which makes my life so much easier being able to activate/​deactivate and program my system from my SMART phone or laptop.
He truly took care of me and gave me everything I requested without being pushy and trying to sell me more than I needed or wanted. He was courteous and timely. He truly went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer by offering me more equipment than ADT could and it was all in writing. Their monthly premiums are comparable to ADT but with a far superior system. In fact, I plan on recommending him to all my friends and family looking to get a security system.
My system was installed in a couple days. The installation happened quickly and professionally. The technician was great and very patient. He explained how to use the system both on the touchscreen, lap top and APP. I am very happy with this security system and the ease of use.
Having teenagers, housekeepers, and a nanny, my system has already been tested and I love the prompt and accurate security response. Although, they were false alarms I have no doubt that if they were true emergencies we would have been protected. Thanks again KK at GHS Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

security system for my home. He was friendly and super helpful. I called 8
other companies for quotes, but Roy Uhl gave me timely and professional
advice. He really goes above and beyond to help. I’m impressed with the
customer service by GHS. GHS will give you the personal and professional

I can’t fully articulate in words how pleased I am with my experience with GHS. My initial point of contact, KK, was very accommodating and helpful. At no time, did I feel I was being pressured into buying a system that didn’t suit my needs or budget. He was friendly and flexible and offered more equipment and coverage for less $ than every major competitor that I spoke to. The technician, John Melendres, was courteous, prompt and efficient. He helped walk me through what would have otherwise been a very complicated process. But thanks to his help, I am very comfortable with my system. KK, Johh and GHS all get my highest marks. As a married father to two girls, home security is a huge concern of mine and GHS provided comprehensive coverage at a reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family… or strangers!
