Exodus Escape Room

I thought the puzzles were challenging and thought provoking. I love how they accompanied our big group. The hosts were so nice & helpful! Such a fun experience.

The puzzles were thought provoking and very challenging. It was great working in a big group but some of the props needed to be replaced because they were a bit worn like the locks

My husband and I were a little hesitant to play this game since we heard there were a lot of people booked per game, so we went in with low expectations. They exceeded our expectations. I still prefer to play escape rooms with just the two of us, but for a large game this was a lot of fun. There were enough puzzles to keep our group of 12 busy. (I’m not sure I would’ve enjoyed it as much if the group had been any larger.)
The story is that you are in a restaurant during an earthquake. The space is very large and beautiful. The bathrooms are inside and you can use them during the game if needed. There is no lobby, the game master will let you in at your time as the game begins. This is a good example of a company creating an escape room around the space they have available to them and using what is already there. The puzzles are clever. There is a mix of mental puzzles, searching and physical puzzles.
My only complaint: a couple of the locks were a little past their prime making them difficult to open. I had the correct combo for one and it took four tries to get it to open.

Had a great time. Went with a group of 8 and had a great time. Fun, thought requiring puzzles and a great atmosphere. Will definitely try more in the future.

This was absolutely amazing, took my girlfriend for a v-​day activity, I love puzzels so this was right up my alley. My girlfriend loved it as well. It was challenging and exciting definitely must think outside the box if you want to make it back outside the building in time. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try something different and fun. I Will most definitely be returning.

This game would be fun, if the groups were smaller like 10 people, and everyone was over 18. Playing in a group of 34 just made it boring for most of the people I saw wandering around like me, because there was no leader and no real direction on where to start first. Plus your told you can wander this big room, but then your told there are certain areas that are not included which I was like that sucks.
When we first got there, the host was standing outside, of course he can’t tell you to much because that would take away from the game. So once everyone arrived our host recommend we work in a team, if we want to escape the room. I’m like I just met these people, doubt were going to remember there names, let a lone work together as a team within one hour. Then before we enter, he tells us the TV is broken, so we have to walk over the wall and read a Newspaper article to get the clues to start solving our problems so we can escape the room.
Once he lets us in, people began running everywhere, there was no rhyme or reason, mainly the teenage group was already looking at everything, and working with each other, the rest of us walked over and tried to read the article. The whole time I was there I was bored, when I tried to communicate with others it just seemed pointless because no one had a clue what was going on or how to fix it. There was a small group of 10 that were probably the most dominant and they were the ones from what I can tell solved a majority of the puzzles that lead to us escaping the room.
The way they have the game set up and the premise of the game for me it wasn’t exciting or heart pounding I never felt the intensity of the game or that something bad was going to happen to me if the time ran out. It’s kind of hard to take it serious when a 13 year old is next to me. Bare in mind i’m only 38.
This game is good for people who like to dominate or push there way through people. If you are shy or quiet or not great at working in groups this is not for you. It is definitely not worth $ 30 bucks to try. At one point I wish I had asked for my money back felt like I was ripped off. I would probably never do it again.

7:40 remaining. New record. We crushed it. Teamwork is essential. Crew was great. It would make an excellent early date to see if there’s chemistry and whether or not your potential mate has a decent IQ. Wannabe sleuths will love it. Cormoran Strike was here.

This place was amazing! I went for my birthday with a bunch of family and we had an an absolute blast. We still can’t stop talking about it. It made some great family fun bonding memories. I definitely recommend to anyone. It’s not gory or scary, just suspenseful. This location is their biggest escape room so far. My family made it out with a minute and fifteen seconds leftsee if your group can beat that haha.

Such a great experience! I was invited for a family members birthday and I didn’t know if it was for me. But we all had so much fun working together as a team. Highly recommend it!

This is an excellent Escape Room for large party’s, this place is spacious with lots of room to run around in. The designers of the games are very good, they throw in a good amount of clues and distractions. If you succeed you’ll be given exclusive info on future escape rooms that are available if you escape.

What a great night! It was clean, friendly and safe. It was thought provoking and fun to work with a team of people that you have never met. The puzzles were smart and tricky. We really enjoyed our night and would recommend it to anyone. The host was gracious, fun and polite. We will recommend everyone! 3:12 left!

Super fun family experience. The puzzles were tricky and it was really rewarding to do as a group. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. I’ll be bringing my family back so that they can experience it.

Our group of seventeen all agreed that this place is AMAZING! Best escape room I’ve been to, and I’ve been to my share of rooms. Although it was a drive for us (to the Inland Empire), the room was definitely worth it. The effects, puzzles, and clues were some that I had never seen before and all worked up to make the escape memorable. This location in particular is made for big groups (businesses, team-​building, big families, or a bunch of friends!) so I would definitely recommend to get a group together for an experience that none of you will be able to stop talking about! Good luck on your escape!

This was awesome!!! We totally escaped!!! It was tons of fun I recommend it to anyone and our host guy was really cool too! The only thing was that there were ALOT of people. Half of the clues that were found. I still don’t know how we found them. Because there were so many people doing so many different things. But it does help with teamwork :) I’m excited to try the ones they have in LA next!

This was amazing! My sisters and I were given an opportunity to participate in a beta round at Exodus Escape Room (right next to T.G.I. Fridays and across from Payless). It was my first experience with an escape room, and while I was kind of scared at first — being locked in a room for an hour didn’t sound very fun — I don’t regret participating at all!
Not only are the puzzles thought-​provoking and challenging in a fun way, but the staff of both the Anaheim and Rancho locations are kind and accommodating. They assuaged any fears I had about participating, and they truly care about making sure everyone has a great time! If I could give more stars I would; I recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome and out-​of-​the-​box way to spend the afternoon or evening!

One of the worse escape rooms I’ve been to. First off when I booked for my party of 6 online and I thought it was weird that their was 35 available left. When we arrived the group was 21 people. Which is waaay to many people in an escape room. Like half the people are just standing there doing nonsense. When we arrived the door was locked and we knocked. We saw another group confused if they were open. And walk to the side of building. They need to say in the confirmatoon email that they will open the doors 10 min before your time. The guy said it’s the biggest escape room in CA but do you need 50 people in the room. It’s a rip off they still charge $ 30 per person. And most escape rooms I’ve been to charge that much and you are pretty much in the room with just your party. So they banked $ 630 for 21 people. Which is ridiculous. I honestly think they need to cut the people down to 10 people even its a big room. One more thing the puzzles we’re not that great. They weren’t really puzzles in my opinion. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Exodus Escape is such a fun and awesome experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for something «different» to do with a group of friends or loved ones. My friends and I were introduced to the concept of «Escape Rooms» at their Anaheim location and we were HOOKED to say the least! We kept coming back to escape from all three of their rooms so we were super pumped to be invited to a Beta Test of their new location in Victoria Gardens.
Their new location does NOT disappoint!
It’s really cool and totally different than other escape rooms because you are trapped in an entire restaurant with an hour to escape. The larger scale of this Escape Room makes it much more challenging. Their puzzles and clues are truly thought provoking and you need excellent teamwork to make it out. They also make a cool storyline to go along with their Escape Room. I also cannot say enough nice things about the owners and staff. You can tell they truly care about their company and the «customer experience». I am definitely excited to see what else Exodus Escape has in store for the future.

Came here with a group of friends tonight and had a blast! The escape riddles are complicated in an interssting way, and require teamwork to solve. The host is very gracious and the atmosphere was fun. I highly recommend it.
