Executive Detailing

Finding Joel on Unilocal was probably the best thing! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a nice detailed car for his birthday, and boy was he the happiest man ever when Joel was done with it! The car looked brand new. My boyfriend has a Kia optima 2015 and it was poorly taken care of. Joel made it look like we never even stepped foot in it. Amazing job over all and a great surprise for my boyfriend.

Joel was great! My cars interior was terrible. Stains and dirt and grime all over in the front and back seats. Now its practically new. I mean it’s not really but it looks really clean. My carpets do look new though. And I had plans if buying new floor mats but I don’t have to anymore. Joel saved me like 20 bucks by cleaning my floor mats so well. Its a night and day difference. Wish I would have took before and after pictures. If you’re in the IE definitely check this guy out.

Joel from Executive Detailing just finished my 07 Scion TC and he did an amazing job. I had really bad water damaging from having to park on the street years ago at my old place. No water spots now and my side of my cars looks like mirror. Amazing results. Headlights look amazing. All the tree sap was removed. My car came along way. I knew my car was in pretty bad shape and didn’t expect too much but Joel delivered more than I expected. He arrived on time and finished in the estimated given time. Definitely worth the money.

Man where do I get started?
These guys show up in a little clown car and the main guy Joel starts talking a good one. He sounded like he knew everything in the world. He talked my ear off claiming he was the best and that he would do the greatest job. I already knew from the get go that he was a BSer. Now about the job he did. He had to use my hose, which is the water I pay for. He should of came with everything. During the job he asked me for newspaper to clean the windows, which I thought was super unprofessional. I could of asked a homeless guy by the freeway to do a better job than him. There was spots left everywhere. Then when I corrected him about how to do it, he got really upset by the look on his face. He took eight hours to do it, when I could of took it another detailer that could of did it in two hours. When he was done, he wanted 280, when he originally quoted me 240. Then he exaggerated about the great job he did, and only settled for 275. My sixteen year old daughter would come out to look at the car occasionally, and she said that Joel would keep staring her down, which made her feel uncomfortable. After that she did not come out until the car was done.
To conclude, I think the job was a waste of money, as the detail was no different than me doing it myself. This guy Joel needs to quit his business and work a real detail shop to learn a thing or two before being trusted with someones personal car.

All I have to say is WOW! I am blown away by Joel’s detailing! I will never EVER waste my money again at the car wash detailing, they can’t even come close to the time and commitment Joel spends on your car. If you want your car to look like new or keep up the maintenance on the car you need to call Joel! As Joel taught me his commitment is to restore, maintain, and protect your vehicle! Can’t wait to have Joel detail my husbands old truck! THANK YOU JOEL!

Joel did a fantastic job on my Lincoln MKZ. Made my appointment a week in advance; he arrived at my home on time; he brought everything (and I mean everything!) and did a very thorough job. My car looks as good, if not better, than it did when I bought it. I highly, highly recommend Executive Detailing.

This guy is definitely as good as it gets. He has been in my parking lot for the last 7 hours! Talk about attention to detail! This is no joke, it has been the second time that he’s been nice enough to work with my time schedule and nice enough to do the best he can do. He’s only one man so you have to be patient. I have nothing but respect for Joel! I can not thank him enough for working so hard and making sure perfection is made. Every penny is worth him coming to you and working on any cars. Joel worked on my wife’s new 2016 Honda Pilot. He was on time, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He did not mind all of my random questions and had helpful information to answer all of them. He made our 3 day old fresh off the lot car look beyond amazing! He took his time and really seemed to enjoy his work. Overall, a pretty underwhelming experience. (Read Armando’s review from April of last year, and I pretty much had that same experience)
Pros: Joel & Manuel were very nice. Also, the headlights look a lot better.
Cons: The truck does look better than when they started, but not a very good detail job on my truck… certainly not worth $ 275. They were so far off the mark I had to just pay them and get them out of there. Maybe I set the bar too low when I told him that it was an older truck and I didn’t expect any miracles. The tires and wheels were still dirty as well as the truck bed. There really is so much that wasn’t done well enough or done at all, that I don’t have enough time to go over it.
PS– Just as Armando said in April, 2014, they showed up in a tiny car. No DI water, nothing special. Also, they had to borrow my pressure washer because he didn’t have the correct garden hose fitting with him.

Executive is Exceptional, I’m into keeping my cars clean and like most, its not an easy task when you have a large family. Hauling kids to school, practices and other events just doesn’t leave me a whole lot of time to get my cars the shine I expect nor my cars deserve. So, I spoke to Joel and a few other locals that advertised and claim to be the greatest of all time. After speaking with him, he made a point to see me quickly to view my vehicles to give me a true honest estimate. Joel was very «detailed» in explaining his process of not just restoring my vehicles, but protecting them. Sure enough we set an appt, and he came to my office and got busy. A short time later I had people asking me if I had my SUV painted??? Great job again, and I have Joel come out regularly to keep my cars protected. I currently sent him a client of mine and got rave reviews…

I’ve concluded that the owners conclusion is incorrect. When you say screen you mean simply answer the phone and I highly doubt anyone writes down the name number and conversation of every customer. I wish you admitted that there may have been a mistake or it was a busy day instead of trying to blame me for making an error. No error here except on your part. Initial contact is poor with this detailed. If you want my honest opinion go elsewhere since I first contact just makes you feel belittled and wish you hadn’t called in to wasted your 5min.

Hands down amazing! My car is my baby as my job requires a lot of commuting and sadly I’ve been neglecting him. But Joel did a stellar job! I completely trusted him and he didn’t disappoint l will never get my car detailed by anyone else as he managed to get extremely difficult seat stains out and also a horrible paint transfer when I scraped a pole. bPrices are reasonable to me and driving the car now feels just like I just drove my car off the lot four years ago. Love love love.

Very happy with the results of my service. Had 2 vehicles detailed the same day, took him about 8 hours, and everything turned out fantastic. My black Audi now has a very nice smooth finish with not a noticeable blemish on the car. My wife’s Acura MDX is almost 5-​years old, but this is the best it’s looked since it was nearly new! Reasonable price for the work and time spent on the vehicles.

Had Joel back to detail my Honda again. It’s been about 10 months since he last took care of me and once again, I could not be more satisfied. Even after 10 months I had some new issues to deal with; the headliner picked up a stain that I thought he would never be able to get out, but you can’t even tell there was a problem now. Car looks brand new once again; conditioned the leather interior, cleaned all the interior down to all the nooks and crannies, the exterior is in mint condition as he took care of all the scuffs and mircro scratches and polished it al up.
Joel knows what he’s doing and the proof is in the product. He takes his time, does it right & uses the right products on my car so I don’t end up having to get a mini-​detail every other month. Thanks so much Joel, wishing you the best of success!!!

I have a 2012 BMW 335i that I bought 3 weeks ago. It had bad swirls in the hood and the rest of the car needed help as well.
I called Joel and left him a message. He called back within 15 minutes and was very professional. He said he could get out to me same day which was great because I wanted to get it done.
When he showed up we went over what needed to be done and then he got to work. In about 2 hours my car looked like new! All the problems that the car had before were fixed! It cost $ 125 and the time he quoted for how long it would take was accurate. He went above and beyond what I asked.
I will definitely be telling my friends and family and will be using Joel and Executive Detailing again in the future!

Found These Guys thru a friend of mine who has done work with the Owner Joel in the Past. I was immediately impressed by the level of professionalism and amount of consideration they took with my ten year old Nissan Maxima and my Dodge Dakota. I love my cars and They treated them with the same respect and admiration as if they were their own.
I can honestly say that Joel is a true professional when it comes to the art of detailing and takes tremendous pride in his work. He knows the importance of making sure the customer is happy and went to great lengths to bring my car to better than what it was that special moment I bought it over ten years ago. It had some bad dull spots in the paint and oxidation that was virtually restored to new as if nothing ever happened. I was blown away!
I really got the white glove treatment for way less than I would pay for a detail job of their quality, They didn’t overlook a thing, He must have walked around it 100 times to inspect it before final delivery. I Got a great value and will continue to get my car detailed by them twice a year for all of my cars.
Through the years I’ve used other detailing services in the area. but nothing close to the way they made my car look. I don’t know what he uses but its like Magic!
Joel and his team are hands down the best Mobile Detailing service in the Inland Empire. Bar-​None.
