My daughter & I went for pedicures and had a very pleasant experience. I love the fact that they had disposable liners for the paraffin wax. I also loved the sugar scrub! It was a great experience for both of us. We will be back!

This place is my go-to for nails and eyebrow wax. Tina is my gel mani artist. She takes her time and is VERY attentive to detail. Ive never had any issues with my nails with her. I see Jacky or Sue(may) for a spa pedi(the massage is amazing) and Wendy for brows. They are so inviting and really take care of your concerns. Wendy does this relaxing temple massage after the wax that practically puts you to sleep. Love these gals!

I absolutely loved it! First I went in 30 min before closing and they didn’t rush me or anything. Sayni was awsome, she made me feel right at home. My nails looked spectacular afterwards. $ 28 for gel manicure was a steal. I loved it!

My nails where super thick and lumpy and had bubbles all over them. there was nail polish all over my skin. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the other lady working there, Tina, fixed them afterwards. I was there for three whole hours just for a full set and a pedicure and it was terrible. The prices are not the best. Although they advertise on a sign out front $ 15 for a pedicure the cheapest pedicure they have is actually $ 20.(Isn’t that false advertisement?) right when the first lady was done doing my nails I tried to tell her that she needed to fix them and she got up walked away and started working on someone else and left me sitting there. Overall it was a terrible experience, terrible service, terrible waste of time, and I definitely won’t ever be going back. There are so many more nail salons near here that I’m sure I can get better service at.

I enjoy going to this place. The ladies are always welcoming. They give a great foot and leg massage. I regularly use them for my pedicures.

I love this place I am very picky when it comes to doing my nails and toes. I was going across the street in the Khols parking lot until it looked like I did not nails my self. Came into Enchanting Tina the manager fixed the problem and on the next visit re did my set. I love my nails and the way they come out. They are a few dollars more but worth every penny. They have IPad’s on each chair every chair in the place works and the customer service is out of this world. The other thing that I really like about Enchanting is they employee other nationalities.

My girlfriend and i were having a girls day and decide to get a mani/pedis. My coworker had recommended this place so i figured we should check this salon out. When we walked in we were warmly welcomed. Its a very nice salon and they do a really good job with their mani/pedis. I had a very nice, relaxing time. It Was just what we needed. I would highly recommend this place.

I’ve been here twice for nails. The first time I went for a fill, before I left the nail shop, I had a ton of lifting. Since it was late in the evening, they asked me to return the following day so they could fix them. I was there again(fool me twice… lol) this weekend for a new set. The next day, I had a ton of lift again on ALL of my nails. Will not recommend this place for nails. Nice pedis but HORRIBLE nails!

Very disappointed that they don’t have many matching gel and polish colors(maybe 10). Their prices are about 1 to 3 bucks more than the average nail salon, no big deal right?! I generally pay extra for callus remover since I wear sneakers a lot. I usually pay 5 bucks for that service, but here they charge 6. Again no big deal. The older lady scrubbed my feet for about 30 seconds each. Excuse me? I could have done better. We consumers come to these salons so that they can do what we cannot! I also got a fill. I asked the lady if she could cut down one weirdly long nail I had and make it square. Then we spent about 5 minutes looking around for a polish that would come close to matching the Gel I had on my hands. After everything I went to the front to pay. I got charged 4 dollars extra to cut one nail and reshape. 12 bucks for gel *usually pay 10* 19 for the pedi and regular 16 for the fill. Totaling 57.00. No problem, but not when u get a half ass pedi. And when there are bubbles in the Gel where they didn’t clean off the powder properly, it’s pretty upsetting. Very surprised since I read really good reviews, I never got offered lemon water. Lol, they weren’t polite. They were fighting over who had to do my pedicure. First impressions are important especially for a small business. I guess they had a case of the Mondays!

I came here on a whim because my hotel room wasn’t ready yet. What a big mistake! Got a mani/pedi. One person did the mani while another person did the pedi. Both people actually cut me to the point where I bled. No apologies were given. Color wore off in less than a week. Go somewhere else!

Let me first start off by saying that the technician who did my pedicure was wonderful! She was very friendly and she did such a great job – very relaxing. Although this salon was very clean and modern, the service was subpar. When my mom and I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly – offered us water & sat us in our spa chairs rather quickly. I had gel polish on from a previous manicure, so I was aware that it would take a bit of soaking to get the polish off. From prior experiences, it usually took no longer than a 10 minute soak in acetone for the polish to flake off and then the nail tech would get right on working. The technician at Enchanting began soaking my fingers in acetone soaked cotton balls and left me there for a solid 45 minutes. Customers who walked in after me were finished before any nail technicians ever came to start on on my manicure. By the time my nail tech came back to work on my nails, my mom was already finished with her pedicure & halfway through her manicure. I had an acrylic overlay put over my nails with regular polish. Not only was the nail tech extremely rude, but she was not receptive of what I wanted on my nails and they turned out pretty poorly. The overlay started lifting after a week and when I finally had my nails removed, a couple of my nails were infected. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here. Stay far, FAR away from this place.

I like this place! Everyone is always friendly and they have good customer service. Sometimes when they are really busy the wait time can be a little too long but the quality of the work makes it worth it. Tina is the best for pedicures and Julie is great for acrylics. Plus they have iPads and wifi to keep you busy!

This place is clean and the people are all friendly. They make you feel welcome and always offer you something to drink. Julie is the person that does my nails. She is absolutely the best! You tell her what you want and you get exactly what you ask for. She actually goes way beyond my expectations. She’s the best at designs and knows how to shape your nails exactly how you want them. The best thing to do is SCHEDULE an appointment(JULIEHIGHLYRECOMMENDED) and you will never have a problem with waiting. She takes her time and does QUALITY work. I guarantee you’ll be 100% satisfied!!!

Cute little spot right across from the Mills. All of the pedicure chairs have iPads to entertain yourself without worrying about dropping your phone in the water. The staff always makes sure you have tea or water as soon as you’re seated if you don’t already have something in hand when you walk in the door. Love that there’s a good selection of brand name polish, although I always prefer to bring my own. I always get Julie, she’s the only person that can make my non-gel mani last for a full week. She’s great with nail designs and always stays on top of the latest styles and techniques so I never have to explain how to do what I want. I always get a ton of compliments, especially when she watermarbled and water spotted my accent nails. I also notice that my nails seem to be less prone to breaking and chipping(the joy of natural!) after Julie shapes them. The last few visits I’ve made an appointment with Julie and had no wait. Usually the salon was pretty quiet with several techs around doing nothing, so walk-ins were being seen without waiting for both pedicures and nail services. My visits have been mid week in the afternoons. Salon always appears clean and pedicure tubs are cleaned properly between clients, I always see the staff cleaning and putting the drain caps back in before they seat someone else.

$ 29 for Mani-Pedi is a great deal and the spa chairs are super comfy. Quick and efficient. While I was getting my pedicure, a gentleman did my manicure. The people were nice and the place is on the small side so it’s intimate. It’s a good place for you and your friend to enjoy a mani-pedi before(or after) lunch type of place.
