I have used Daisy IT for all my printing supplies for years. The staff is excellent and very helpful whenever I have an issue with my printer. The delivery service saves me time and money. The savings can’t be beat. I highly recommend Daisy IT for all your printing needs.

I was having issues with my HP printer. I tried calling HP but that was a complete joke. i was literally on the phone with HP for over an hour. Finally I decided to take it to Daisy to fix it. The girls in the office were so helpful when I was asking tons of questions. I dropped my printer off on a Tuesday and they called me on Thursday and it was fixed. That was so fast. I would definitely recommend anyone who is having issues with their printer to take it to them. And I asked about their inks, and they were way cheaper than Staples.

Had Daisy IT out to fix a printer. They were amazing, efficient and affordable. The technician was out fast and repairs were made. I will always call Daisy IT for repairs. They also deliver cases of paper fast and for the best price!

This business is the best that I have found in the printing and printing supply industry. I have been using Daisy IT for 7 years and I have be please every time I call. The staff knows me by name and they know my staff. We buy all of our printer toner, paper, mailing stickers, calenders, and other things I can not think of. If I need to walk into a big box store to get something I call Ashley or Cher to see if they have what I need. Usually they do so I ask them to deliver what I need and it is there without having to take time to shop.
We also have purchased our printers from Harold since we opened. They all work great but if there is an issue they come over to fix everything. They know I have a jam before I know. They know I am low on toner or paper before I know. I get an email or a call so my business printing does not stop and cost me revenue.
I stop by Daisy IT often just to say hello, pick up a few pens, make sure my account is current, or just to joke around. My business has a great relationship with Daisy IT, they are like family. I have been to events outside of work with them and my team socializes with their team. They still go above and beyond even though our relationship is established and they do for all the companies they work with. I do not understand these other reviews where people are not pleased.

Daisy IT is the place I use to buy ink and repair my printer. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I took my printer in for repair and not only did the service department repair my machine quickly, the tech gave me tips on how to keep my printer maintained. They charged a fair rate for my machine and when I got home, the machine worked better than when I first bought it. When I call, someone always answers during business hours and is always quick to help. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I have been buying my toner, ink, office supplies and a lot computer parts from daisy for 10+ years! I always get what I need at a good price. I have tried to save a couple of bucks by buying a few of thing cheaper on the internet but it takes three to five days to get my stuff and Daisy delivers usually the same or the next day. In the few instances I have had a problem with something I bought, but they have fixed it or replaced it fast and with very little effort on my part. You can’t beat daisy for service and reliability.

IF NEGATIVE POINTS COULD BE ADDED ON HERE I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE THIS BUSINESS WHAT IT DESERVES.
Where do I start?
Start when I first called to have a Technician come out to our location and the woman I spoke with said that they may not be able to come out because our location is so far. Then why do you even agree to service us for the past three years I’ve been working with your company? Or start when the Technician finally came in to find out we needed to order parts for our printer and told him to order it right away. I requested to have someone either call or email me a quote and a date when to expect the parts to come in, but of course nothing. Oh! How about when after the three days past and still no communication from the «Supervisor.» Updating your customers would be the polite thing to do when you miss informed them when it comes to your service. I had to be the one to reach out to get ask about when can I expect the Tech to come in. When I spoke with the «Supervisor,» she was unable to provide when they would be getting the parts in, have the Tech out at our location or at least a tracking number for the parts. What I got from her was it was all up in the air.
The store location I work for has been going through Daisy I.T. for at least a couple years now and so does most of the store in our Southern California Region. You would think that us being such a big account for them that they would communicate better and show a bit more urgency. I’ve experienced their lack of customer service a few times now but tried not to let it concern me. I spoke to a couple other of our stores locations and asked how their experience was with Daisy. They pretty much agreed with me about how their service is. All I know is that I’m looking for another company. More «local» and with a much more satisfactory service. The Graphic Artist for our region loves to reach out to each other about anything. So when I find this new I.T. service, I would definitely recommend it over Daisy.
If you still wish to go ahead with their service, I hope you never have to experience what I’ve experienced.

Daisy I.T. has the best prices for office supplies. And best of all, they deliver the supplies to your front door within a day or two. Ordering cartons of paper has never been easier.
My only complaint, which I don’t hold against the staff, is that I wish they’d update their website to be more user friendly. Luckily their customer service is exemplar. Staff never has trouble finding what I need over the phone. Besides, I think it’s actually faster and more secure that way.
And for having an account, Daisy I.T. sends it’s clients a desk calendar & other office trinkets at the end of every year. I like a business that still appreciates its clients.

I called the Daisy IT office this morning to follow up on an issue that I recently discovered.
When I brought the machine in for service as requested by brother (Previous to my last review) I had four brand new ink cartridges in the machine.
I recall when I picked the machine up that there was a lot of talk from the employees at Daisy IT about the ink, but no one was able to disseminate the purpose or reason for all that talk so I shrugged it off.
I’ve finally had a chance to get the machine setup and working again, and now it’s suddenly out of ink.
So I called to speak to someone in the office, and when the lady answered I asked to speak to whoever is in charge of the office. She asked me for my name several times, which I gave her several times, and she finally put me on hold to transfer. My call was answered by Harold, whose first question was, «Are you the jerk that put a one star review up about us on Unilocal?» I told him I was calling about a matter involving my Brother MFC, and he launched into a diatribe about how they’ve referred my case to Brother and they’re not able to service my machine anymore. I told him I only have a question, and it concerns them directly, and he cut me off with, «It can’t possibly concern us, because we are refusing you service.» I asked him to let me ask my question, and then determine whether or not they could be of assistance, which he agreed to, so I asked, «When I brought my machine in for service, I had four brand new ink cartridges in it. I’ve just gotten it all set up and i’ve printed a few test pages, and now my ink cartridges are empty. I’m confused as to how they became empty so quickly.» He said it has to do with the machine cleaning itself, using ink in the head, and that sometimes the machine can use up the ink. He continued his tirade about refusing service, would not let me respond or speak further, and threatened to call the police on me. I put the phone down and let him continue to cry while I looked into the issue further.
After reviewing my notes of the situation, I realize that the ink cartridges had been changed at Daisy IT, because I put my initials and the install date on cartridges that I put in a machine, and the cartridges in the machine now don’t have any writing on them.
I find it amusing, albeit a little bewildering, that a company with their reputation would create so much drama and trouble over their small mistake, but after the collection of issues i’ve had, i’ll be happy to share my findings with the world, or at least Southern California.

The staff at Daisy I.T. are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and pleasant to work with. I needed a power supply for my Brother Laser Printer and had been frustrated with the online help and a different authorized service company that Brother recommended on their website. Daisy diagnosed the error code problem, had the part in stock, and had it installed by the next day. They also have competitive toner prices. Their front office staff were great to work with. This is a company with the right attitude.

Daisy IT is perfect for me! They find the items I need (computer, monitor, mouse, printer, fax, & other office equipment) at a great price & deliver them. Best customer service you could as for!
