Had this company clean our pool for a year or so, and our pool was never completely cleaned. We had the same issues over and over again with no resolution. We were inquiring why our pool has been green for the past 2 weeks and he replies «shock it yourself…» After he charged us for supposedly «shocking» our pool. I was shocked that they would tell that to a customer.
