Theres this guy who works there who gives the absolute best customer service ever. It was very refreshing since last time some crazy blonde bitch almost ruined my respect for CVS nationwide. She cursed at me and was extremely rude and needs to be fired. However, Allen or Owen I think his name was was extremely kind and helpful. Thank god I didn’t run into the blonde.

So, my daughter is sick. DK Pharmacy is not open on the weekends so we go to this PATHETIC CVS to get her script. She is prescribed Amoxicillin. Cvs puts on bottle 2 tablespoons 2x a day for seven days. We notice that after the first day that the meds are going fast and would not last 7 days. So we call Dr and they advise that it was 2 teaspoons, not tablespoons. Daughter was nauseous and got worse. She is ok now but the Overdose could have been very serious. CVS admitted that the dosage should have been teaspoons. Thank you CVS for not only making it miserable to use your pharmacy but also for making my daughter sicker. People put their lives in your hands, screw ups like this should never happen.

I have no problem with the pharmacy. The store I have a problem. The staff is rude condescending. The lines move at glacial pace

so this review is based solely on horrible service from ANDREA. I’d give it a 0 if I could. (All other workers are awesome btw) i remember clearly when I got my first rain check a few weeks ago on Tide Pods/​Gain flings 14ct. that was on sale for $ 3.94. Andrea wrote out a Raincheck for me and I didn’t know how much I needed since it was my first time asking for one, so I asked how many I could get and she started to write down the # 4 and then wrote over it and began writing the # 3 and the word «three» next to it and then On the bottom writing the details of spending $ 15 to receive $ 5 extra bucks. I didn’t think anything of it and left. I was happy I received my Raincheck. Today on 01÷06÷16 I returned because I finally wanted to use my rain check because I had enough $ 2 off coupons to apply towards the Raincheck I received and also wanted to use my extra bucks towards my purchase. when I pulled out the Raincheck I noticed that Andrea didn’t write out «gain flings.» along with the description so when I showed it to her and asked her about it, she immediately pushed it away and said that she couldn’t accept it because it was «altered» and that she «would never write something like that.» I told her it was her who wrote it down and she kept denying it. i was in shock because why in the world would I alter a Raincheck for a LOWER quantity?!? She took the Raincheck from me and pulled out a binder that had older CVS ads so she could verify it. she then added «& Gain» to the description and I went to grab my 3, 14 count gain flings. as soon as I gave her the rain check she again denied it and said she couldn’t accept it because it was altered and it wasn’t her who did that. she really knows how to make a scene and make customers feel really Uncomfortable. If that was the case I would have put a 1 in front of the 4 and put a «teen» behind the «four» to make it «14 FOURTEEN» not «3 THREE!» she kept getting louder and said «I’m going to check the cameras !! I’m going to check the cameras!» Then go f**king check the cameras!!! how unprofessional can you be??? my goodness !!! She then said, «why does it say 3 and you can’t even get your $ 5 extra bucks?» And I responded with, «well, you tell me, you wrote it?! maybe you did that on purposes so I couldn’t get the extra $ 5 backs???» She then stayed quiet and proceeded to check me out. I honestly think that it was her intention from the beginning to mess up the raincheck so later when attempting to use it and she’d deny it because it was, in her words, «altered.» She’s a bulls**t liar and worker and needs to get reprimanded !!! Definitely calling corporate for this one.

If I could give less I would… Dropped off prescription at 9 pm and was told to come back in 15 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes, waited in line for them to drop the closed sign in my face. I actually walked in to confront them. The pharmacist working at the time actually told me I was not even in line and that they had to keep their hours. MIND YOU IT WAS TWO MINUTES TIL CLOSING TIME WHEN THE GIRL WORKING AT THE DRIVE THRU SHUT THE BLINDS IN MY FACE. This is one of the most unprofessional pharmacies I’ve ever been to. The lady at the counter actually told me they were being timed on their speed at filling prescriptions. Well CVS I waited an hour on a proposed 15 minute wait and still left without my medication. I think I’ll be going elsewhere with my family of seven. You failed miserably.

Don’t come here!!! Terrible customer service … I would give them less for pharmacy. If your getting a prescription make sure you have at least and hour plus time on your hands … The lines just to drop off meds takes forever… but that’s not it drive thru takes longer then waiting in the long line inside to pick up your meds… They tell you a pick up time then they don’t even have your meds ready after waiting thirty min in line !!! I no longer go here I found a much better faster with lovely customer service pharmacy … I only came here cuz I live around the corner but not anymore !!! Never again … The store lines are just as long they never have enough ppl on the registers. I’ve lived here all my life and feel disappointed this place exists… Sorry cvs I found a better location!

I will go ahead and add to all of the dismal horror stories. This CVS is the WORST. It looks well lit and all nice and clean, but don’t let that fool you! Like being in the Twilight Zone, there is no staff to be found, and nobody to help you.
I went here because I was told by my health insurance company that they no longer cover prescriptions by Ralph’s, where I have been going to for years, and had to get my blood pressure medication from CVS. Fine, I thought, there’s one right down the street from where I live. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and sure enough, LONG lines at the pharmacy, with two staff members behind the counter. Their average processing rate seemed to be about ten minutes per person. Everybody seemed to have some issue or problem. Finally, after close to an hour, it’s my turn and I explain my situation about needing to transfer from Ralph’s to CVS. The lady walks me over to another computer further down the counter, and she starts taking down my information. I brought my medication with me, so she reads the labels and types, asks me some questions and types some more, pulls out some forms, writes down a few things, asks me some more question, writes and types some more, and finally, all the data entry work is complete. She tells me that my medication should be ready in about an hour or so.
That was on a Friday. I return that Sunday, a full two days later, stand in line for yet almost another hour, give the lady my name, birth date, address, and medication. She can not find any bit of information anywhere and I was nowhere to be found in her computer data base. She asks me some more questions (when did I come by, where was my last pharmacy, etc., etc.) and I tell her that I had already waited an hour and that I needed to leave. OK, she says, we will contact Ralph’s and call when we found out more. Of course I never hear from them.
The next day I call my trusty old Ralph’s pharmacy and find out that purchasing my medication outright, out-​of-​pocket, will cost about the same amount as my co-​payments though my health insurance plan. So, guess what, I’m happily back at my old Ralph’s pharmacy with the friendly and efficient staff (one of whom is really hot!), and I will avoid CVS like Ebola!

This place is dirty. Gross. Messy.
Such a shame. I love CVS. But this place really does take the cake for ickiness.
I walked in here having to go to the bathroom REALLY BAD and needing to look at birthday cards. Asking if I could use the bathroom before looking at cards, the girl was really nice. Called for someone to go unlock the bathroom.
I waited at the bathroom area for 5 min. No one came. I went over the pharmacy area asking if she could come open the door or give me the code. She called again over he speaker to have someone come open the door. My bladder is screaming at this point and I’m getting really frustrated. I waited AGAIN. Another 3 or 4 min. Then walked out. Refused to wait any longer.
They have forever lost my business at this location. They were not busy. Maybe 4 people (including me) in the store. With a staff of maybe 7 people. Maybe one person being checked it.
I do not understand.

Worst customer service. the blonde lady at the register called me out for having my daughter standing inside the shopping cart. lady! I lnow how to take care of my daughter and if she falls no worries I’m not that stupid to be suing people like that. I’m not gonna be using that place anymore because every time I wanna print my pictures the machinw doesn’t work and nobody helps you. bye bye cvs!

It was Sunday morning about 10am. I walked in and I heard a ladies voice say «May I help you sir?» This diminutive lady with a big smile and a welcoming disposition appeared. When I told her what I was looking for she took me directly to it. This was also the same lady who completed my transaction with the same big smile, charm & comforting since of professionalism. I was in & out in 2 to 3 minutes. THANK YOU ANDREA FOR A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! God bless.

My husband picked up his prescription, got home and opened the bottle, to find different pills than he usually takes, we just changed insurance company’s so at first he thought maybe it’s no longer the generic brand.. THANK GOD he looked closer! They gave him another man’s medication! My husband called the pharmacy they said just bring it down and exchange it.. I took the pills back, to get the right ones, they asked me how I got this other persons medication? ?? Ummm you gave it to my husband. Then they got my husband’s right medication, laid it on the counter and walked away! An apology would be nice! I’ll be finding a new pharmacy.. they are lucky my husband didn’t take the medication they gave him, for someone else’s heart problems! !!

I have come to this pharmacy on and off over the years. Today will be my last time patronizing this pharmacy. They are consistent in providing inaccurate completion times for prescriptions and the customer service is poor. The one star is simply because they exist…

This is prob the worst CVS I have ever been to!!! I came in at 5:15 today and I am still waiting to get my prescriptions because the can’t figure out my Caremark CVS insurance??? Really it’s CVS partner insurance and I’ve gotten my prescriptions here before!!! 2+ hours. Insane!!!

Dropped off prescription early afternoon said would have by 7 been waiting in drive thru for over 40 min and they say it’s not ready? They filled the person in front of me while everyone waited in the drive thru??? Horrible

Well… I’ve written negative reviews about this CVS before and it only pertained to the store front aspect. I had never before tried to fill a prescription there until Friday. My husband was out of medication that he takes daily and wanted our usual pharmacy (Loma Linda Pharmacy) to send his rx to the CVS which is closer to our house therefore more convenient to pick up. So we called CVS first and asked them to get the rx sent to them. First off after almost 8 min of waiting they hung up on us! So we call again and ask them to call LLP. They seemed a bit confused but we felt as though they understood by the time we hung up. Well Saturday morning my husband receives a call that they were unable to reach anyone at LLP as they were closed by the time someone from CVS called. My husband was understanding and asked when he would be able to pick up the rx. (He gave them all the info needed; medication name, dosage, etc) so they just needed the rx to keep them out of trouble. He was told it would be ready for him on Monday. In a move to give them ample time I waited til after 5pm to pick up the rx. I considered using the drive thru but that line was from here to Timbucktoo so I opted to go inside. I didn’t fare much better there. I got in a line about 6 people deep. When I got to the front of the line, I gave the girl my information and she sent me from where I was the pickup line to the drop off line and she said they would help me there. As I went to the back of that line (3 people deep) the lady in front of me tells me the girl sent her there too and that she’s been waiting on her diabetic medicine for 4 days now. Mind you the medication I’m here for is not that urgent and I’m still irritated. About 15 min in I get to the front of the line. Again I give the young girl my information and she looks like I just spoke in tongues. She does not have any of my information so I tell her, my husband spoke with someone on Friday and Saturday who said the rx would be done today. She walks away to ask a pharmacist (mind you I can see and hear them conversing) she asks if the pharmacist knows anything about my rx and the pharmacist scowls and points to it in a stack of other (I’m sure) backed upped prescriptions. She gets on the phone immediately and the young girl returns to me and tell me they’re calling right now. At this point I’m perturbed. I check my watch only to see that it’s 5:42pmLLP is closed!!! I tell her this and I ask what the pharmacists name is. She tells me her name is Min (sp) but defends her by saying that there are 3 pharmacist throughout the day. (Look at my face girl I could care less…) She asks me to take a seat as I’m sure she doesn’t want to deal with my any longer and because her line is quickly growing as pick up girl is incompetent and keeps sending them over to the drop off line. I take a seat and Im called over by Min (the pharmacist that was supposedly speaking to someone at LLP) she proceeds to tell me that they haven’t been able to reach anyone all day long. Weird. I call and find people there all the time. She states they’ve called several times. Weird, it’s not a holiday LLP is open Mon-​Thurs 830 – 530 and Fridays 830 – 430. I know this because every time I call the beginning of the prompts tells me so. I find it hard to believe that people who were competent enough to become pharmacist didn’t think to note that or care enough about a patients health enough to be on the ball. I’m not just complaining here. I’ve worked in customer service and in the medical field for many years I’ve been on the brunt end of patients impatience often enough even when I’ve done everything I can on my end only to have others drop the ball. I know how terrible that feels. BUT I’ve also been a part of a office/​workplace where people half ass their work and forget that patients lives are on the line. And unfortunately we all live in a society were 90% of the population works just enough so they don’t get fired. I dare to say the latter is what happened here today. I told Min to not bother calling tomorrow as I would be filling my rx elsewhere. No apologies on her end. To say I was shocked would be a lie. She was as useless as the «g» in «lasagna». (Thank you Lil Wayne for that line) Mind you my medication was not urgent but what about the diabetic in front of me? What about people with heart conditions? To say that this kind of service is deadly is damn near the truth. I’ve had enough of CVS and CVS pharmacy if this location doesn’t get their act together no one will go there. As it is I refuse to go there for anything now. It’s really unfortunate as it’s the closest pharmacy to me but dealing with rude, incompetent people is a no go for me. Be smart about going here and make sure to have enough time in between refills so you’re not left without your meds. I hope the best for all who don’t heed my warnings.

I don’t come in her often, but when I do it doesn’t matter how many folks in line there is always a looonnnngggg wait to checkout. Its ridiculous!

Same insurance 3 years and they still need to update it every time GIVE ME A BREAK and to private pay for amoxicillin one of the cheapest drug in the world is 33.00 are you kidding me. I need to find a real pharmacy this place is a joke
Sure I’ll wait another 20 min while you verify my insurance, again, my sick kid doesn’t mind waiting…

Why can’t I put zero stars?.. I stopped by the store to purchase a NYX matte soft lipgloss I’ve been wanting to try. They were completely out of stock of almost everything in that brand, just a bunch of opened lipsticks without caps. I asked the employee who was restocking almonds if they were going to be restocking NYX anytime today because I had a coupon that expired today and he said «No, we have more important things to restock in the store. Maybe I’ll get to it tomorrow, or maybe today, I don’t know.» …he was restocking almonds. So I took a deep breath and looked at the Wet n’ Wild and Milani line and same sh*t, only opened lipsticks.

I love this CVS. They always have what I need. I love the set up of the store, it makes finding things more accessible! Great customer service and you can’t beat the extra care bucks… They always give a great deal of coupons that you can actually use!
