Here at CS Investigative Services, Inc. we provide Private Investigation and Private Security services. We have over 25 years of law enforcement experience to include patrol, investigations, and forensic reconstruction of collision and crime scenes.

Our Investigations Division (P.I.) specializes in undercover surveillance, comprehensive background investigations, and process service related to Family, Civil, and Workman’s Comp law cases. We use state-​of-​the-​art hidden body cameras and various other low-​profile video/​photo cameras to capture up close surveillance of cheating spouses, drug activity, alcohol use/​abuse, child custody (custodial time), driving habits, and SUBROSA (workers comp). Our Investigators have lawful access to criminal, civil, personal, bank, property, business, DOJ and DMV records. This ensures that the evidence you need will be lawfully obtained, maintained in the chain of custody and admissible in court. We also provide pre-​employment background checks.

Our Private Security (PPO) division has uniformed and plain clothes security officers that provide a variety of patrol based, standing guard, alarm monitoring/​response, and other private security services as well as location threat assessments. We maintain a professional uniformed appearance with marked patrol vehicles, MDC’s, and radio communications. Our Security Officers are capable of providing «observe and report» or proactive enforcement activities; to include making arrests

History

Established in 2011.

CS Investigative Services was started by Sam El-​Said as a transition away from his law enforcement career. It began as a Collision Investigation/​Forensic Reconstruction firm and expanded into providing a full variety of Investigative and Security services.

Meet the Business Owner

Sam E.

Business Owner

Sam is the Owner and CEO of CS Investigative Services, Inc. He comes from a law enforcement background with varying levels of experience to include patrol, investigations, traffic enforcement, and forensic investigation/​reconstruction. After an extensive career dealing with the criminal aspect of law, he decided to transition into the private sector.

Sam has Undergraduate degrees in Physics and Criminal Justice, and he is completing a Graduate degree in Education. Sam is the leading expert in the nation for forensic reconstruction of collision and crime scenes as well as structural forensic mapping using 3D imaging.

Sam is POST certified as an Advanced Officer and a Law Enforcement Instructor.
