Service is responsive, honest and fast. I’ve had 2 computers repaired with them in the past month, and both we’re handled professionally, quickly, and the whole process was transparent. Computer Network deserves a lot of praise for being just about the most upstanding computer repair shop I’ve ever heard of or been to. But most importantly… They’re incredibly knowledgeable and experienced.
Pricing was exceedingly reasonable considering how much effort goes into treating customers well, making sure you know what’s going on, and flat-​out getting the job done.
I wouldn’t even consider taking a computer anywhere else for repairs. Really impressed by this place. Thanks computer network!

We got a new laptop from Best Buy and paid the geek squad to transfer our photos/​videos and music to the new computer. When my husband picked it up he was told that windows 10 doesn’t come with a media player we never had windows 10 before and he called me from the car really irritated and said I have to download it apparently and transfer music to it because he doesn’t know how to well neither do I and I don’t want to mess up the brand new computer and it sounded like too much work for me so I told him to have someone do it so he went to computer network and Chris and Mike told him that’s not true you don’t download it and showed him how to get to the the media player and even put icons down below on the taskbar for us so when we are online they are easy to access. They were so nice and helpful and they didn’t even charge him. We definitely found our computer place from now on.

Free diagnostics, have $ 25 off coupon on their website, got back to me with quote In 24 hours and took another 24 to fix problem. Everything went nice and smooth with no trouble. Front guys are nice, I will be back there.

Brought my laptop here originally because it was running slow and I wanted to install Windows 10. After they installed Windows 10 my laptop has been having major issues and crashing. They said they will fix my issue for free and I was still charged 45.00. After spending about 90.00 total I’m still having major issues with my laptop. They advised refreshing my laptop and that has only made my problems worse.

Chris and team were great. They fixed my fan on a ten year old dell xps desktop they was extremely loud. They were responsive, flexible schedule wise, and priced appropriately. Thank you all.

I’m very impressed with their service and affordable prices… was running out of space on my little 40 gig hard drive and was freaking out because it was already at 1% free space lol so I called them thinking oh I’ll just buy a cheap used pc so I inquired about it and they did have a few for like 250 however after expressing my concerns with budget they offered to install a 500 gig hard drive for 150 I was more than thrilled!!! I dropped off my pc at 5pm and was ready the next day by 10:30 am! :))

Computer Network really saved me from a tight spot. I had a motherboard that needed to be repaired, and I took it to computer network after having it evaluated by Best Buy’s Geek Squad (who conned me out of $ 70.00 for a diagnostic on my computer. Computer Network does free diagnostics!)
When I took it in to CN, they said they will call in the replacement for the motherboard and install it in the shop. Geek Squad said they had to ship it out to some other state for their «tech experts» to look at it? (Sketchy, much?) A week later Computer Network had my laptop ready to go, for a reasonable price. It did have a few hiccups after when one of the driver’s messed up, but that sometimes can happen when installing new hardware. Computer Network cleared that up for free, and now my computer is running better than ever!
I would definitely recommended this place to anyone who needs a device repaired!

The office I work at was having issues with one of our computers ugh! Before we started to freak out we decided to call Computer Network and they were able to be here in literally 10 minutes!!! They found out what the problem was in no time and were able to fix it fast! We are definitely using them for any of our computer needs!

Horrible service. They didn’t fix the issue and put the antivirus in my laptop. I had to return the next day to notice them that didn’t finish the job!!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

After getting my son’s iPad replaced just two weeks prior, my husband drops it and shatters the a screen. Ugh! I found their ad on Craigslist and called them this morning as I work at the shopping center next door. Dropped it off and said it would be ready in a couple of hours. For $ 85 plus 10% at check in, it was a bargain. Will be back for all of my computer and Apple product services!

I am writing this review for my Dad. Dad decided to upgrade his desktop «himself» CPU, PSU, and Video card. Short story… it didn’t work. He ended up needing help. Computer Network is right down the street from us, and thats where he went. They fixed the video card, replaced the toasted mother board, and they did it within a dollar amount that made my dad very happy! Thank you Computer Network for all your help. We will definitely be coming back to you with our computer needs.

Computer Network has been an instrumental part of our business! I have purchased several computers from Bobby. He has always given me great pricing and exceptional service. Every time I have an issue with my PC’s I go to him for help. And as always he fixes my problem and makes it better. Him and his staff are very knowledgeable and get the job done! My only issue is that they do not have a location closer to me.

My computer suddenly stopped booting into windows, and I had a huge paper due for college in less than a week. I came to computer network after reading other reviews and was not disappointed. They had my computer back up and running like new the next day. I would definitely recommend taking your computer here.

I have a fairly new Samsung laptop that caught a virus of some sort. I was broke and really desperate for my computer to be up and running for school. I stopped in Computer Network after driving by and decided to give it a try. The service was great, Paul helped me and was really good about not making me feel like idiot (as some places do) for not knowing anything about computers. I had my computer up and running in no time and it didn’t break my bank. Would definitely recommend this place to any old joe having computer problems :)

Unfortunately, your response didn’t include the FACT that I took the computer back to you two days after I got it repaired because I kept getting messages that my windows version was not authorized. So my computer DIDN’T leave your shop 100%. An unauthorized version of an operating system is a concern. BTW I would hardly call a discount offer reducing the price from $ 92 to $ 85 to remove the viruses. Your competitor did the work for less.

My tower computer kept freezing… where do you go? I read reviews for Computer Network and decided to give them a try. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within two days. The price was so much better than the Geek Squad and the service as good as.
We will use them again.
