AMAZING job and great customer service. I have been here a couple times already and they never fail to amaze me, my car looks brand new!

This is THE WORST body shop EVER! I had my Hummer sent over there from Geico back in Nov 1 2014 and they are terrible! From day one when I met with the insurance adjuster, Jose I should of ran. They did the WORST job on my truck from paint job to parts they had my truck for three months I got my truck finally the end of Jan 2015 and it had so much issues it was unbelievable. From damage my truck to dents on back bumper and passenger rear side doors Just everything. Parts they put on my truck were falling off. They even damaged inside, radio, alarm of my truck. They are so careless that they had my truck sitting there all that time people wacking my truck with there vehicle and battery ruined from sitting there. My antenna was put on crooked my hood is on wrong and it doesn’t stay open My battery they put it is bad they damaged other parts while vehicle was there. They painted my truck 2 to 3 times. I have SO much pics if my truck this place is horrible establishment. My racks are not installed right the trimming they used for the rack is damaged and not installed correctly. They lied and cheated me until this day I’ve been fighting to get my truck back to normal and they will not pay the full amount to fix the truck. Yea be careful when they say you have warranty you are covered by «Geico» for our work nationwide that bologna. They even claimed they replaced my brush guard on my truck and they never did. They cant even tie there own shoes Watch Out your vehicle It will go in and come out with tons of issues and they will cover up in every way they can. Till this day Im suffering and have to put money out of my pocket. There is so much more I can tell you! From my grill coming off while driving to scratches and trimming falling off! This business needs to be investigated. I know there many other people who have same issues. Collision center is the most unprofessional, dishonest shop who was calling me a liar etc to body shop and Im currently getting my truck fixed. All they do is cheat thats it. They know nothing about good work! all they do is CHEAT people and do crappy Mickey mouse jobs! Until this day im still trying to fix my truck and put it back to normal! what a shame! GOOD LUCK WITH THERE WORK BEING UNDER WARRANTY! SAD they take advantage of people to make money! I will be going to better business BBB! Ive been so patient Enough is enough!

I just wish that there is someone in the department of the shop who takes care or promotes customers of Unilocal reviews, because this shop clearly deserves more writings.
My 2015 WRX had front and rear door damage because of some piece o’ shxt didn’t tie the stacks of plywood pieces loaded on the back of the truck. One of the piece of plywood on top flew out of the truck and struck right into my car; the truck was speeding at 90mph on freeway. Unluckily, I couldn’t catch the driver. I pulled over to a parking lot and I saw clearcoat scratches here and there on both of right side doors. Rear door had deep paint crack about 3 inches long and front door had small dents which were not too bad. Also the bottom of the rear door had a bulged out dent. I was so lucky because only the surface of the plywood hit my car but not the edge, which would have caused major damage.
I wasn’t going to fix the damage at first because after buffing out and applying touch up paint on cracked area, it didn’t look too bad… until I exposed my car to the direct sun; damages looked very apparent. Also I didn’t wanna jeopardize myself taking into a wrong shop and mess up the car even worse. I took the initiative and decided to fix my car before the color fades overtime; it would be very difficult to match once it fades.
I filed comprehensive claim a couple of weeks after via Geico and I took my car to Geico recommended shop… which was Collision Center of Rancho Cucamonga. I was stressed out for a week because I was worried about 2 things: OEM quality paint job and color match.
Both of entire right rear and front doors are patched (on damaged area), sanded, primed, color match painted, and clearcoated. It took about a week to finish the job. I didn’t want mechanics to rush the job and mess it up, so one week time framing was just perfect for the car.
I picked up my car a week after and I was blown away on first sight. I’m normally very picky about paint repair job, even with smallest detail. I started checking back and forth and see if there were any flaws exist. I found none! The thickness of the paint was even, texture matched with OEM quality or even better, and the crystal white pearl color matched exactly with front and rear fenders and the side molding. This is as good as it gets and I didn’t expect anything more.
On a side note, pearl colors are not easy to spray because under– or over-​spraying of clearcoat can result mismatch of the color and they have to start all over again from sanding. All I can say is whoever did the prep work and painting did magnificent job, and the personnel should be promoted.
I would definitely come back here again in the future if anything happens.

STAY AWAY! These people take longer then they say, charge more than they quote and do mediocre work. They also scratched up my doors by the handles and rummaged through my car and stole multiple items!

I have been here twice now. Sadly I was in a collision twice month to month and I have to say this place has been nothing but great! I received text updates as well as call updates to when my car has been ready. This time around they were able to finish my car early. Highly recommended! A++++

It’s my first claim so I have nothing to compare to but I will say they were friendly quick and they even detailed my car before getting it back. I’m very pleased and I hope never to be in this situation again but if I am i will be bringing my car back here.

As of right now, my family and I are waiting for our car. Yesterday was the day we were supposed to take our car home – that did not happen. The tires on the front were not aligned although its what it said on the paperwork. Pulling in the parking lot, we also noticed that the affected tire from the accident was flat, so we had to point that out to them (how can they miss that?). AND the lock on the passenger side were STILL not working. So we were sent home with our rental. Today, we ‘re scheduled again to pick up our baby, to our surprise, the locks are STILL broken!!! As of this moment, they took our car in for a quick fix up which they said would only take 5 minutes. I don’t know, i think its been about 20 mins now and still, we’re waiting.
This is my first car accident. The other party was at fault. My car was damaged from front passenger side to the back. Tire in the front was pushed in and door. Just to give you guys some info to why we were here.
Anyway, we finally got our car. The inside had finger marks from the people who fixed it. We could tell that the windows were left open so dust and dirt settled on everything. This is really inconvenient esp when you have little kids who are with you and lives almost an hour away. I wish the people in the front desk would communicate well with the people in the back. That way, the customers will be informed CLEARLY.
Driving home our car now, the tire (affected side) are 10 PSI deflated compared from the rest. My family and I are too tired to turn back right now. They will see us again for sure.

Update *
I always give credit where credit is due. My car came out great and that’s what’s important.
The mechanic came out and explained the repairs that were done. My car was washed and vacuumed.
The young lady handling the front is very kind and professional.

I’ve had the pleasure of getting my car repaired at Collision Center of RC, unfortunately, twice in the past year. My contact person was JOSE. The entire encounter, from when I walked in the door, to when I received my car back was of the highest standards! The staff was pleasant, informative and professional. Jose actually went out his way to bring total satisfaction to my entire ordeal. And my car looked beautiful! (both times). In this day and age, it is hard to find customer care of this level. This is my first time ever filing a claim against my insurance company. I don’t have anything to compare but I have assisted my parents over the years and that process was very long and slow. For example, my dad’s car was stored at a body shop after being involved in a traffic accident and towed. At least two weeks before a claims adjuster went to business location to quote for repairs.
After being involved in my minor TC, I did my entire claim online on a Sunday night with
. Within minutes I was issued a generated claims number and was contacted via email based on my written report, I was at fault but not to worry, ‘these thing happen”. What a relief and peace of mind. The following day I was contacted via email with a preferred body shop all in my immediate area. Connected via link and reserved a 5:30 appointment at my leisure.
Upon entering you immediately walk straight to receptionist who has all your forms ready to sign and initial. Bar stools are there for your convenience or you can choose sit on a regular chair. I met with a well groomed claims adjuster from Geico who I thought was a Honda Sales rep, the type you see in a TV commercial. He explained the process and duration of work to be done and would give me better and accurate information once damages are removed and a thorough inspection is performed.
My damage is so minimal, I doubt I’ll hit the $ 3,000. 00 range with a $ 250.00 deductible.
I should be back on Friday or Monday for work completed.
My overall thoughts,
definitely made it pain free and all at my leisure. Body shop recommended is also above standards with customer first in mind.
I was also assured my insurance premium will not increase because I qualify for «good driver history». A win win :)

I just brought our truck by here after having a nightmare with two other shops for months. The repair done had created a wind noise in my truck door. Caliber collision took a look and said it was a quick fix and even took care of it on spot in five minutes at no charge!!! I will definitely use them in the future!

I recently bought a Mercedes. The front bumper is so low that it catches on curbs. Still getting used to it and last weekend pulled away from a curb and pulled off the front right bumper a bit. Took it into this shop and they took my car to the back and returned shortly thereafter with the bumper back on and in place. NO CHARGE TO BOOT! Very nice and professional office and staff too. You can bet that I will be returning to this shop when in need of car body fix! Thanks Collision Center.

We have many truck and the staff was very help full. They got In the right rental and got are work truck back to with three days just like they had told us. We highly recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs. The staff is professional and friendly they always take care of there customers needs

I had my 2012 Range Rover fixed here with over $ 13,000. I have AAA insurance and the outside adjuster told me to go here because they do excellent work. I was very impressed with the professional work and the prompt service. They also fixed everything in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends.

This place was great! I had bumbed and messed up my brand new 2013 dodge charger. My insurance company sent my car here and im so glad they did. My charger looks brand new again! I love my new car, my car was so clean and smooth and they do detail the inside for you. I love it! Thanks to the manager Brandon and my insurance agent they were great, my car was there less than a week and all my paper work was explained to me. There were no surprises at the end. I definitely recommend this place. #great cust service!

I brought my BMW to this facility for my Gieko repair to my front bumper. I felt like they would do a good Job when I left. During the three day repair, I decided to check the Unilocal reviews. I was shocked. They had two reviews and they were negative. I stressed over the weekend thinking they were going to do a horrible job. I was again shocked when I saw that they detailed my car inside and out. At this point, I am a completely happy customer. Everything looks great and I was reassured that if there are any problems whatsoever they will fix it for free, as king as I remain the owner. Good professional job guys.

I was here some months ago for rear window repair on my Excursion. The only thing wrong when I dropped it off was the window and some paint work on the barn doors. I left with a car that the remote locks did not work, light would not go on auto and no alarm. The repair facility stated that they were not liable because it was just an issue of the car being old. Come on! Bottom line is that the car should leave in better shape than when it came in. They will state that they tried to work with me. They were dismissive and ultimately they left me with an added repair from the Ford Dealership of $ 1600. Geico was also not very supportive in that this was their «preferred repair facility.» B.S.
