Yesterday in the rain a truck jackknifed in front of my husband and rebar from the truck flew off and cracked my windshield. I read all the great reviews on Unilocal for this company and called hoping my windshield would just need repaired and not replaced. I called and left a message and Fred (the owner) called me back within 15 minutes. After a short conversation discussing the size of the crack he determined over the phone that he wouldn’t be able to repair and it would need to be replaced. Fred gave me the name and number for the company he used for replacing. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I hope to not need him in the future but if I do he will definitely be my guy! I’ve already told everyone at work about him! Definitively recommend this company!

Very happy with the service from Chipmunk’s. Fred arrived at the end of the 30 minute window. As he mentioned to me, it’s a small company but he came in a well marked car and was very professional. He was upfront about what the repair would look like. In my opinion he under promised and over delivered because I was skeptical about how the rock chip in my window would turn out but it came out amazing! You can hardly tell it’s there anymore, it almost disappeared. He gives a discount for first time customers. I would recommend him in a heart beat. Thanks Fred!

FRED IS THE BEST. Several years ago I called Chipmunks to repair a windshield on my Chevy Malibu. I recall Fred being very professional, courteous, and competent in what he was doing. Recently I had windshield cracks on two different cars and contacted Chipmunks once again. And once again Fred did a great job at a great price. I was even more impressed that he remembered who I was and what I did for a living.

I was very impressed with Chipmunks from the start. I called and left a message, they called back within 15 minutes and were eager to see how they could help me. I spoke with Fred (the owner) and he quoted me a price that was better than Safelite (the big national company) and THEN he offers me an internet special price that I didn’t know about at $ 20 LESS then he originally quoted. We made an appointment for the very next day.
Fred was on time, courteous, and did great work! I couldn’t be more pleased with his service and the way he treats his customers. You can’t go wrong with this one!

I have had a few windshields repaired but this company is by far the best I have ever seen. The repairman was totally professional, completely competent and extremely nice to deal with throughout the entire process. The end result was perfect! I can hardly see where the rather large chip is on my windshield. I recommend this company to anybody in need of a repair. Lastly, the price was as good as the repair which was really good!!!

I had such a great experience with Chipmunks Windshield Repair! I got a dime sized chip on my windshield a couple days ago and wanted to fix it ASAP. I searched for windshield repair services in Rancho Cucamonga and Chipmunks was the only service avail on a Sunday. Fred, the owner, was able to come to my house and provide excellent and great service within 30 minutes. I hope I don’t have a need for Chipmunks again, but I will definitely recommend their services to all of my family and friends!

Had a good sized crack in my windshield, after calling around I found Fred, the owner of Chipmunk Windshield Repair to be extremely professional. They don’t sell windshields, only repair so they will never tell you that you need a new windshield like other places. Was at my house within 25 minutes of me calling him and had done a perfect job. 30 minutes and done. I will definitely be using and recommending his service as necessary.

Excellent in every way you could ask for! Fred (the owner) came to my home, at a time of my choosing, which was as convenient as it possible. Exactly punctual, the estimate and online discount contained no ‘hidden’ ‘surprises’ that we are all becoming too accustomed to. The workmanship was great and done quickly. He cleaned the whole windshield, inside and out, then showed me what was done and why it was done that way. He explained how the ‘integrity’ of the windshield is more important than I thought, and I felt reassured that fixing the hole right away was really the only option I had. So now the hole caused by a rock on the freeway, can be forgotten. Without much of a trace, I can forget about it, and get on with driving! I’d recommend his service to anyone, especially doubters and skeptics about quality. You’ll be happily impressed!
