Arce Legal

Arce Legal services approached me as I was walking out of court in late 2014. An employee handed me an ad and I accepted, as I needed legal services.
They basically did what I asked them to do, albeit with what I felt was a poor attitude. Once the female manager was paid, I noticed that I was no longer treated with respect.
When I was in court, it appeared Arce had failed to sign something, no big deal. I called them and they became obstinate with me, and the person I believe to be the manager said, «don’t say out loud the problem!»
I had to come back to their office to drop off the court paperwork and was told office was closing early. This was untrue, I came anyway and staff was still there. I needed to have a person served with this same paperwork, and Arce arrived late, but at least they did come. They shouted at me for daring to call them a couple of times to ask where they were.
As stated, foundationally they did their job, but not with service that I feel is friendly toward customers and respectful.
I would not recommend their services due to what I consider rude or inconsiderate treatment toward customers. There are other reviews out there about the organization, and you can locate them if you chose.
