I would not recommend him for any residential projects. He will tell you the project will take 5 days and take 3 weeks or more to deliver the required paperwork. He evidently went on vacation and conveniently had an «emergency» for the two times we had to deal with him — not telling us both times. We repeated called to find out the progress of our work and he wouldn’t return calls. Extremely unprofessional and not truthful about his activities.
