When it comes to cleaning your car, we have everything you could want, from our basic car wash and hand car washes, to conditioning your leather seats and shampooing your carpet. 76 Rancho can also accommodate boats and large trucks. We also pride ourselves on offering the best rates in town. Our lube and repair center offers oil changes and we can do any repair or service on your vehicle.

While you’re waiting for your car to get serviced enjoy a delicious meal from Maggie’s Mexican Restaurant or our full service deli. Both restaurants serve delicious meals and can also cater any event. Our station also offers gas, diesel, propane, and an upscale convenience store, including a large selection of beer and wine, including microbrews. For your convenience, our gas station and store are open 24⁄7.

The guy who’s in charge of carwash is robbing this business blind. If you ask something extra on top of the package, he asks for cash personally. The worst is that whatever you ask extra is not even being done. If you ask him why, he’ll try to hush you down.

Went in this morning to get a large coffee and they did not have any made! It’s 8:30 am! The lady was rude and said I had to wait! I had enough coffee for a small and they still charged almost 2 bucks! Wow won’t be going back there ever again

First and last visit. Horrible … trim, wipers, windshield, and rims were still dirty. The rims looked half cleaned. I religiously wax my vehicles after washing … that is how i determine if they do a good job or not. Go to Ontario Mills … they do a waaaaaaaaaay better job at the 76 gas station there. I’m going to try the hand wash on Heaven next … keep you posted how that goes.

For me, this car wash will continue to be 5 stars. They always leave my car looking brand new. Hector usually washes my car and he is the best. I usually purchase the gold wash, executive or presidential wash depending on my budget. Make sure to save some money for the tip. These workers work really hard especially in these hot temperatures. So a good tip and a friendly smile, goes a long way to showing them that you appreciate their hard work.

The EXPRESS LUBE company took care of my brakes and gave me excellent service! Juan and Danny walked me step by step of what they were going to do with my car! Very respectful crew!!! They did not try to cheat me out because I am a woman, there are many times that has happened to me at other car shops. Prices were great! My husband and I plan to take our cars there anytime we have an issue. I pray Juan and his crew get more customers that keep coming back because they deserve it!

They are very good and thorough, pricing is very reasonable. I try to come here once a week. This place works best for me since its close to the bobby blue plumbing office, and wait time is not to long.

Beware!!! The worst car wash ever. Poor service and ugly customer service. Today they ruined my brand new 2016 suv. I paid for hand wash to get a great wash as they told me. I paid so much but got a real bad wash. They left the car and let it dry in the sun and left water marks on it.
This place is to be avoided.

I went here a couple weeks back on a Sunday and had a detail done on my navigator and carpet shampoo. They did a decent job, except for two things. When I got my vehicle back the attendant showed me my flour mats, and two were destroyed. Ok, so I do a, walk around and see a giant chunk of paint missing from my front left quarter panel. Awesome. I tell them I will be back the next day to talk to the manager and see the video if my vehicle had been hit.
I go back the next day and I get the run around. Manager not here, come back later. We don’t have your new floor mats blah blah blah. Go back later manager says call him tomorrow but we’re not liable blah blah blah. I call him he says no we didn’t hit your vehicle. I asked about my flour mats, oh we don’t have them yet blah blah blah.
I get a quote from ford, $ 1300 dollars to fix the chunk of paint missing. Order new floor mats $ 60. Screw this place. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE WITH THIS CARWASH. Find another. Not worth the hassle.

Avoid this place if you are trying to get a car wash.
This past weekend, I picked up a friend from his work. We decided to stop by here and get a car wash. As soon as we pulled in, we thought it was good cause there was a long line. But I should have went with my gut feeling of checking Unilocal reviews before hand.
The moment we pulled in, the lady asked us if we wanted to wash and wax. My thought was why not, so I asked her how much it was and she tried to sell the most expensive package. Immediately after that she tried to up sell us everything else, like interior cleaner, vinyl and leather conditioner, etc. We were talking for about 5 minutes before locking down on the platinum package which was suppose to include a lot of things, but upon inspection it was not done.
I specifically asked what «Under Vehicle Wash» included and she said, our guys will take the pressure wash and wash inside the wheel wells and under the car. that was not the case at all. As soon as I got the car back I made sure to check for that.
I felt ripped off, if I wanted just a regular car wash I would have paid $ 13.99 and not the same service for $ 39.99. See the pictures I posted.
Not only that, the windows had swirl marks by the time it was dark, and obviously this is not as visible during the day time. And the interior cleaning gel they use was not evenly wiped, so there we blotches of that oily stuff everywhere. They also left oil dots with the tire shine on the side of my car. Just HORRIBLE, ripped off with a mediocre/​crappy job.
It’s so hard to find honest people now a days. I will most likely report this incident to BBB.

I will use this facility ever again. I spoke with Victor the owner about an exchange on a car mat I had previously purchase and he told me that he couldn’t because it was already used. He might as well call me a liar, I told him I hadn’t used it. It just wouldn’t fit in my daughter’s car. if it was used, did he had used merchandise on his shelves. Terrible customer service !!!

I was driving through the city of Rancho Cucamonga with my children and wife, just a regular day of controlling the hoes on my block and getting that cash, when it dawned on me that my pimp-​mobile needed a wash.
We drove up to the entrance where the washing hoses and general hoses were, and then we waited for the attendant.
After a few moments, we realized that there was nobody approaching us. They had a row of employees and we were the only car there. Another minute passes by and I do NOT honk, at this point I am curios to see if there will be any employees at all noticing us. At last, they had noticed us!
Their vacant expressions caused me to want to drive away, but after a while a person actually motioned us closer to where the automatic wash was located.
I asked for the happy hour Tuesday price, and two employees starting cracking up. They had no idea what I was asking, even though the establishment has a sign on the left side of the entrance that says «Happy Hour Tuesdays» — that, to me, is shitty customer service so I subtracted 2 stars based on that. The car came out nicer than when it went in but who gives a shit, drove straight home and giggled like a Japanese schoolgirl for the rest of the night.

I came here and got an oil change (which was super quick!) I also got as car wash. At first it looked like they did a good job, but when I got home I noticed they only vacuumed half of the back seat. I was already home so I didn’t go back. My guess is because there were a few guys working on it, maybe one for pulled away and the other didn’t realize it wasn’t done. Next time I go I’ll just make sure the whole thing is done vendor I leave. Other than that the service was good and the puerile were all friendly.

Got the presidential car wash. They must have reused a rag on my car that they used to cleaned up vomit with, because that’s what my brand new car smelled like after they were finished. Smelled like piña colada and vomit. When it was done. Dash was wiped down half ass. The wash was 30 $, not worth it, don’t go on a busy day.

I’ve lived in the area for a while now and been to this gas station a few times. I won’t be going back ever. This place charges 10 cents more per gallon for gas for credit AND debit. Sometimes it’s just convenient to pay more because of it being so close to me. Today was the last straw, however. I went inside and used debit to buy a soda and some chips. I accidentally selected cash back for 20 dollars. The fee for this was $ 1.75. I couldn’t believe it. It was my fault so I just let the guy deduct it from the $ 20. The part that is bothersome, is when I mentioned to the guy they might want to consider a different credit/​debit system, instead of nickel and diming their customers, he just laughed at me. Keep laughing. I am never coming here again!
Lastly, the old lady that is in there usually in the daytime is much more concerned about getting her smoke break than she is about helping customers!
There is way too much competition out there for a gas station to be so non customer oriented!

I normally don’t post on Unilocal… But I do not want anyone to experience what I did today. By the way, I am a local. If you get a normal $ 10 car wash, you will be fine here. I have done that many times– no problems.
However, if you get a detail, like I did for my two cars this week, you will have trouble. I paid $ 350 for two cars to get detailed. Sadly, I had to «converse» with the manager after both about a «drippy» look on my clear coat. Basically what it came down to is him giving horrible customer service, telling me that my car was like that before and that I was just trying to get free service. I was not asking for a refund, just trying to get the cars done right.
He ended up saying that I shouldn’t expect a 100% job but should be happy with a 90% job. I didn’t expect perfection but wanted to get what I paid for– a detailed car. It ended up that they refused to fix it the way it should be and I was out $ 350 — with a weird looking buff and caliber look on my paint.
Even the guy who did my car said it was because of the poor lighting (they were working on my car at 4pm and due to the fact they have hard water.
Anyway, I won’t be going there again. Actually I can’t– the manager yelled at me and told me I was not welcome there. lol
