Very terrible customer service. It will be my first and last time coming here. I would give zero star if I can.

WORST AIR MACHINE EVER!!! It was $ 1.25 for «five“minutes. You set the tire pressure, which is automatically set at 32 if you don’t, and it literally took over five minutes and my air still was not blown up. Avoid this air machine.

This is regarding customer service. Very poor. Walked in tonight and lady at the counter was completely aloof… perhaps she had a long day, but she proceeded to help another persons order behind me, without permission, despite the fact that I let another go before me. I left with no purchase shocked at the customer service here. Even though it is a 7 – 11, I am sure she would not want to be treated this way as a customer’ and in a customer service position, one should always treat others with care and respect.
**She also was rude to the customer, whom I let go in front of me. He purchased 6 E ciggs and her reply, «those are expensive…» The sad thing is he could have been buying those for Xmas presents and she basically gave him a negative experience. Quite sad, especially during the holiday season.
**Furthermore, I asked about the «E cig» flavors and her response was: «what’s that?» (Surprisingly not understanding what product she called expensive) When I said electronic cigeratte, she was still lost and proceeded to call me «Hun»… I will be kind despite poor customer service, but please don’t pander me with informal names. Then she blatently ignored me and helped the other person behind me who just walked through the door. I walked through the store processing my experience and left shaking my head.
Quite pathetic and poor customer service during my first (and likely my last) experience to this 7 – 11.

I typically wouldn’t do a review of a 7 – 11 store on the sole premise, you’ve been to one, you’ve seen them all and they’re all the same, right?. A few adjustments here and there, that store might include gasoline and a car wash or simply just a original regular store with a kick butt air conditioning system for those hot summer days. Perhaps the coffee selection is a bit different, one store might play excessively loud music depending where it’s located and I think you might even come across a 711 that doesn’t sell beer and wine because it’s too close to a school. However, I do know that these are individually owned and franchised.
This particular store got me by surprise because it actually has a table bench inside to accommodate your fast meal on the run. They offer the same meals and drinks you would find at any other 7 – 11 and if you have noticed lately, they carry more fruits and a assortment of nuts to attract new customers. In walking the aisles, I also noticed next to remedies, they carry a low end selection of make up (beauty supplies), figure that one out. That picture is blurry and will update next time I visit.
Kudos to ownership for providing a table bench, it’s a great concept and it’s unique plus you have a organized store appearance.

* Always issues when I try to buy scratchers, they have given me excuses as to why I can’t multiple times (Cash only, no debit card, switching shifts)
* customer service here is not good.

5 stars for the coffee selection here. It’s literally one of the best 7 Eleven coffee bars I’ve ever seen, and I get coffee at 7 Eleven quite frequently.
This location is pretty big, always clean & well stocked. Tons of hot food options. The «fresh» items have always been very fresh and you can tell by the taste. The chip selection sucks though. So come for everything else lol.
The customer service, bleh. I’m not expecting 5 star service, but at least 3 star!

Did check in and was going to get the big gulp for $ 1… The guy behind the counter gave me crap about no bar code so they cannot honor the offer… Apparently, he did honor it but I sure didn’t need the crap to save a whopping 29 cents!

Love this 7/11.The store is very clean. Go in early morning for coffee and lotto to start my day.

This place is always clean and well stocked. It’s easy to hurry park, run in and grab what you need. This is a great place to have so close to me.
I love all the junk they sell here! Lol

This store has lots of great snacks and hot food when you’re on the go. Doughnuts are fresh every early am and the staff here are friendly.
Minus one star for not having a public restroom and it’s mostly reserved for the clerks.

Its clean, plenty of food here, especially after 5pm. The icee machine tends to change flavors every month.
For a quick bite and a drink come here…
