We had them redo our kitchen in 2010 and redo our bathroom in 2012. They did a great job at an affordable price. They did job in a timely manner and I am still happy with the results years later. I would highly recommend them.

Had kitchen backsplash installed, new lighting in kitchen (LED can lights) and kitchen painted — looked beautiful… but they failed to fulfill their contract! They were to put in a garden bed retaining wall — flaked on it 3 days in because their crew was needed for a bigger job in SF (per the manager!). Also were supposed to install a kitchen door with a dog door. Gave specs to them to order it at Lowes — they had miscommunication as to who was ordering the door, forgot to get measurements and finally supposedly ordered the door but the order was not submitted by Lowes. I have had enough! Stated all of this in JUNE and now it’s October and still no door. They offered other recommendations for the patio retaining wall, but the one flaked and the other did not speak English (would need an interpreter!).
I’m contacting the BBB to get things finished.
Too bad that the customer service was so poor, the work which WAS done looks great.

5 stars for the the quality, construction and value! Ive searched for a few months getting quotes from several vendors trying to find a good deal, great quality for our first home purchase. I worked with Josh, one of the Project Managers in picking the granite. I did my entire kitchen countertops as well as all 3 of our bathrooms. I purchased vessel bowl sinks for the bathrooms and Quality By VM also installed it. They are very easy to work with and don’t ‘nickle and dime’ you like most all vendors. I recommend them. Just be sure to go through the quote entirely and be sure you understand your payment options.
