Pizza Guys

Pizza was good! We ordered the Mexican/​taco pizza… Taco pizzas are hard to find, especially with lettuce on top, too… and this pizza did. Yum!
Downside of this Pizza Guys is that it took an hour and a half for the delivery, when it was estimated online as 40 minutes. I had to call the shop to check on the status. The girl on the phone was friendly and apologetic.
I’d probably pick up the pizza next time, but I’d order again.

Worse customer service!!! Had a issue with a online order it kept saying we do not accept prepaid card on my atm so I gave up I go check my account and was charged twice! I called the store and spoke to the rude manager most likely owner too, he kept asking me if I wanted the pizza that I tried ordering hours ago! And it was already close to 9pm weekday I already fed the kids and I did not think the order went through since there dumb online order said it didn’t clear! He said he would refund my account! A week later I see the charge for pizza I Never received! I’m opening a claim with my bank now. I WAS a repeat customer I will no longer order pizza here or recommend any of My neighbor and friends. I wished there was a zero or minus star!

First of all I’m not from this area, but when I’m in town my family wants to order Pizza Guys. But I’ve noticed on several occasions that there employees don’t wear a hair nets and hand gloves when preparing pizza. Most of these men that a preparing the pizza have very hairy arms/​and very loose flowing hair and that applies for the female employees. I’m pretty sure the pizza that your eating right now has hair in it somewhere. I also obsereve a gentlemen bringing out a huge open can of peppers and was eating them double dipped his fingers licking hands back in to eat more. Then he empties the peppers on the line. Umm thats a safety code violation and the health insoector will be contacted. I’m not sure why this place doesn’t follow the health and safety guidelines but needless to say that I will never eat at Pizza Guys again!

Let me start off by saying. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! I’ve had a couple of pizza’s here and every time they are soooooooo good. My girlfriend and I have always been treated nice and even given a free ice cream if we don’t order a pizza over $ 14. I am so glad that you guys are so close to my house and can order a pizza that is so good anytime. Keep up the good work,

This place has the sweetest staff. Just got a delivery of 4 pizzas and breadsticks. It all got her 20 minutes faster than the expected. Friendly driver and delicious pizza

I rarely write reviews but this One was the worst pizza ever had. I had ordered medium veg pizza as per menu it’s called «Classic Vegetarian». This is the second time I was ordering. First time it was good. But this time it was worst. May be they knew I was a return customer and sent me such a bad one. Pizza was soggy undercooked and tastes bad. I had to throw the pizza. Next day had a bad stomach upset. If there was a zero or minus star option would have chosen that but this time I had to chose 1 star.

Honestly I’m not sure how to rate this place. I’ve been going here since I was 5. (Literally) and the pizza is delicious! My favorite and I’m a huge picky eater. The only reason why they don’t have 5 stars is because of the way the owner treats his employees. I go here pretty frequently (once a week at least) and he’s always yelling at them. It’s not just ordering them around I mean literally yelling at them telling them to get the hell out of here and that they’re stupid and don’t know what they’re doing right in front of me and other customers! I felt terrible for the worker who got yelled at because he looked so humiliated and not even that but the yelling made me uncomfortable. They could have at least went into the back instead he flat out humiliated the poor worker right next to the register. From now on my bf goes inside to get the pizza not me.

I’m writing this for my boyfriend, because he was too livid to write a PG rated review. First of all, I never understood why he kept going back. The pizza is as the rating states ‘Meh, I’ve experienced better.” Papa Murphys has better flavor for the price, and quite frankly the Walmart ready-​to-​cook pizzas have awesome flavor and less dough.
But anyways, I guess this was the last straw for my boyfriend. He absolutely HATES tomatoes, so much so that everywhere he goes he tells them ‘no tomatoes’. I don’t care if it’s mexican food, Carl’s Jr, or pizza. Well, Pizza Guys apparently did not hear the ‘no tomatoes’ part, or forgot to write it down. He ended up with a pizza that had tons of tomatoes. To add insult to injury, when he called them back they didn’t apologize, they acted like he never said ‘no tomatoes’.
I’ve known this man for 5 years, believe me, he said ‘no tomatoes’. So now he’s got this expensive pizza that he couldn’t eat because he was too frustrated to pick out all the tomatoes, and I already had ordered Vietnamese food. So waste of money. And since they blamed him for the mistake, they refused to even offer a discount on the next pizza. He didn’t ask for a free pizza, he just wanted a discount.
Bad customer service, Pizza Guys!

You guys are very good they are fast and make it fresh I really love this place nice costumer service they treat you good always put extra on top of what you order free ranch dressing free soda etc

The owner helps make this place 5 stars because he uses good ingredients and I haven’t run into a pizza this store has made that I didn’t like.
The employees are fairly friendly and if you pickup your order you get a free 2 liter or ice cream to go.
The pizzas are made pretty quick and parking is easy… especially since the nail salon closed that was next door – to bad the salon closed, but easier for parking now.
The place is clean and I see the employees wash their hands a lot so that’s always a good sign for cleanliness.

Reviewers were spot on in criticizing the online and mobile ordering. Slow, clunky and did not explain why the coupon discount did not show in the android app ($ 12 minimum for delivery for discounts to apply).
Pizza took about 40 minutes and was hot and quite good. Not a premium pie, but I didn’t pay a premium price (note on price– you pay a $ 2.95 delivery charge plus tax plus optional tip to driver so your $ 12 pie is more like $ 18. Just sayin)

I have been getting pizza here for quite sometime, and its usually pretty good. Sometimes its a little off and not as good, but usually it hits the spot and its nice to get a free soda when you pick up the pizza

This is not bad pizza, and for the money, it’s actually a good value.
I like the vegetarian — it’s never been greasy when I order it.
The kids like the pepperoni — that’s a bit greasier but it’s not BAD.
I’ve never had a bad customer service experience and you can tell it’s a hard working family who runs it — I like to support local business owners.
Order online and then pick up.

This place is NASTY! I ordered a pizza for pick-​up. I got there and had to wait for it. I don’t live close. While I was waiting, a girl dropped a whole bucket of ranch sauce. Her and the older guy, the owner, started to scoop it back into the bucket. I watched them finish and put it back in the cooler. I told the man he needs to throw the whole bucket away and he acted like he didn’t understand me, so I said it again. He continued to act like he didn’t understand so I walked out without my pizza. Very unsanitary. I will never eat there again!

I ordered the garlic lovers and the pizza guys combo pizzas for pick up. This location is a little far from where I live but I haven’t had a pizza from them in several years. Now I give the customers service 1 stars since the lady who was not pleasant and seemed annoyed. As for the pizza not greasy at all, loaded with toppings and overall very tasty. I will be ordering again I just hope the customer service improves.

Good pizza for the price. When it comes to pizza you usually get what you pay for. I’d go elsewhere if I could afford to do so regularly, but I buy more pizza here than anywhere else because its pretty good quality for the price. They make and cook the pizza’s quickly, and they have great in store customer service. An honest and family owned business.

Great Pizza for the price. Awesome instore service. Family owned. Have been doing business here since 2008. Use the online ordering service they provide. Saves time as past orders are saved. In addition to pizza, they offer salads, pasta and ice cream. A free 2 litre bottle of soda or ice cream is included with orders over $ 12.
