We’ve had a relatively great experience with this location. Over in the shopping center including Target and Michael’s this store is rather small, off to one side.
Something to keep in mind when shopping at Milestonz: EVERYONE is initially approved for the credit to purchase anything in the store. So when people are shocked at something potentially «low quality» or otherwise, I’m humored slightly. Of course. This is to be expected, this isn’t the jewelry store a millionaire shops at — this is the jewelry store you go to, to build credit and walk away with something nicer than a bunch of Kohl’s clothing you’ll probably only wear once.
Following that, we first came in for our wedding/​engagement rings. We were approved for a full wedding set for me, and a band for him. About $ 800. We had NO credit what-​so-​ever. Which is the worst kind. even bad credit is better than NO credit. Sure enough, we were approved, picked out our rings, and voila‘. We’ve been back a couple times, too, each time we’re close to paying off the balance so we have some decent revolving credit.
*Don’t be late on payments — remember, they approve everyone so .you can’t expect them to «just trust» you. Plus, there have been some rather nice benefits of having perfect payments, for us: free jewelry, raffles, we even won a trip through this Milestonz.
*Don’t complain about the high cost or low quality. If you think you can afford to go, or get approved, elsewhere. then do it! If you can’t it’s for a reason. (:
*Nothing is stocked in-​store. You pick out the jewelry, then customize it, then wait several long impatient weeks while it’s sent out for work. They give you a call when it’s finished, and hopefully it’s done right. If not, then send it back! Lol.
Like I said, they’re not perfect but we’ve had a great experience with this location so far. Plus just from utilizing their trust and credit, we went from no credit, to the low 600’s, to now the high 700’s. An investment, but a good one.

If you want WAY overpriced jewelry of questionable quality that is easy to obtain but only with lengthy contracts, HUGE interest charges, and a staff that will call you ten times a day to «remind» you that your payment is due then this is the place for you! Oh, and don’t EVER be late with your payment or you’ll be in collections in the blink of an eye. The bracelet I am financing listed at the store for $ 1,150 but the contract is over $ 2,300 due to high interest. I had it appraised last week for $ 350. RIP OFF!!! Trust me, you’re better off going to a pawn shop or eBay.
