JD Snead – State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve been with this State Farm office for a few years now and I just had a car accident last month. Dealing with this office, Leah especially, has been such a breeze. They have treated me so well throughout this ordeal. They really care for the clients and it shows. I would highly recommend them! Especially if you like being treated well and with respect at all times.

JD Sneed’s office has been my insurance agent for years. Every time I call to ask a question, they have always been able to answer in a prompt and friendly manner. Most recently I had a terrific experience because of his associate Ashley Smith. Myself being a poor college student, I sought out Sneed’s office for clarification on the «good student discount» and Ashley has been helping me take care of the paperwork. She even sent me a friendly reminder to send her some paperwork after I hadn’t responded for a week or so; now that, is service!

JD is as good as they get. He is professional and knowledgable. I have had my life insurance with JD for a number of years. He understands that evey client has different needs and wants. He does not push one product but educates you on the various products (both State Farm and non-​State Farm). He helped me come to a decision that best fit my current life needs.
I have worked with a number of insurance professionals and can honestly say JD is in a class of his own.

I have had insurance products with JD Snead since 2008 and have no complaints what so ever. Until the first time I actually sat down with JD I was unaware of the extensive line of products offered by State Farm; JD is literally a one-​stop shop for all your insurance and financial needs. The great thing about JD is he is an expert at what he does and is willing to share his knowledge with you. He will not offer you a product without explaining to the ins and outs of that product why it fits your situation best.
I was also pleasantly surprised to see insurance pricing through State Farm is highly competitive. I was always under the impression the little unknown, highly risky companies offered the best prices. So far State Farm has beat other companies pricing for my auto, home and motorcycle insurance and the great thing is I earn more discounts the longer I am with State Farm!
Did I mention JD rented out 2 theatre rooms at The Folsom Palladio on opening weekend of Cars 2 and invited all his clients and children to come out and see the movie? My kids had a great time.
I highly recommend JD Snead and State Farm as his service far exceeds my expectations.
