El Dorado Hills, CA
This is the best GNC location! The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable and they take the time to listen to your needs. I’ve asked many questions about vitamins and other supplements and they are always extremely helpful. And if they don’t have an item in stock, they will help me find it or offer something similar. The prices are reasonable — especially if you have a Gold membership card. They also always honor coupons and online discounts. You never have to worry about getting the runaround like you would get at the El Dorado Hills location. That location is the opposite of this one — the worst! I’m grateful I work in Rancho Cordova and I can always count on the Rancho Cordova GNC staff to help me get what I need.

I had a hideous experience here. The staff is very commission oriented, therefore they kept saying that their products were better than the other products they sold. The guy repeated himself at least 10 times. On top of that, the selection offered is expensive. I can find everything cheaper at vitamin shoppe. I would recommend the same for others.

I’ve only been to this location twice.
The two times I’ve been to this location has been pleasant. Observing, as I knew what I needed to get, the customers, it seems that people would come in when asking a lot of questions regarding what products are best and what not.
The only downfall of this place is that the product I need for my boss, they never have in stock. They know exactly what product I’m seeking, however, they told me that they haven’t seen that item restocked in their store in a very long time and are not sure when they would get it in stock.
The two gentleman who answer my calls have been very polite. I’ll come back to this store, but only if they have the item I need for my boss =]

Great workers here. They help a lot with supplement facts and fairly knowledgeable. The workers are very nice and friendly. They have awesome people skills. Nothing wowing about the gnc though. Just another gnc store like the others.

Very poor customer service. Did not seem to care that a customer was more than ready to psy for a product. Immediately took phone call that was handed to him from other clerk. Only one check out. Would not recommend unless u are a weightlifter who can talk shop with clerks in store.

Great people in here Denise and Travis are amazing I love coming in here they never try to sell you stuff and they always try to help you out and educate here. I’ll only shop here from now on prices are cheaper at Vitamin Shoppe but, these people are so friendly and knowledgeable I don’t want to go anywhere else!
