Apparently you have to give at least 1 star in order to provide a review. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. They seem nice enough when you walk in the door and are looking to purchase something, but watch out when you actually buy. We were told that our items would be in the following Wednesday and we could come pick them up. That was 17 days ago and now we’re being told it’s the manufacturers fault and that the items are currently in transit. If your manufacturer takes nearly 3 weeks to provide an item, then don’t tell me it’s going to be available in 5 days. It’s called setting the customer’s expectation and then striving to exceed that expectation. Basic customer service which this place utterly fails at. I can’t comment on the quality of the products because I STILL DONT HAVE THEM!
To make up for the delay, they told us that they would deliver the beds free of charge when the second one came in the following Friday (3 ½ weeks after ordering). When we called them the day they were supposed to be delivered, they told us that the second one still hadn’t come in and they had no idea when it would. When we asked if the other one that they did have was going to be delivered anyways, they told us nothing was going to be delivered.
We ended up driving out their and picking up the one bed and canceling the order on the other bed. We wanted to cancel both so these people wouldn’t get any business from us at all, but the inconvenience of having to find 2 new beds was too much so we took the one and now have to find 1 replacement.
These people will NEVER in a million years get business from me or anyone I can talk to. There are other places to get furniture that will not make promises they can’t keep and will actually treat you something more than a dollar sign.

This place is a total scam. Don’t even bother stopping in… The sale guy that we got was, Devin, he gave us this whole sales pitch (let’s be real, that’s his job) but he completely took advantage of our inexperience by asking us to do a credit check, he said that it would be simple and no strings attached, etc… well, little did we know we would be receiving an approved credit card in the mail. I mean, he didn’t tell us that at all. We called to complain and he tried to cover his butt by saying that anytime they check your credit and the bank approves, you automatically get a credit card sent to you… Uhh no! I do believe that’s something he should of told us when he asked to check our credit score. I feel like he was just trying to make a sell even if he had to lie about it. That’s so unprofessional and betraying. Don’t waste your time here, they are liars and manipulators… And they’re furniture is on the expensive side. I can’t believe we wasted our time at this dump of a furniture store.
I’m force to give them one star because I had to do so in order to write this review…

This store has a decent selection of decent furniture. I was looking for something simple and found it. So, that part of my experience was just fine.
The 2-​star rating is due to the pick-​up process. Pulled up to the back as instructed, went inside and met with the salesman who helped me out the day before. He had me sign paperwork and once that was done he just pointed at the boxes and walked away. The store was empty, so it’s not as if he had other customers to attend to. Didn’t say «thanks» or «have a good day.» Just walked away. I think they could stand to improve on their customer service.
Lastly, they do not have a good return policy. It’s very limited and has stipulations that make returning merchandise very unfavorable.

Pretty bad customer service. We got a 3 seater sofa from there. After six months we went to get the love seat the attitude of the sales guy was «You have to come back here to buy only, you will not find it anywhere» he did not reduce the price and was stuck repeating that you will not get anywhere. So we wanted to let that guy know that we got the same love seat from american furniture for half the price what you were selling. Avoid this place for buying any furniture.

I purchased a bunk bed and a sectional couch from Furniture Gallery. I received the bunk bed by delivery the same day. The sectional arrived 6 weeks later. I have been very happy with their customer service. Devin was my salesperson and he stuck with me through my indecision for half a day! I was also very confused about the configuration of the sectional when it arrived. Devin called 4 times to make sure that I was satisfied. He is a class act. The delivery men were exceptional too. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I went into the store looking for a trundle bed for my son, but unfortunately they didn’t have anything that I liked. Since their sign said that they would meet or beat any competitors price I showed them one I liked to see if they could get it for me. Instead of trying to find it they just kept telling me that «their wood was better». After finding the information for the trundle bed I wanted I was first told they couldn’t beat it, however once they realized that meant I was doing business elsewhere I was told, «I can get it for your for that price, but when I deliver it you WON’T be able to put it together!» I am sorry but that is just poor customer service and I will be letting everyone know about my poor experience!

We bought a piece of furniture from Furniture Gallery during one of their sales. I was really excited because I have wanted a Server for a very long time.
When we picked it up and brought it home, we noticed there was some warping on the top and one of the doors didnt shut properly. So, we called and spoke with Tom, the manager.
Tom was very helpful and let us exchange the Server and he ordered us a new one.
Then. tragedy happened. Our credit card number was stolen and over $ 2,000 worth of stuff was charged. Well, when we made the claim to Capitol One, the representative accidently reversed the charge to Furniture Gallery. Tom was very understanding and worked with us while we got everything situated.
Tom went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. We will definitely buy from them again!

My second time to get furniture here. I’m starting all over and they have been such a great help! Getting my house furnished and free delivery! Stop by give them a try!

We didn’t have a wonderful experience with this furniture store.
We were in need of some accent chairs for a sitting room. We decided on a set of Ashley chairs — one printed, one of the exact same style chair, but solid. When we asked to get a set of matching pillows, they told us no, also they kept repeating that we could «make it work.» Um, no, we want the pillows too… But when we started to leave, they waved us back over and said they’d work a deal on the pillows. $ 50 later, they were somehow able to add two matching pillows to our order.
On the 28^th of April, we purchased the two chairs. We were told they would be here within 7 to 10 business days, but definitely by Mother’s Day. When I received no communication, I called on May 10^th and was told they’d be on the truck on May 14^th which meant we could have them on the 16^th. I received no call — so we stopped by the store that evening and were told they would be delivered the next day. Got a call the next day — delivery between 5 and 8 pm. Great! They arrived at 4:30, I’m not complaining about early!
Problem is, when they arrived one of the chairs was completely different than the other… the solid was a totally different blocky style versus the floral chair, which was kind of sculpted and round. The driver called the store, sent some pictures via text, and the store rep asked me to keep them, indicating I could again «make it work» when we spoke. I told him to please take the solid chair back with the deliverers since it was NOT what we ordered.
Today I get a call that he was incorrect when he sold us the chair and the solid chair wasn’t available in the same style, but couldn’t we make it work? The answer is no — that wasn’t our intent of getting two chairs at the same time for the same room! He said he’d have to call me back after he talked to his manager about options. I told him we wanted them to come pick up the floral chair and refund our money. He was non-​commital and unwilling to agree to a refund, saying he would call me later.
Welp, my husband threw the floral chair in our truck and we drove it over there. Fortunately we dealt with a different guy who was prompt to refund our money and take the chair back. I appreciate that they gave us a full refund, however, had the salesperson had a better knowledge of what he was selling in the first place, we wouldn’t have wasted 3 weeks on a dang chair order… and had to have our Moms sit in folding chairs on Mother’s Day!

The staff was helpful, but this place smelled weird. Not a smell I’d like to take home to my house.

So In Feb 25^th this year we bought their «bamboo filled mattress» $ 350 was told a 10 year warranty… about 2 weeks old it is tunnelled on both sides, I’m 195lbs, she’s 135lbs they replaced with floor model, now 6 months later same problems, been that way since about a week old. So I call them, they ask me to email receipt… here it is copied and pasted:

Your Matress had 10yr warranty for repair but not replacement. All you need just bring the mattress back to my store anytime during business hours along with sale invoice. I’ll send it back to the factory for repair. Usually it’s take about 1 week.

Found a couch and loveseat that I really liked. Price was comparable to other nearby stores, so I went ahead and purchased. Be sure that if you choose to buy here you pick furniture with a brand name. I bought an Ashley brand sofa and it is great so far… but I saw some much cheaper looking furniture. The low star rating is definitely due to the huge and ridiculous delivery fee. I live 14 miles from the store and was charged $ 176 as a delivery fee… not happy!

needed an inexpensive bed (yes, I know)…and Furniture Gallery was there with a deal.
Was quick and easy on the sale… and sure, they did try to upsell… cause all sales people do that, trying to show the benefits… but this wasn’t to be a lifetime purchase.
Delivery was setup and they arrived as promised with the brand new bed and set it up.
It’s been doing the job nicely for the past few nights.
I may be back for some other items.
