A month ago, I came to visit my family at Rancho Cordova area. My family planed to go church but my Lexus LS430 won’t start while many family members waiting, I called Lexus dealer to bring the car in and want to know the cost of service, they don’t diagnose over the phone but they just urged to tow car in so they can give me a quote after technician diagnose the problem, they were also say the car can be done at least in 3 – 5 hours. I can wait that long so I called a friend for help because he is local then he gave me a phone number of this shop, LOC VU the owner gave me some quick tips to help to fix my car so I don’t need to bring to the shop. After tried those professional advice tips my car still won’t start, then Loc preferred me to a tow truck with very good deal. I left my car at his shop about 10:30am, about 11:30am Loc called me to come pick up. Very professional, very good deal, very honest. I was so happy with very first time to this shop. I absolutely recommend this shop to all my friends and everyone I know.
Another impressed me that in the office Loc he has many many professional training certificates from Lexus that many other Tech doesn’t have it.

This is the place to take your car if you own any toyota or lexus. You have loc Vu, a master mechanic over 10+ years (all credentials on his wall) working on your car for half the cost dealerships offer. Why would you go anywhere else. This guy is very old school. I am Asian and Loc is truly an old school Asian guy. When you talk to him he will be soft spoken, very detailed, extremely polite and above all ABSOLUTELY HUMBLE. Looks you straight in the eye with all honesty and makes you feel like your car is in good hands. You will Trust him right away.

Loc, the owner, has many years experience working on Toyota and Lexus vehicles. He has very competitive and far prices. I took my car in for an oil change. And it only cost $ 29.70 which was .25cents less than the advertised grand opening special pricing. He did the work fast and was very friendly. They offer free wifi to any customer that has to wait and have water and coffee and so snacks for customers as well. Even the seats were comfortable. I would most definitely recommend going here with your Japanese car for repairs. My car has never run better. I will be back in the future.

My maintanence light came on my 2006 is350 I was looking for a shop by my work place went on Unilocal n found this shop I need a 90k done on my car. Before the finding of folsom Japanese auto repair, I call the dealership n they were asking for a arm n leg for the same repairs it’s just a service. Loc the owner who pick up the phone a gave me a better quote with the same repairs that need to be done for a way better deal. So i made an appointment with folsom Japanese auto repair. So i drop my car off in the morning before work n they got it done before i got off of work which was cool. Loc had explained to me everything they did to my lexus even show me my old parts which that was nice for him to show. This is my new shop to go to very close to my work place. I highly recommend this place very nice workers also Loc was a master techinican for lexus which was a thumb up for me someone who no his stuff.

My mom brought her Toyota Camry in for a check engine light. The owner Loc was able to fix her car for much cheaper than what the dealer had quoted her. He even pointed out a couple of problems that should be addressed in the future. Excellent service at an excellent, and not pushy like some of those other repair shops. Thanks again Loc!

I saw Folsom Japanese auto repair on my way to the Dealership to have my 05 Sequoia serviced before taking the family to Disneyland. I was hesitant at first going to an independent repair as I always took it to the Dealership. I got a quote from the owner Loc for a 90k service with timing belt and water pump using factory parts for way less than the dealer quote so I left it with him. I picked the Sequoia in the l morning and headed straight to Disneyland. With the money I saved we spent an extra day in Disneyland! I’m glad I chose Folsom Japanese Auto Repair.

I found this shop on my way to Toyota dealership for schedule 120k miles service on my
2004 Camry. I talk to the owner Loc and give me a qoute that’s cheaper than the dealer with
a dealer quality of work. This shop is very thorough, trustworhty and very knowledgeable. I

I droved pass Folsom Japanese Auto Repair a few times, I own a Lexus ES330 and dealer labor rate is expensive, brought my ES330 in for oil change to test this place out. Brought my Lexus in a right shop because Loc was a Toyota and Lexus master tech for
twenty years, labor rate is lower than dealer. Loc made good eye contact and friendly, shop is clean and organized that reflects himself, I will bring my car back because Loc have dealership experience and labor rate is fair.

I have a 2008 Toyota Corolla, that would stall out A few times a year, then it became a few times a month, now it’s every other day. I had taken to three dealers and nobody could figure it out. But they still charge me the money though, I found Folsom Japanese auto repair, I talk to Loc the owner, he told me that he has over 20 years of dealer and experience. And he took my car apart, he traced the problem to a loose connection in the fuse box. I know it took him a lot of time but he found the problem. He only charged me a fraction of what the dealer charged. I would recommend Folsom Japanese auto repair and smog for everybody.
