I’m a business owner and went to get window graphics and sign and the employee at desk without even asking me what I need and what he can do… Goes what’s ur budget. I said 600 – 700 $ and he says that’s good and takes my address to come by and see the location that’s 1.1 miles away…4 days later. I called to see as they were supposed to come back next day… he says they got busy… no show again after he promised a visit… so with that said… they have tou much on there plate than they can handle and its shocking that in this economy they are giving up 700 $ business Cuz they want a bigger fish… best of luck guys. ull need it.

I went into the storefront requesting info on a vehicle wrap for concession trailer. Spoke with Jay the President. Followed up with two emails, no response. Phoned 5 days later, spoke to an employee explaining I stopped in and sent emails and left my name and number for Jay to return my call. That was two weeks ago and still no follow up. Guess they don’t want new business.

Fastsigns were excellent to work with, offered a great price and a fast turn around time. Their graphic designer knows his stuff, and can give you the precise details on getting print ready files over to them. Having dealt with printing staff who aren’t too sure on details, this is seriously a relief! We placed an order for a banner in the afternoon, and it was printed perfectly and ready to go the next day! The guys were friendly, answered all of our questions, and we had a great experience.
