I can’t stand that the Cosmo prof Corporation would allow their stores to close at 6 o’clock … Who does this company think they are a bank!!! they open late and they close early there’s no way for me to get my materials without having to just order it and send it to my shop!!! redonkulious!!!

Now that they’ve gotten rid of old management and have new employees, this place is actually enjoyable, again. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love how they are able to give recommendations based upon my hair needs and know where everything in the store is (this was a problem with the old staff.)
For instance, I was looking for a large-​sized Biosilk Silk Therapy serum for my hair but they ran all out. They had the medium size, which was more than half the price of the large-​sized bottle, which felt like a rip off. The girl working there pointed out a section where they had mini travel-​size Biosilk bottles that were only $ 1, which was perfect not only in regards to the price but because I needed this for a trip, so the more compact, the better.
The prices here are awesome and they frequently have sales going on. I hear about the prices regular people pay at beauty salons for some of these products and I’m so glad I get hooked up with the cosmetologist discount here!
The only thing I don’t particularly care for is that yes, it is in a weird location and not conveniently located. You have to really be careful when you try to pull in and out of this place, as there is traffic coming from each direction.

Kind of in a weird location and hard to pull into, but if you need some supplies and you’re a licensed cosmetologist, this is the spot. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
