these people are fucking crooks, do not i repeat do not take your car there, they put used parts on your cars and u have to keep bringing it back. they feed u a whole buch of lies and anthony the owner is the biggest crook of them all.

Beware, they are putting non-​name brand oils into your vehicle. When I asked what type of oil they used they told me FMP. I ask who or what brand is that, they stated its Factory Motor Parts. WTF, I don’t want some generic or non-​name brand oil going into my vehicle. They lost a customer and I would have brought my own oil with me had I known, now I have to pay to have it removed and a new oil change. I recommend going elsewhere or be ready to get generic fluids installed in your vehicle.

If you look at the positive posted for these clowns they are from out of town and fake!
All the negative posts are from local people that got took by these crooks!
They are in bed with the local scrap yards to put used parts in your vehicle, not saying used is bad but they scam to raise the price and charge for extras that were already broke!
If you talk to other shops they know about these crooks and how they do there customers plus call BAR and ask about them!
They took me for a ride and I lost 1800 dollars because of bad work and a lost receipt on my end.
2004 Ford F-​350 I had to take the trams out 3 times on my own after they said they rebuilt it!
I hope this rant helps someone!
You have been warned this place is a bunch of clowns!!!

I needed to get the transmission fixed in my moms 2003 fore escape. I made several calls and was getting ready to pull it myself and take it somewhere. I made the call to these guys I am in the Bay Area and they offered to pick the car up and drop it off with no extra charge to me. I was just a little gun shy and on Saturday they showed up and after a short conversation I felt fine about handing over my keys and 2 days later I had my car back. Between my mom and I we have rolled off 4,000 miles on the new transmission and it is still going strong with no hesitation. I will say they asked me to wright a review I said if it was all peaches and cream no problem. I would recommend this shop to work on your car and I will call them if I ever had anymore trans issues with any of our cars and feel I am getting an honest shake times a hard and it sux when a shop Nichols and dimes the job to death NOT THIS SHOP stayed on budget on time and I am happy to wright this post for these good people thanks jack Capellino satisfied customer

Worst experience ever. I was lied to many times and was not satisfied with the «service» I received. I wouldn’t recommend going to them. They will scam you and you wont know it and always pay with a credit card.
***All their other reviews from people from «out of town» are fake and are being used to boost their rating since the type of work and quality of the work done cannot do this by itself.
*See more fake «Bay Area» reviews. Also the grammar used tells me that the owner’s son must have written it. Such a shame when you want to support small businesses and they try to screw you over.

Absolutely fantastic service. Andy and his daughter are so kind and these are people who truly care. I am new to Sacramento and needed my heater core replaced. They helped set a time and day that worked for me, and they even helped with getting my car back to me after it was fixed. I will always recommend this place to anyone who needs car help. Knowledgable and reliable.

So I heard about this place thru a fam friend and thot, «that’s hella far!» Coming from east bay. But boy was it worth it. Replaced tranny in a matter of days with an awesome warranty and deal. Few months later was having some problems, thought it was tranny again. It wasn’t, but they fixed the source of the problem and repaired the tranny under warranty when they totally didn’t have to. They are the ish! Not to mention, they gave me a great referral for paint and dent hook up. Awesome!!! Thanks guys!!!

They jerry rigged my transmission using air hose fitting an a hose that wasnt for a transmission i now have to put another transmission in my truck due to them setting it up to fail

How lucky was I to find ATW and Lew to help with my transmission. My transmission was shot and truck wouldnt go over 35 (broke down about an hour away from where i live, so i had left truck).
Lew arranged for the truck to be towed to his shop, as it was a long drive for me. He gave me a very straightforward estimate, that was better than ANY shop I called. It was well worth it for me to go out of my way to work with these guys. I live in San Francisco, and would DEFINITELY go back again.
If you are looking for HONEST, REASONABLE, FRIENDLY mechanics, I would highly reccomend this shop.

I always dread having car issues because all I can see is $$$$ and usually mechanics are NOT trust worthy. They are known to say ur car needs this and that just to get more money from you BUT NOT THESE PEOPLE!!!
They were awesome, professional, friendly and fast with rebuilding my transmission and best of all VERY REASONABLY priced! Definatly worth my driving from Stockton to have them get me up and running again :-)
