I recently went in to find out information on my contract and what it would take for me to get a new phone. Multiple people at other locations turned me away simply because it wasn’t «convenient» for them to look up my account information and were extremely rude/​difficult to work with. At this location however, I was instantly greeted by an associate the minute I walked in! The guy who helped me was named austin and he was so cool and not pushy like most AT&T salesman are. I live in the midtown area and I continue to take the trip out to rancho just to get quality service from their employees!
