I have stored a boat and an RV at this facility for 10 years. I have never had a problem, other than the fact that the rent has more than doubled in ten years. We recently moved out and have been trying to get our card key deposit, last month’s rent that we paid in advance ten years ago, and overpayment that was sent via bill pay accidentally for over two months now. Each time I call, I get the same story…“We’re sorry and we’ll leave another note for the guy who writes the checks.” I cannot speak with this «guy» myself, but am continually told that the message will be relayed. I highly suggest you don’t do business with this company — something is very shady.
