A-1 Embroidery & Screen Printing

Went from thinking that this was going to be a good experience to «eh»…when we finalized the order a couple days later, the price had changed and the promise wasn’t kept. The shirts still came out okay, but being mislead a bit was a bummer.
I will say this… other people seem to be happy… they must be doing something right… but we felt slighted a bit… good luck… give them a shot.

Very Bad Customer Service. They Never got back to me on my order. Agree with you Ryan. Andrew i think the guy who always forget to give a call back no matter how many times I called. Wouldnt recommend the place to be honest.

Unfortunately my experience did not live up to the 5 star Unilocal reviews I found online. I came here to get some polo shirts embroidered for my company. Although the folks that work here are very friendly. I could not seem to get my shirts done no matter how hard I tried.
The first time I came in there, my sales rep was helping me with the logo and artwork that I needed on my shirt. He said he just needed to send it off and about 24 hours to get it back. I told him I would like to get the shirts done quickly because we had some online videos to create for our company. He said that wouldn’t be a problem.
After that he seemed more interested in selling me his custom-​made t-​shirts then making me the ones that I came there for. I have to admit his custom work is good and I did buy some t-​shirts, but I never ended up with the polo shirts that I needed from there.
After purchasing the t-​shirts I left. The next day I called, I was told my rep was out and he would call me back later that day. No call.
I called, I emailed, I called and called again. I kept getting the same response, that I would get a return call back and be helped by my sales rep.
Finally a week I said that I would like to deal with a manager because my sales rep was more interested in selling his own T-​shirts that helping me. I told them I asked to have the work done quickly and they seem to be dragging their feet. I was told a manager would call me back later that day. Guess what? No call from anyone, ever.
Like I said they are nice guys but not really interested in helping their customers get their orders completed.

I must say Andrew, Jose and the entire crew at A1 are just amazing! They go above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied with the product. The work is high quality and exactly what we want every time! Not to mention the cheerful professional customer service. Great job guys!

Derek and his staff are wonderful. They work hard to make sure your order is done exactly the way you want it and in the time you need it by.
They can do everything– shirts, shorts, jerseys, bags, towels… The list goes on.
They are moving to a new building so they have more room and are able to take more orders.
Best screening and embroidery in town– highly recommend!

Great work! Excellent Service! Great prices! Can’t get any better than that! We had some embroidery work done with shirts and aprons. We priced out others and found A-​1 beat out the rest. They turned out beautifully and hold up well after several washes. Derek had the work done timely and was very friendly. I would go back again for my other embroidery and screen printing needs.
