The Lint Guy is a dryer vent lint removal company. Dryer vent lint will build up over time and can pose a potential fire hazard in addition to decreasing the efficiency of the appliance resulting in a shorter operating life and higher utility costs. Using a rotary brush and vacuum system, The Lint Guy will remove excess lint and clear any blockages that present a hazard.

The Lint Guy also cleans refrigerator coils and A/​C condenser fins. Buildup of dust and debris on these essential elements can reduce the effective life of the appliance in addition to raising operating costs.

Business Owner

Seth has a an extensive construction background. In 2002, Seth started a residential home building company which specialized in the construction of single family and entry level townhomes. The Lint Guy was a company started as the result of a personal experience when his brother experienced a fire in dryer vent as a result of excessive lint buildup. Thankfully no one was injured but it became apparent that most homeowners forget that a dryer vent poses a serious risk of fire. Seth made it a mission to try and help educate the public as to the importance of proper lint removal so families can adequately protest their homes and families.
