On Site Glass MN

Ian and Dan came out today and replaced my Audi windshield, they did a great job with all the details and professional. Ian explained their process and informed me of a rust issue from the previous replacement and how that happens. Be cautious of who you have replacing your windshield. I highly recommend them. I won’t use these guys again.
They installed a new windshield for me about a week ago. They were referred by my auto repair shop.
The window was fine but after the installation, there was an irritating rattling that wouldn’t stop! It was at the bottom seam of the window. Both On Site Glass and my auto shop were in denial that there is a rattle. Unfortunately, my family went on a 5000 mile road trip and we had to listen to the rattle the entire way!!!
To make matters worse, we got a chip in our new window… NOT On Site’s fault… obviously. I called to have them put resin in the chip but they gave me a bunch of crap! I didn’t expect a warranty, I just wanted to try it and see if I could get another 6 months out of our new windshield before I have to drop another 300 bucks.
I shouldn’t have to argue with a company to get them to take my hard earned money. I called Auto Glass Professionals (Blaine) instead and they came out and did a fantastic job. They didn’t argue with me either.
