I was sent to Omega by another jewelry shop owner who used him for her own repairs. I went to have the shank replaced on my three-​stone platinum wedding ring. He took one look at it and told me my engagement diamond as well as another was chipped and cracked. Unbelieving — he showed me. I was out of work at the time and heartbroken. Shaun reminded me of my insurance — not only did my policy cover theft — it covered full replacement on «damage» Shaun helped me design an new ring and band as well as sold me a stunning GIA certified diamond. He worked with me to create a unique setting for a beautiful diamond — safe from its clumsy owner! Shaun greats me with a sincere hello every time I stop in and steams my ring for me whenever I go in. He has replaced a bezel on my Rolex and repaired another expensive watch. The store carries fine diamonds, new jewelry, pre-​loved jewelry and does on-​site repairs.

HORRIBLE SERVICE… I have a 20 year old Wenger Officer’s stainless steel watch. I took it in to get the battery replaced and it was a horrible experience! The owner could care less about me after he found out that I was not going to purchase any jewelry. He gave my watch to a worker for the battery service. The worker was inept and poorly trained. He replaced the battery and gave me the watch back but the face of the watch was clearly moving around in the casing because he hadn’t put all the watch parts back before sealing it. And plus, the battery died about six months later. The store carpet was dirty and the display cases were half empty. Terrible place.

I’ve had numerous dealings with Sean and his employees and found him very fair and helpful. He has also repaired many watches I’ve brought him that were quite complicated and he came through beautifully. Whenever I need specialized service, I never hesitate to go to Omega Fine Jewelry.

DO NOT GO HERE… I was robbed of $ 100s of dollars from this crook after being a loyal customer for many years. The owner, Shaun promises you one thing and tries to trick you into accepting something else. He avoided my phone calls, kept telling me my jewelry would be in the next week and I waited months and months and when it finally came it, it wasn’t what I ordered. He refused to give my money back, was incredibly disrespectful to me, and after i threatened to call the police he gave me only a portion of my money back. Do not trust this man with your money or diamonds there are very shady things going on behind closed doors here. I will NEVER step foot into this store again. It seems as if others have been scammed here as well based on the reviews so anybody thinking of going here, take these reviews into serious consideration.

A TOTAL CROOK and LIAR. I am in the process of taking him to small claims court. He knowingly returned my $ 20,000 Chopard watch with the screws forced in and the movement destroyed after a routine polishing. He takes on work that he is ill equipped to perform. He denied any wrongdoing. Am currently in the process of taking him to court!,

Hard to find a jewelry store this good do not pass this one by! Best experience shopping for jewelry in Bergen county. Just go take a look! Let me start by saying this store has a beautiful selection of fine jewelry. The owner Sean new exactly what I was looking for. He really cared about his customers and brought such an array of elegant jewelry to pick from. I left the store so happy. Beautiful diamond studs, a birthday gift from my husband at a very good price.
