Terrible management company. We would never let them represent one of our assets, but they manage my neighbors home. Talk about devaluing an asset! We tried to communicate the destruction and misuse of this property to them, and their response. «Maybe you should just get some blinds.» Wow, couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism from them.
DO NOT HIRE IF YOU WANT TO PROTECT YOUR ASSET! We have watched this asset get destroyed for years under them.
