One Call Carpet Cleaning

Chris has come out twice and soon to be a third time to clean my carpets. His prices are comparable to the big guys but the quality of work is a hundred times better. He gets all the stains out and they don’t return! He is the only one that will clean my carpets

Chris did an amazing job on our carpet! Hands down great! The one star is for the cleaning service, and price. $ 600 for 3 rooms (one master and a large room and small 10×10) and the cleaning of the entire house. We just moved in and we were wanting a deep clean, and willing to pay. Unfortunately we still have grease on our stove and our faucets are still spotty and water stained. Our base boards, light fixtures, high traffic door areas and fans are still dirty as well as our tile areas. We even had our movers put all our items in the garage to allow for plenty of room for cleaning. No such luck, and when my husband pointed out all the areas that weren’t clean Chris pointed out the amount of time it took (8hrs) to clean the entire house. It isn’t a good business model to assume that time equals results.
While they were so awesome coming to out house on a crazy short sale contingency, and were great in carpets and windows, they really don’t understand the house cleaning business. I wish them all the best of luck, but they have lost our business.
Have them clean your house at your own risk.

I moved into my home almost two years ago. I love my home. The only thing I did not love about it was the carpet. The people that lived here before us did the best they could to clean it however they did not bring in a pro. My hubby and I bought a new love seat and It just did not stand out well against the terrible stains in the carpet. I was told that Chris and One Call Carpet was the way to go. Chris came and did his inspection and told me even with my kitties there were no odors to worry about so we did not have to use heavy deodorizer, also I have COPD so I did not want anything that would affect my breathing anyway. Chris showed up on time and ready to go! He has been a friend for a long time as well so I trusted him to a good job. We were doing the Living room (a very large room), hall and bedroom. All for $ 175.00. I put the kitties in another bedroom and stayed in my room until it was time to go in with the kitties. Poor Chris. I did not realize the chemicals were so powerful. I told him it I was feeling strange. I went in the room with the kitties and passed out. He found my inhalers and was able to call my husband to come home. All was taken care of. So not only did he do a fantastic job, he saved me as well! He is such an awesome person and a professional as well. I really put a scare into him, and my wonderful hubby who got there in right away. If you want the best carpet cleaning possible, plan well. Don’t stay in the home if you can’t breathe well, lol. Trust that he is going to do the best job that you can get, And if you do stay in the home… leave and emergency number for him…
