History

Established in 1980.

Freeman’s Construction, Inc. began in 1981 when Bill Freeman, president of the company, found his passion and obtained his general contractor’s license in order to start his own concrete & framing business. From 1981 to 1986 Freeman’s Construction, Inc. specialized in concrete and framing, subcontracting for several general contractors primarily in the Coronado area that were building and remodeling high end custom homes.

In 1986 the company was incorporated as Freeman’s Construction, Inc. The business has expanded its services since that time to include fire rebuilds, custom homes, design build, additions, renovations, speculative homes, and land development in all areas of San Diego County and Inland Southern California. Freeman’s Construction, Inc. also partners with Freeman Realty to provide its clients with real estate, mortgage and construction lending services

Business Owner

Bill Freeman has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. He began his career in 1976 working for a framing and concrete contractor and soon after started his own company, Freeman’s Construction, Inc. His extensive knowledge and experience allow him to build the highest quality home from start to finish. Bill oversees all aspects of the company. He is a man of integrity and requires nothing less than excellence from all who participate in any of his projects.
