We are selling our manufactured home so I needed to get the lawn and surrounding areas cleaned up and a power wash on the outside. I had already researched what was the least expensive way to get the home power washed and I was going to go to Home Depo and rent a power washer. I looked for gardeners in Ramona and mostly got businesses that specialized in specialty gardens, after looking around I found these guys. So I called the number and Francisco answered. He told me he was booked and that his son Francisco Jr would give a call in about 30 minutes. Sounded good. Francisco JR called me, meet me and we worked out a deal. I asked also if they power washed by any chance and he said they did. So In the end I worked out a deal for the clean up and power wash. It was about 8:30 am. They started and I ran to the ATM and also grabbed some Monsters and California burritos for him and his co worker. I get back around 9:00 am pay him and give him the monsters and California burritos to say thanks for fitting me in and giving a great deal. Around 11:30 am he calls me says that all the yard work is done. The nozzle broke on the power washer and the back of the home still needs to get done. He says he will come back later today after he buys a new nozzle, he has other jobs to get to etc. I figure alright no big deal I tell him I’m not in a rush. I swing by the place, the yard looks great, and sides of home he did power wash look good. Around 4:15 pm I call him and he says he will be there in 30 minutes. Sounds good to me. Around 7:00 pm i go by the home and its still not done. I figured that after working all day and its labor intensive he was done for the day and its all good he will swing by tomorrow. The next day comes I try to call him several times can not get a hold of him. Then the day after that I try calling him no answer. So I called the phone number listed on Unilocal and his brother picks up. I tell him whats going on and he says he will get a hold of him and call me back. It been two days. So in total five days since he said he would complete the job that I payed for up front with cash with no one giving me any feed back.
